Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on customer decisions at Toko Sugeng. This research uses the mix method. The strategy used is squential explanatory. The research were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study are all customers who have made repeat purchases. Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, company growth, profitability on firm value in publicly traded companies (listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period). This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are all publicly traded companies on the IDX. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 28 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test. The results showed that partially showed that partially showed that leverage and profitability had no significant effect on firm value, while firm growth had a significant effect on firm value. The variables of leverage, firm growth and profitability have a significant effect on firm value. So the model used is in accordance with the goodness fit model, with an effect of 38.6%. While the remaining 61.4% is explained by other variables outside the research model, this is evidenced by the results of the coefficient of determination test.

Abstract

Campus academic life lies in the learning media and its environment. The role of the lecturer as a facilitator should be able to facilitate students and their students to find their own way of learning, which can be done without being limited by space and time. It is hoped that with this E-learning method, students and female students will be able to be more active and more creative in learning with the motivation to learn from themselves. This study aims to determine whether E-learning, Learning Motivation, and the Learning Environment affect Intellectual Ability. The research method used is a quantitative method and the data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the independent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer value and brand image on customer satisfaction of Pos Indonesia expedition services for students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. This research is a field research which aims to see the relationship between variables. The sampling method is nonprobability, and the sampling technique uses accidental sampling and the sample used is 336 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that customer value had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer value and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of current ratios, cash flow, leverage, intangible assets and profitability on financial distress. The population and sample in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method and obtained 95 companies. The results showed that the Current Ratio had an effect on Financial Distress. The greater the Current Ratio, the lower the Financial Distress. Because when the Current Ratio has a high value, the company has the ability to meet its short-term obligations by using available current assets. The test results between the Cash Flow (CF) variable and the Financial Distress (FC) variable show that Cash Flow has an effect on Financial Distress. The higher the company's cash flow, the more likely the company will experience financial distress. For the test results between the leverage variable and the financial distress variable, it shows that the leverage variable has an effect on financial distress. The test results between the Intangible Asset variable and the Financial Distress variable show that the Intangible Asset variable has an effect on Financial Distress. If the Intangible Asset value increases, the Financial Distress value (Z-score) decreases. The results of testing the profitability variable with the Financial Distress variable show that the profitability variable has an effect on Financial Distress. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture, work stress, and work rotation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Panin KCU Surakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 78 employees was obtained. Data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test) shows that the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). Based on partial testing (t test) shows that organizational culture variables, work stress, and job rotation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained 78.2%, these results indicate that the dependent variable (employee performance) can be explained by the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation), while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by variables in outside this research. Abstract

This research aims to find out the Influence of Leadership and Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT PLN UID East Java. Data collection methods include check lists, questionnaires, interview guidelines, to cameras for photos or to record images. In this case the method of collecting data through questionnaires by spreading questionnaires to employees of PT PLN UID JATIM. Modeling in the analysis of this study is to use PLS. The results showed that leadership styles that give a very good influence in improving employee performance, as well as employee loyalty have an influence in improving performance. The conclusion of this study is that employees will easily excel and easily improve their performance if the leadership or manager has a good nature, firm and not arbitrary towards employees. Abstract

This study a medito analyze the impactoof job spesification, coordination pattern and motivation on employee performance. The sample was the employee of the Kantor Kecamatan Kartasura totaling 35 respondents. Regression analysis technique were use to analyze the impact of job spesification, coordination pattern, and motivation of the employee performance is by using SPSS.
