Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment towards turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo is 72 people. The number of samples was determined with the formula Arikunto and the result 72 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously and significance effect on turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Job insecurity influential positive and significance effect against the turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Job satisfaction influential negative and significance effect against the turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Work environment influential negative and significance to turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment have influence of 56,5% turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Suggestion in this research is companies are expected to pay more attention to noise levels at work that can interfere with work activities. This can be done by installing a silencer in the office. Abstract

The aim of this research are to find out and explain how financial performance using rentability ratios, activity ratios, liquidity ratios, and solvency ratios at PT BPR Artha Sari Sentosa for the period 2013 - 2018. Types of data in this study are secondary data, data in the form of finance ratios of PT. BPR Artha Sari Sentosa for the period 2013 - 2018. Data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and literature study. Stages conducted by researchers to analyze the financial performance of PT. BPR Artha Sari Sentosa for the period 2013-2018 by calculating the financial ratios with each model. The results of this research are 1) Overall the rentability ratio of PT. BPR Artha Sari Sentosa is in very good condition, 2) The activity ratio of PT BPR Artha SariSentosa for the period of 2013-2018 is in very good condition, 3) The liquidity ratio in terms of the current ratio, in general, from 2013-2018 PT BPR Artha Sari Sentosa was in a pretty good position, 4) Overall the solvency ratio of PT BPR Artha Sari Sentosa was in very good condition. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan penjelaskan: untuk mengetahui prosentase Choi Siwon sebagai brand ambassador, brand image, dan cita rasa terhadap keputusan pembelian mie sedaap Korean spicy chicken. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Batik Surakarta angkatan 2017-2019 dengan persyaratan yang sudah mengkonsumsi mie sedaap Korean spicy ckicken. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan purposiive sampling. Tekik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan uji f dan uji t. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda diperoleh bahwa tiap-tiap variabel yaitu variabel brand ambassador, brand image dan cita rasa secara bersama-sama dan parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie sedaap Korean spicy ckicken. Uji f menghasilkan fhitung 18.077 dengan f tabel 2.728 dengan signifikan 000b . sedangkan untuk uji t diperoleh dari tiap variabel brand ambassador thitung 2.120 dengan ttabel 0,037 untuk brand image diperoleh thitung 2.675 dengan ttabel 0,009 serta cita rasa diperoleh thitung 3.411 dengan ttabel 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tiap variabel berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie Korean spicy chicken. Diketahui juga variabel yang mendominasi dari tiap variabel yaitu brand image. Kata kunci : brand ambassador, brand image, cita rasa dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how big an influence, price, promotions, the salesman and the location of the purchase. The results of this study explain that hypothesis testing 1 i.e. the price the positive effect of purchase supported by empirical evidence. Hypothesis testing 2 indicates that the promotion of the potential negative effect against the purchasing decision. Hypothesis testing 3 explains that the salesmen did not influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang pengajaran menulis teks Berbahasa Inggris kepada mahasiswa dan untuk mengetahui jenis media yang digunakan guru/pengajar dalam menulis teks berbahasa Inggris kepada mahasiswa STIE AAS Surakarta pada tahun akademik 2018/2019. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian difokuskan pada deskripsi dan penjelasan fenomena yang terjadi di lingkungan. Dalam hal ini, penelitian ini menggambarkan implementasinya pembelajaran menggunakan media visual foto yang digunakan dalam pengajaran menulis bahasa Inggris. Kondisi ini menarik peneliti untuk mengamati dan melaporkannya dalam penelitian. Dalam analisis data kualitatif, melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan/verifikasi kesimpulan. Dalam mengajar menulis teks deskripsi dalam Bahasa Inggris, pengajar/Dosen Bahasa Inggris melakukan beberapa langkah-langkah dalam pengajaran menulis, diantaranya adalah Pre-Teaching (Opening & Reviewing), While-Teaching (Teaching & Practicing) dan Post-Teaching (Reviewing & Closing). Media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam mengajarkan menulis teks deskripsi yaitu dengan menggunakan media visual gambar. Penggunaan media berbentuk foto/gambar yang mudah diperoleh dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam menulis teks deskriptif.

Abstract

This research goals to know and explain the effectaccording to the simultaneous and partial method inLeadership Style(X1), Fieldwork(X2),, and Conflict(X3) Towards Turnover Employees in Sewing Section in PT. Solo KawistaraGarmindo. The population in this research is 300 respondents taken from the permanent employees in sewing section. The samples of this research are 75 employees. Sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling method. The kind of this research is a descriptive quantitative research. The method of collecting data is using questionnaires. The technique of data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The result of the research shows that F-test of leadership style, fieldwork, and conflict simultaneously and significantly affect the turnover. The result of T-test shows that the leadership style partially does not affect toward the turnover, on the other hand, fieldwork and conflict partially affect toward the turnover. The model of multiple linear regressions in this research is Y = 10, 972 – 0,392 X1 + 0,286 X2 + 0,759 X3. Tended to thenext researchers, they should add another variables that can affect the level of turnover employees, because by the decline in turnover rates, it will affect the company, because the leadership style variables that examined in this research indicate no influence, so it is expected for the company leaders in PT. KawistaraGarmindo to improve the self-quality of the current leadership and expected in the future, to bemore improved in the effort in improving the performance so that it can be more productive and reduces the turnover employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh dari perceived quality, inovasi produk serta kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan konsumen baik secara bersama-sama dan parsial. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen sepatu Skechers yang dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa pembelian sepatu Skechers dipengaruhi oleh perceived quality, inovasi produk dan kelompok refrensi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Hasil Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,446, berarti pengaruh keputusan pembelian sepatu dipengaruhi oleh perceived quality, inovasi produk dan kelompok referensi adalah 44,6% dan sebanyak 55,4% dipengaruhi oleh diluar model misalnya harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, motivation and career development on employee performance The population in this study was PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Solo. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The results of testing hypothesis 1 which states the effect of job training on employee performance shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 test results explain that motivation influences employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 conclude that career development influences employee performance. Simultaneous testing results explain that job training, motivation and career development together affect employee performance. Keywords: job training, motivation, career development.

Abstract

This study aims to support leadership, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Muhari Motor 651 Karanganyar Showroom. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all 116 participants and the sample used was 90 respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. With the approved questionnaire questions declared valid and reliable. In the classical research assumptions test produces normal data, there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity does not occur.
