Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, complaint handling and company image on customer trust in PT. Rina Jaya Garment, Sukoharjo City. The scope of this study concerns the marketing management course. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is consumers of PT. Rina Jaya Garment Sukoharjo. The sample in this study is consumers of PT. Rina Jaya Garment Sukoharjo, using non-probability sampling or also called non-chance, is a purposive sampling and is subjective (Indrawan & Yaniawati, 2017). The sample in this study was 100 people. The collection technique used in this study was the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were carried out using SPSS. Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk  mengetahu akuntabilitas  pengelolaan  dana  desa dipengaruhia oleh kompetensi  aparatur  desa, kepemimpinana kepala desa, partisispasi masyarakat, kejelasan sasaran anggaran, dan pemenfaatan teknologia informasi. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dalam  penelitian  ini, dan 120  responden diberikan teknik pengumpulan data berbasis kuesioner. Kriteria pengambilan sampel berikut digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini: Kepala desa, skretaris desa, BPD, perangkat desa (Kaur, Kasi dan lain-lain) serta masyarakata yang beradaa di kecamatan Maukaro, Kabupaten Ende. Penelitian ini menggunkan software versi 27.00 untuk menganalisis jawaban responden terhadap pilihan pernyataan serta distribusi frekuensi tanggapan responden. Dari hasil uji parsial penelitiana ini dapat  disimpulkan bahwa faktor kepemimpinan kepala desaa dan kompetensia perangkat desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas  pengelolaan dana  desa. Sedangkan  akuntabilitas pengelolaan  keuangan desa tidak dipengaruhi  secara  signifikan  oleh faktor keterlibatan masyarakat, kejelasan sasaran anggaran, dan  pemanfaatan teknologi  informasi. Abstract

The problem formulation in this study is: Do Work Motivation, Communication, and Work Stress affect Employee Job Satisfaction at Shopee XPress in Wonogiri, both partially and simultaneously? Which variable has the most dominant effect on Job Satisfaction of Shopee XPress Employees in Wonogiri? Based on calculations using the SPSS program, the multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = -0.532 + 0.557X1 + 0.263X2 + 0.268X3. In the t-test analysis for the Motivation variable, the calculated t-value is 4.796 > t-table 2.093, so Ho is rejected, meaning there is an effect of the Motivation variable on the Job Satisfaction of Shopee XPress Employees in Wonogiri (Y). In the t-test analysis, the t-value for Communication (X2) is 2.177 > t-table 2.093, so Ho is rejected. This means there is an effect of the Communication variable on Job Satisfaction of Shopee XPress Employees in Wonogiri (Y). In the t-test analysis, the t-value for Work Stress (X3) is 2.150 > t-table 2.093, so Ho is rejected. This indicates an effect of the Work Stress variable on the Job Satisfaction of Shopee XPress Employees in Wonogiri (Y). Based on the F-test analysis, the calculated F-value is 117.730 > F-table 3.13, so Ho is rejected, meaning that jointly, the independent variables of Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), and Work Stress (X3) affect the Job Satisfaction of Shopee XPress Employees in Wonogiri (Y). Using the SPSS program, the R2 value obtained is 0.762 or 76.2%, meaning that together, the independent variables of Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), and Work Stress (X3) have an influence of 76.2% on the Job Satisfaction of Shopee XPress Employees in Wonogiri (Y), while the remaining 23.8% is influenced by other factors not studied, such as infrastructure, technology, services, location, etc. Keywords: Motivation, Communication, Work Stress, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study is an in-depth study of the previous year's research which aims to explain in detail about: (i) The process of knowledge creation in the typical batik business in East Java, namely in Jember Regency; (ii) The relationship between knowledge creation and innovation in the typical batik business of East Java, in Jember Regency, which is unique compared to other regions; (iii) Formulating a strategic architecture for the creation of knowledge and company innovation that occurs in the typical batik business of Jember, East Java, Jember from the perspective of knowledge management theory. Data were obtained using observation and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using a descriptive analytical approach. The results of the study found. The process of making batik is generally not carried out in one business unit, but almost every process is separate from one another. The source of innovation comes more from outside because the knowledge creation process in the organization is less than optimal. The knowledge creation that takes place in the Jember batik business is therefore more driven by external factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran mediasi psychological capital dalam hubungan antara work-family conflict dan work overload terhadap occupational well-being. Work-family conflict dan work overload telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor signifikan yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan pekerja. Namun, penelitian mengenai peran psychological capital sebagai mediator pada hubungan tersebut masih terbatas. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada tenaga medis wanita RSUD Tabanan sebanyak 140 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4.1.0 untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital berperan sebagai mediasi parsial dalam hubungan antara work-family conflict dan work overload dengan occupational well-being. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan psychological capital pada karyawan dapat mengurangi dampak negatif dari konflik kerja-keluarga dan beban kerja berlebih terhadap kesejahteraan pekerjaan mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi RSUD Tabanan dalam merancang intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan psychological capital untuk mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya sosial media dan e-commerce, electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) telah menjadi referensi penting bagi pengguna untuk mengambil keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menerapkan model adopsi informasi (kualitas informasi, sikap terhadap informasi, kredibilitas informasi, kegunaan informasi, adopsi informasi, dan minat beli) dalam memahami pengaruh E-WOM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh Informasi E-WOM melalui aplikasi TikTok terhadap minat beli produk Breylee di Tiktok. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna media sosial Tiktok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampel dengan jumlah responden 231. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan menerapkan PLS-SEM menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa information quality, attitude toward information, dan information credibility berpengaruh positif terhadap information usefulness, information usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap information adoption, information adoption berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan harus memanfaatkan Platform Tiktok secara maksimal untuk meningkatkan minat beli, dengan memanfaatkan Platform Tiktok secara maksimal, Breylee dapat melibatkan konsumen dan calon konsumen untuk berkomunikasi secara dua arah. Pada penelitian selanjutnya disarankan memasukkan lebih banyak variabel baru, karena hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Information Adoption hanya berkontribusi 28% dalam faktor yang mempengaruhi Purchase Intention, penelitian selanjutnya bisa menambahkan variabel lainnya seperti Information Provider’s Expertise untuk keahlian sebagai penyedia informasi dan Needs For Information untuk Kebutuhan pada suatu Informasi.

Abstract

This research is about the determination that affects audit report lag. The object of this study is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual report published by the official www.idx.co.id website. The sample selection method used purposive sampling and 59 companies were obtained in accordance with the criteria of the 4-year research period so that 236 samples were obtained in this study. This research method uses multiple linear regression and uses the help of the SPSS version 27 program. The results of this study show that profitability, solvency, company size, company age, and auditor reputation affect audit report lag.

Abstract

This study discusses the principal's managerial skills in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo, Kendal Regency. The background of the research is the continuous improvement of teacher pedagogical competence in the Education Report at SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo from 2022 to 2024. This achievement is estimated to be due to the principal's managerial skills. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection uses interviews, observations and documentation. Informants are determined purposively, data was obtained through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is tested through triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo uses conceptual skills to improve teacher competence by understanding the concept of pedagogical competence. The principal develops strategies, through training, workshops, monitoring, observation, and involving competent resource persons. The policies taken include providing facilities, giving awards, and collaborating with other educational institutions. The principal recognizes opportunities and problems related to teacher pedagogical competence through needs analysis and routine evaluation. The principal improves teacher competence by applying human relations skills, such as building good communication, providing assistance and guidance as needed, motivating and inspiring teachers, and involving various parties in decision making related to training. In addition, the principal also uses technical skills by directing teachers in preparing learning designs, creating a comfortable and conducive classroom environment, conducting learning evaluations appropriately, and managing facilities and infrastructure in a structured manner. Teacher direction and coaching through mentoring are also carried out to ensure that the quality of learning is maintained. The conclusion of this study, the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo applies conceptual skills, human relations skills and technical skills in improving teacher pedagogical competence. The author provides suggestions for the principal to improve monitoring and observation of the implementation of teacher pedagogical competence through academic supervision at least twice in each semester.

Abstract

Tax is a payment obligation that is the main source of state revenue, which is used by the government to fund development projects and government spending. This study aims to analyze how the understanding of taxation, the imposition of PPh 21 rates and tax sanctions on the implementation of individual taxpayers of the Surakarta City Transportation Service. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. This is because this study aims to understand social phenomena or symptoms by focusing more on a complete picture of the phenomenon being studied. While the data collection methods used are interviews and observation. Overall, the informants understand the importance of tax obligations and the benefits of tax compliance. Although there are still some obstacles in reporting and paying taxes. PPh 21 as an income tax has a progressive rate system and is considered fair by the informants, although it’s still necessary to improve understanding and supervision to ensure optimal tax compliance. Tax sanctions consist of administrative fines and criminal sanctions that can increase taxpayer compliance if implemented properly. However, there’s still limited understanding of tax sanction among taxpayers.

Abstract

This study analyzes partially and simultaneously the influence of principal leadership, work culture, and motivation on the professionalism of junior high school teachers in sub-rayon 01 Grobogan Regency in the Deep Learning Curriculum Era. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The study population was 292 teachers, with a sample of 166 teachers selected using proportional random sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results showed that respondents' perceptions of principal leadership and work culture were in the good category, while perceptions of work motivation and teacher professionalism were in the very good category. Hypothesis testing showed that principal leadership, work culture, and work motivation partially influenced teacher professionalism. Principal leadership was strongly correlated and contributed 60.7%. Work culture was strongly correlated and contributed 61.4%. Motivation was very strongly correlated and contributed 73.2% to teacher professionalism. Together, principal leadership, work culture, and work motivation were very strongly correlated and contributed 82.5% to teacher professionalism. In conclusion, optimizing teacher professionalism in the deep learning curriculum era requires a holistic and integrated approach. Transformational, communicative and appropriate leadership of the principal in making decisions, a work culture that includes behavioral values, norms and organizational climate, and high internal and external motivation of teachers are important factors that are interrelated and influence teacher professionalism. By paying attention to these three aspects, it is hoped that the quality of teachers and education in Indonesia can continue to improve.
