In the age of information technology as it now has made humans. Entering a new era, namely the information age that demands everything running fast, CV. Mustika Bahari is a company engaged in the industrial sector that has not implemented a computerized system so that existing payroll information for new employees can not be fulfilled optimally. To get information, the data processing. Slow can result in slow presentation, a problem that exists in CV. Mustika Bhari than the finance and admiistartion departemen. The design uses the waterfall method, data flow, and entity relationship diagram. The employee payroll system, because this computerized payroll information system can change work that was previously done manually and seems to take a long time to provide information and make a decision in doing attendance employee hiring employees

Knowledge management systems in educational institutions are implemented as a form of increasing and utilizing resources and technology as knowledge assets in increasing competitive advantage. The ability of an educational institution regarding technology is a very important factor for the progress and development of the educational institution. At SDN Gelam 3, Serang City, the system should have been developed by utilizing technology. This is because, the problem that often occurs at SDN Gelam 3 Serang City is the lack of knowledge and ability to use technology, such as at the beginning of a new school year, each teacher collects learning outcomes in hardcopy form to the school administrator so that mistakes and lost files often occur. And besides that, there are differences in teaching materials between one teacher and another teacher. Through this research, researchers help build a knowledge management system by utilizing technology in the form of a website. This system will be created in the form of a website using the programming language PHP and MySQL as database management. And researchers did system design in the form of UML diagrams, user interfaces and databases. The results achieved are in the form of designing a knowledge management system that can support increasing the utilization of technological capabilities in learning

Abstrak Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) adalah teknik jaringan yang mampu mengelola sekelompok pengguna yang berada dalam satu basis data VLAN, dimana grup atau grup VLAN ini akan disusun berdasarkan switchport yang ada pada sebuah switch pada penelitian ini menggunakan Cisco perangkat sebagai perangkat jaringan. Implementasi topologi jaringan ini menggunakan Cisco packet tracer sebagai simulator pembuatan Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN). Switch yang digunakan adalah switch dengan model 2950-24 dimana switch ini memiliki sejumlah port FastEthernet 0/1 hingga port FastEthernet 0/24 atau disebut Fa0/1 hingga a0/24 dengan perangkat laptop yang digunakan untuk Virtual local area network ( VLAN) sebanyak delapan laptop yang terdiri dari tiga departemen yaitu tiga laptop untuk departemen SDM, tiga laptop untuk departemen teknologi informasi dan dua laptop untuk departemen teknik. untuk berbagi komunikasi antar k grup pengguna sehingga yang tidak termasuk dalam grup Virtual Area Network (VLAN) yang dibuat tidak dapat berkomunikasi sehingga distribusi batasan distribusi data dapat dengan mudah dilindungi Kata kunci: Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN), alamat IP, subnetmask, jaringan komputer Abstract Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) is a network technique that is able to manage a group of users who are in one VLAN database, where this group or VLAN group will be arranged based on the switchport that is on a switch in this study using Cisco devices as network devices. The implementation of this network topology uses a Cisco packet tracer as a simulator for making a Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN). The switch used is a switch with a 2950-24 model where this switch has a number of FastEthernet ports 0/1 to FastEthernet ports 0/24 or called Fa0/1 up to a0/24 with laptop devices used for Virtual local area network (VLAN) as many as eight laptops consisting of three departments, namely three laptops for the HR department, three laptops for the information technology department and two laptops for the engineering department. to share communication between k group of users so that those who are not included in the Virtual Area Network (VLAN) group created cannot communicate so that the distribution of data distribution restrictions can be easily protected

The Banten Province Land Transportation Management Office (BPTD) Region VIII oversees many Service Units (SATPEL) such as type A bus terminals, crossing ports, and weigh stations in Banten Province. The General Bureau is a Work Unit (Satker) tasked with handling requests for goods/services. Some problems occur in the process of requesting goods/services in the Office of the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Region VIII of Banten Province, namely the submission process is still manual, so it takes a long time and the status of approval from each party who has a decision-making policy cannot be known directly. So to overcome the problems faced, it is necessary to design an information system for requests for goods and services that use the Waterfall method and the PHP and MySQL programming languages to create an expected information system, so that data processing can be processed more quickly and in control. Thus each Service Unit (Satpel) can submit a letter of submission of goods by accessing the goods/services procurement web online. Perkembangan teknologi informasi sudah semakin berkembang dan mempengaruhi proses pengolahan data sehingga dapat dilakukan dengan mudah. Salah satunya adalah proses pengolahan sumber daya manusia untuk proses penempatan karyawan. PT. X merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi sepatu, dalam mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan seleksi karyawan yang akan di tempatkan pada Department Engineering. Proses pengambilan keputusan untuk penempatan karyawan pada Department Engineering dibutuhkan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu mencari solusi berdasarkan beberapa kriteria tertentu dan memberikan berbagai alternatif pilihan. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Penggunaan metode TOPSIS ini bertujuan untuk membantu manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan menempatkan karyawan pada bagian yang ada di Department Engineering sesuai dengan profil dan kriteria penilaian yang ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan posisi terbaik yang diterima karyawan untuk di tempatkan pada bagian yang ada di Department Engineering.

Perkembangan pesat dalam teknologi memberikan manfaat yang besar dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang di sektor industri. Pada PT GMF AeroAsia, perusahaan yang berfokus dalam perawatan pesawat komersial, pengelolaan stok barang menjadi sangat penting. Saat melakukan perbaikan pesawat, berbagai macam material digunakan dan dicatat ke dalam database. Untuk mengoptimalkan data yang melimpah tersebut, dapat diterapkan metode data mining yaitu k-means clustering untuk mengelompokkan data berdasarkan karakteristik yang serupa. Pada penelitian ini, dataset yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data stok penggunaan barang di GMF AeroAsia dari tahun 2016 hingga 2021. Dataset ini mencakup data penerimaan barang, penggunaan barang, dan barang yang sudah kedaluwarsa, dengan tujuan mengelompokkan barang berdasarkan tingkat expired yang tinggi, sedang, dan rendah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kerugian. Sebelum penelitian dilakukan, dataset telah disiapkan dengan menghilangkan outliers dan melakukan normalisasi menggunakan min-max normalization. Hasil yang diperoleh dari K-Means Clustering dengan bantuan RapidMiner adalah menghasilkan tiga kelompok, yaitu cluster 1 sebanyak 13 data dengan jumlah barang expired rendah, cluster 2 sebanyak 5 data dengan jumlah barang expired sedang, dan cluster 3 sebanyak 2 data dengan jumlah barang expired tertinggi. Hasil clustering yang dilakukan dengan algoritma k-means pada penelitian ini relatif baik, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan evaluasi menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index yang mendapat nilai 0,494. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. dalam pengelolaan stok barang dan pencegahan kerugian akibat barang yang sudah kedaluwarsa.

Cognitive radio is a technology for wireless communication networks that employ the upcoming Dynamic Spectrum Access ( DSA ) . DSA technology allows users who do not have a license called the secondary spectrum users to use the licensed spectrum that primary users while not in use. Application of DSA by secondary users to improve the spectrum utilization efficiency without disrupting or causing interference to the primary user. Later developed into a multi - user cognitive radio or cognitive radio networks use frequency spectrum together with a primary user ( PU ). Methods switch 'off' the user who gives the biggest interference to PU is the best method with the greatest increase in performance, both the capacity and the number of active SU while the combination of methods switch 'off' the user who raised the largest overall interference with the method switches 'off' user given biggest interference to the PU is an alternative method that shows the consistency of performance improvement in the number of potential users over 10 and able to dominate the entire method over another is begun saturation and decreased capacity. This research will raise a system of how to plan an early warning system for floods in areas around rivers, or what is commonly called an Early Warning System (EWS) to prevent flooding around rivers. This early warning system is built with hardware that uses the ESP 32 microcontroller to control the level of water release from the dam and select the floodgates to be opened automatically. Ultrasonic sensors are used to detect water levels, IOT modules are used to provide quick information to officers. The object of this research was carried out at the Gerak Pamarayan Dam, a dam that controls the two largest rivers in Banten, namely Ciujung and Ciberang. Two rivers flow in two districts in the Banten area. The method used in this study is the Prototype method. And the expected result of this research is to create an early warning system for overflowing river water that measures the water level of the river automatically and automatically reports the water level that is at the threshold to the officers and what is equally important is that this system can also prevent flooding due to overflow by how to open the floodgates automatically when the river water level is beyond the normal height threshold.

The Student Organization Monitoring Information System (SIMORA) is a student monitoring system for student organizations at Banten Jaya University using electronic device technology. Student organizations at the University of Banten Jaya currently in terms of administrative management such as correspondence, funding applications, proposals, accountability reports and announcements, activity information, and so on still use a manual system that still uses paper so it is vulnerable to data storage errors. All administrative activities will be archived and used as a reference in implementing activities for each student organization in the next period. The purpose of this research is to design a website for monitoring student organization activities and to help optimize the administrative process of student organizations through SIMORA. The system design method used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML for visual system modeling. SIMORA is made website-based using the CodeIgniter framework. This student organization monitoring information system acts as a means of supporting the running of a web-based organization so that it can be accessed online with various service features that are mutually integrated with one another. This information system can facilitate the head of student affairs in disseminating information, disciplining student organizations regarding programs to be implemented, and supervising student organizations in terms of administration and student activities. This system can help discipline student organizations in submitting activities because, in the SIMORA system, they cannot propose activities if they are not in accordance with the Draft Activity Budget (RAK) this system also only enters submission data so as to minimize revisions to submissions.

Presidential Regulation no. 54 of 2010 concerning government procurement of goods/services,namely to increase transparency and accountability, increase market access and healthy businesscompetition, improve the level of efficiency of the procurement process, support the monitoringand audit process, and meet the need for real-time access to information. This is the main goal ofthe government, especially Banten Province, in implementing e-procurement in the process ofprocuring goods and services. However, it is not yet known which impact of this achievement hasthe highest weight of success in increasing the transparency and performance of the BantenProvincial Government, making it easier for leaders to carry out evaluations. This is the mainfactor in researching the impact of e-procurement using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)method so that we can find out the level of success of e-procurement that is most dominantly feltby the Banten Provincial Government by the presidential decree.
