Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Provinsi Lampumg Tahun 2019-2022. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terkait dengan pengaruh indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsis Lampung tahun 2019-2022. Hasil regresi menunjukan variabel indeks pembangunan manusia memperoleh nilai coefficien sebesar -23,91860 dan nilai prob. 0,0003 (<0,05) maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung. Hasil regresi menunjukkan F-statistik sebesar 1674,210 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,00000. Ftabel = 3,124, Variabel bebas indeks pembangunan manusia dan jumlah penduduk apabila dipadukan memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat kemiskinan (jumlah penduduk miskin) di kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. F hitung > F tabel. Pada uji koefisien determinasi, hasil regresi menghasilkan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,997243 atau 99 persen. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel indikator pembangunan manusia memiliki keterkaitan sebesar 99 persen dengan variabel terikat kemiskinan (jumlah penduduk miskin). Sisanya yang satu persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, income, and technology acceptance (Technology Acceptance Model/TAM) on the interest in using paylater services. The data used in this study were collected through a survey of 231 individuals who use paylater services. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results show that financial literacy and TAM have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using paylater, while income has a negative effect on that interest. This study suggests that paylater service providers should focus on improving users' financial literacy and developing accessible technology to enhance user interest. Additionally, companies should pay attention to users in the middle to lower-income segments, who are more likely to be interested in paylater services. This study is expected to contribute to a better understanding of the factors influencing the use of paylater services in Indonesia.

Abstract

The country's ability to manage its resources and the success or failure of the government's economic policies are reflected in economic growth. A nation's level of wealth and the well-being of its citizens are indicated by economic growth, which is typically gauged by the rise in GDP. Analysis of the impact of exports, investment, and inflation on Germany's economic development from 2004 to 2023 is the goal of this study. Multiple linear regression with partial and simultaneous tests is the methodology employed in this investigation. The World Bank provided data on exports, foreign direct investment, GDP, and inflation. According to the regression analysis's findings, GDP is significantly impacted by all three factors combined (p <0.05). Nevertheless, additional research reveals that only exports significantly and favorably impact GDP (p <0.05). The GDP increases by 0.026197% for every 1% rise in exports. On the other hand, GDP is not significantly impacted by either inflation or foreign direct investment (p > 0.05). These findings demonstrate how crucial exports were to Germany's economic expansion during the study period. Additional research is necessary to comprehend the contextual factors that might be involved in the negligible effects of inflation and foreign direct investment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media sosial dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke Destinasi Wisata Mandi Sa'dan Ke Barana. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan, menggabungkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok berkontribusi secara signifikan untuk memperkenalkan destinasi ke audiens yang lebih luas. Konten visual yang menarik dan interaksi langsung antara pengelola dan pengunjung semakin meningkatkan daya tarik situs pariwisata ini. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif melalui media sosial telah berhasil meningkatkan minat wisatawan, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan media sosial dapat menjadi alat strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata, khususnya dalam mempromosikan destinasi yang sedang berkembang. Abstract

“Financial Performance Analysis of PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk Before and After Divestment”The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk before and after divestment. This research employs Profitability Ratios and Liquidity Ratios to measure financial performance, including Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio, and Quick Ratio.The data collection techniques used in this study include Library Research and Field Research, in the form of documentation by downloading PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk's financial statements. Based on the analysis, the financial performance of PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk before and after divestment showed significant changes. Profitability after divestment (2021-2023) became more stable and higher, with NPM averaging above 70%, indicating that the company became more efficient in generating profit from revenue. ROA consistently increased from 6.78% in 2021 to 9.37% in 2023, demonstrating that the company optimized its asset utilization to generate profit after divestment. This indicates that after divestment, the company was able to improve operational efficiency and focus on a more profitable core business. Divestment had a positive impact on the company's profitability, as both NPM and ROA became more stable and showed improvements, reflecting greater efficiency in operational and asset management. Meanwhile, liquidity also became stronger and more stable. Before divestment, the Current Ratio dropped significantly to 51.7% in 2019, indicating potential liquidity difficulties. After divestment, the Current Ratio drastically increased to 495%-565%, showing that the company had a significantly higher amount of current assets compared to its short-term liabilities. Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen merupakan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan setelah membandingkan ekspektasi dan persepsi mereka terhadap kinerja suatu produk atau layanan. Kantor Imigrasi Bandar Lampung adalah instansi pemerintah yang bertugas mengelola serta mengawasi pergerakan warga negara Indonesia (WNI) dan warga negara asing (WNA) yang masuk, keluar, atau berdomisili di Indonesia. Pengaduan terkait layanan di Kantor Imigrasi Bandar Lampung menunjukkan adanya ketidakpuasan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelayanan belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan di Kantor Imigrasi Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei kuesioner. Teknik non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan accidental sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, yang terdiri dari 100 responden. Untuk mengukur kepuasan secara keseluruhan, digunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), yang mempertimbangkan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing atribut kualitas layanan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai CSI yang diperoleh adalah 0,687 atau 68,7%, yang masuk dalam kategori Sangat Puas.Meskipun tingkat kepuasan cukup tinggi, perbaikan tetap diperlukan, terutama dalam aspek efisiensi waktu dan responsivitas petugas. Peningkatan ini bertujuan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen terhadap layanan Kantor Imigrasi Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen, Evaluasi Layanan, Ekspektasi dan Persepsi, Pelayanan Publik, Pengaduan Pelayanan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media, packaging, and online customer evaluations on the purchasing decisions for the local perfume HNMS. The study population comprises Generation Z consumers of the local perfume brand HNMS, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected by the Accidental Sampling method and the Lemeshow formula. The primary data analyzed was obtained through a questionnaire. Utilizing SPSS version 30.0 for data processing, the findings indicate that all question item indicators of the study instrument are valid and all variables are dependable. According to the simultaneous test, all independent variables influence purchasing decisions. The regression coefficient and t-test results indicate that social media, packaging, and online feedback from consumers exert a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The online customer review variable exhibits the most significant impact, evidenced by the highest t-count value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. PNM Regional Surabaya 1. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji peran kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 904 karyawan dari berbagai divisi, dengan sampel sebanyak 90 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal dan kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya membina komunikasi yang efektif dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan.

This study aims to determine the impact of effective recruitment, employee orientation and motivation programs on employee performance at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia. This study covers the field of marketing management. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia totaling 800 employees. The sample studied was 80 employees specifically in the production department. This sampling was done by random sampling according to the number of samples determined. Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge and understanding, service quality, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance. This research sample used a purposive sampling technique of 100 individual taxpayer respondents registered at KPP Pratama Pati with certain criteria and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM Statistics SPSS 26 application. The data used in this research is primary data by means of distribution. to respondents. The research results show that taxpayer knowledge and understanding, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while taxpayer awareness has no effect on taxpayer compliance.
