Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies, namely as the main support for building the foundation of the research being conducted. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from Muhammadiyah Hospitals spread throughout Indonesia as many as Five Hundred people. The data were collected through an online questionnaire containing 5 statements: strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. The data used were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Work Innovation variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. In line with the first hypothesis above, the next row also shows results that are in line with the hypothesis proposed by the researcher, namely that the Participative Leadership variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Innovation variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000. This is because participatory leadership can increase employee motivation and enthusiasm in working, making employees more innovative and their performance also increases. Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting direct observations and in-depth interviews with various stakeholders in various public bureaucratic work units. The collected data was analyzed thematically to identify key findings. Evaluation of training programs highlights the need for alignment of training materials with actual employee needs, while challenges in human resource development such as budget constraints and excessive bureaucracy require greater coordinated efforts. The role of leadership is recognized as a key factor in forming an organizational culture that supports human resource development, while obstacles in the application of information technology require special attention. The impact of human resource development includes increasing operational efficiency, quality of public services, and public trust in public bureaucracy. Human resource development is a crucial strategy in increasing the capability of the public bureaucracy. By realizing the existing challenges and taking advantage of the potential positive impacts, sustainable investment and commitment in developing human resources in the public bureaucracy is a must to achieve quality and responsive public services

Abstract

The hospitality industry is becoming more and more competitive, which forces hotel restaurants to give its customers experiences that are not only pleasurable but also unforgettable. Through emotional and sensory engagement, restaurants may cultivate patron loyalty by putting experience-based marketing methods into practice. To keep guests coming back, Oena Eatery, a restaurant inside the Grand Orchardz Hotel Jakarta, uses immersive marketing, high-quality service, and promotional activities. To find out how these elements affect consumers' decisions to make additional purchases, an evaluation is required. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Oena Eatery customers' intentions to repurchase are impacted by experiential marketing, service quality, and promotional activities. A quantitative research design was used, and 180 Jakartan residents who had at least one visit to Oena Eatery were given questionnaires to complete in order to collect data. The link between the independent and dependent variables was evaluated using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that repurchase intention is greatly influenced by experiential marketing, especially when it comes to the restaurant's atmosphere and satisfying dining experiences. Customer loyalty is also strengthened by high-quality service, particularly in terms of dependability and friendliness. Additionally, marketing campaigns like sales and themed gatherings help to promote return visits. According to the study's findings, repurchase intention is significantly impacted by experience marketing, service quality, and promotional activities taken together. Abstract

Engaging in financial transactions (muamalah) must adhere to sharia principles to ensure ethical and just practices, particularly in modern innovations such as PayLater systems. This study aims to analyze the alignment of PayLater transactions on Indonesian e-commerce platforms with sharia business principles. The research adopts a qualitative design with literature study approach. Data were collected through documentation methods, including journals, articles, and websites. The analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, involving three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PayLater transactions in Indonesian e-commerce platforms are largely inconsistent with sharia business principles. These inconsistencies include the presence of riba (usury) in the form of interest-based charges, gharar (uncertainty) in unclear contractual terms, violations of ba’i (trade ethics), and a lack of fairness in penalty structures. The study highlights the need for reforming PayLater systems to ensure compliance with Islamic principles and foster ethical financial practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, brand image, and word of mouth on the decision to continue studying, with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable in the context of the Past Learning Recognition Program (RPL) at the Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business (IIB Darmajaya). Data were collected from students of the RPL IIB Darmajaya Program using the purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis was performed using multiple regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that service quality, brand image, and word of mouth have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, but only word of mouth has a significant influence on college decisions. Consumer satisfaction is proven to be a significant intervening variable in strengthening the influence of independent variables on college decisions. This research emphasizes the importance of word of mouth strategy and consumer satisfaction in improving the decision of prospective students to continue their education. Higher education institutions such as IIB Darmajaya can capitalize on these findings by improving service quality and building a positive brand image, while encouraging effective interpersonal communication among students and alumni. Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Word of Mouth, Consumer Satisfaction, College Decision, RPL.
