<![CDATA[Every activity carried out in an organization requires human resources to run the organization so that it can continue to grow and develop to achieve the goals that have been set. Employees as human resources in an organization, with all their competencies or abilities and knowledge tend to be able to understand their responsibilities to carry out and complete their tasks well. In addition to competence, every organization also needs employees who have good work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational commitment on work discipline with job satisfaction as a mediator.The method used in this study is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Mulya Rezkina Sejahtera totaling 120 people. This study uses Partial Least Square in analyzing the data. The results of this study are that leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on work discipline. Leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Leadership style is moderated by job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on work discipline. Organizational commitment is moderated by job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on work discipline.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mendorong inovasi dan pengembangan bisnis di industri startup. Dengan fokus pada konteks startup, studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi budaya inovasi, kreativitas tim, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap pemimpin startup yang diakui karena keberhasilan inovasi dan pertumbuhan bisnis mereka. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berperan penting dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang mendukung eksperimen, pengambilan risiko yang terkendali, dan kolaborasi antar tim. Penemuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemimpin startup dan praktisi bisnis untuk mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam merangsang inovasi dan pertumbuhan bisnis di era digital.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the influence of female leadership in developing organizational culture using quantitative methods. The study employs a survey design involving 100 respondents from various organizations in Indonesia. Data werecollected through a questionnaire designed to measure employees perceptions of female leadership styles and their impact onvarious aspects of organizational culture, such as innovation, collaboration, and work ethics. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics to identify correlations and significance between the independent variable (female leadership) and the dependent variable (organizational culture). The results of the studyindicate that female leadership has a significantly positive impact on the development of organizational culture. Specifically, it was found that inclusive and collaborative female leadership styles significantly contribute to the enhancement of innovation and teamwork within organizations. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of female leadership in creating a more dynamic and productive work environment. This study provides insights for organizational leaders and policymakers to support and encourage the participation of women in leadership positions to strengthen organizational culture.]]>

<![CDATA[Universities that initially carried out teaching and research missions are now carrying out a new entrepreneurial mission, which shifted to commercially oriented activities. This research proposes a theoretical framework for commercialization strategy in three leading Indonesian universities; Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), and Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB University). Using an abductive approach, the findings show that the Indonesian universities can adopt both technology push and market push in commercializing their research outputs. Each of these strategy adoptions has implications for subsequent commercialization mechanisms, such as by simply optimizing the role of TTOs and incubators or by optimizing holding companies and Science and Technoparks (STPs) by establishing closeness to industry. <![CDATA[MSMEs with inflation, access to capital and good entrepreneurship training tend to be able to improve MSME performance effectively. This study aims to examine the effect of inflation, access to capital, and business training on MSME employee productivity in the context of the economic crisis in Palopo City. The population of this study consisted of all MSME actors in Palopo City totaling 50 people, and all members of the population were sampled. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data collected through online questionnaire distribution. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing analyzed using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the t-test show that inflation, access to capital, and entrepreneurship training have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Meanwhile, the f-test shows that simultaneously, inflation, access to capital and entrepreneurship training have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine how employee performance in the Department of Palopo City Land is influenced by personality and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to address research questions and test the hypotheses that have been developed, this study employs a quantitative methodology that focuses on data collection and statistical analysis. The 40 individuals that participated in this study were all Palopo City Land Service personnel. The saturated sample approach was the sampling strategy employed, resulting in 40 current employees serving as research participants. Primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents was used in the data collection process. Every question on the survey is assigned a Likert scale score, which ranges from 1 to 5. Use of the SPSS program was used to analyze the data. <![CDATA[Accounting certification is a certificate that certifies that an accountant has credible skills and abilities in the field of accounting. Accounting certification has an important role for accountants who want to improve their qualifications and careers as professional accountants. This study aims to analyze the effect of career motivation, quality motivation, economic motivation and perceived educational costs on accounting students' interest in taking accounting certification. The population in this study were students of Accounting study programs at State Universities (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS) in the Surakarta karesidenan. This research sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The data source in the study used primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to students of Accounting study programs at State Universities (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS) in the Surakarta karesidenan.The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the variables of career motivation and perceived educational costs had an effect on the interest of accounting students in taking accounting certification, while quality motivation and economic motivation had no effect on the interest of accounting students in taking accounting certification. <![CDATA[Financial failure nowadays often occurs among students due to a lack of attention to their financial condition and financial management.Therefore, students as intellectuals at least have good financial knowledge so they can implement good financial behavior. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of financial knowledge and financial experience on the financial behavior of students in Palopo City. The number of samples in this study was 81 students using a disproportionate cluster random sampling technique. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression, with validity and reliability test stages, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The research result show that financial knowledge has no influence on financial behavior and financial experience has an influence on financial behavior. Simultaneously, both variables jointly influence financial behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pemuda Muhammadiyah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) pemuda di Kota Medan. Pemuda Muhammadiyah, yang berfokus pada pengembangan SDM, memiliki berbagai program yang mencakup aspek religiusitas, intelektualitas, dan humanitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel anggota Pemuda Muhammadiyah di Kota Medan yang berusia 16 hingga 40 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, program Agent of Change, kontrol sosial, dan kekuatan moral memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas SDM pemuda. Namun, kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah luasnya cakupan pengembangan kualitas SDM yang memerlukan program yang terencana dan berkesinambungan, serta terbatasnya jumlah tenaga personil yang berkualitas di Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Medan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal, penting untuk fokus pada pengembangan tenaga ahli dan peningkatan kualitas SDM secara holistik.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial reports are characterized by timeliness, which implies that the availability of information at the opportune moment influences decision-making processes. This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of firm size, leverage, profitability, board independence, and audit quality on the timeliness of financial reporting. The population comprises all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. A total of 269 companies were selected as samples using the purposive sampling technique. This study employs logistic regression analysis, yielding results that indicate audit quality significantly affects the timeliness of financial reporting. Conversely, firm size, leverage, profitability, and board independence do not exert a significant influence on the timeliness of financial reporting.]]>
