Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks telah mengubah tuntutan pendidikan secara signifikan. Dalam era pendidikan yang berkembang ini, inovasi dalam peran pengajar menjadi krusial dalam memastikan keefektifan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini, 1. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pengajar yang bermutu. 2. Untuk mengetahui apa saja inovasi pendidikan di era 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur untuk menggali pemahaman tentang bagaimana peran guru yang bermutu yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran melalui inovasi-inovasi dalam mempersiapkan pendidikan di era 5.0. Melalui analisis literatur yang mendalam, artikel ini mengungkapkan hasil penelitian 1. Peran guru sebagai pengajar telah berkembang dari posisi yang hanya menyampaikan pengetahuan menjadi seorang fasilitator pembelajaran. Guru kini berfokus pada pembangunan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah siswa melalui pendekatan pembelajaran aktif. 2. Inovasi peran guru di era 5.0 ialah mampu mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kolaboratif ke dalam kurikulum, serta memfasilitasi kerja kelompok dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proyek-proyek pembelajaran. Kemudian pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru dan industri dalam mempersiapkan siswa untuk dunia kerja yang berubah. Guru dapat membawa pengalaman dunia nyata ke dalam kelas dan memperkaya pembelajaran siswa melalui kolaborasi dengan industri. Dengan menggabungkan inovasi-inovasi ini dalam peran pengajar, diharapkan pendidikan dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Abstract

This research concerns about the influence of corporate governance on the quality of sustainability reports. In this study, the samples consist of companies included in Kompas 100 over the 2020–2022 timeframe. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the quality of Sustainability Reports is negatively impacted by Non-Executive Directors and the Corporate Responsibility Committee, but not negatively impacted by Independent Non-Executive Directors.

Abstract

Regional autonomy has brought changes in regional government governance, including regional financial management. The aim of this research is to find out the sources of regional income after regional autonomy and to find out the problems that arise regarding regional sources of income from the perspective of the laws that regulate them. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review. This research data was collected from articles and statutory regulations that are relevant to the legal basis of regional finance before and after regional autonomy, sources of regional income and problems that arise related to regional income through Google, Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. Miles and Huberman's interactive model of data analysis is used as data analysis in this research. The research results show that there are changes in the categories and details of regional income from Law no. 17 of 2023, Law no. 32 of 2004 and Law no. 23 of 2014. There have been no changes in the Law. Regional balance certainly has the impact of inconsistencies in the categorization of central government transfer funds to regional governments. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characters Itachi Uchiha, Sasuke Uchiha, and Obito Uchiha in the anime Naruto Shippuden by Masashi Kishimoto using Jacques Derrida's deconstruction approach. This anime is highly popular and has created many phenomena in the global community. Its characters have a significant influence on the audience, both in terms of lifestyle and attitude. In this research, the three main characters are analyzed based on the themes of binary opposition, logical inconsistency, and new construction. Itachi Uchiha is examined in terms of his sacrifice and betrayal, Sasuke Uchiha in terms of his quest for revenge and truth, and Obito Uchiha in terms of character transformation and redemption. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an in-depth analysis of important scenes from the anime. The results of the study show that these characters are complex and have many layers that can be interpreted differently depending on the perspective used.

Abstract

One of the main indicators for determining profit is revenue, so it is important to use an appropriate method to recognize and measure transactions accurately. The purpose of this study is to determine how PT Semen Indonesia Logistik measures and recognizes revenue, and compares it with the standards set out in PSAK No. 72. Data collected through interviews shall be reviewed and evaluated in compliance with the terms of the business. This study found and concluded that PT Semen Indonesia Logistik has complied with PSAK No. 72 in terms of measurement and recognition. Revenue is recognised upon contract execution and is recorded on an accrual basis. Calculating revenue by using the unit of fair value obtained or receivable, how much revenue or expense is determined based on the rate agreed in the agreement. Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership style that inspires followers to set aside personal interests for the good of the organization. If leaders are able to apply transformational leadership styles, employee performance will improve. Transformational leadership is the leadership style at the Kotabumi Regional General Hospital in North Lampung, where leaders encourage rational thinking, challenge the status quo, and ultimately foster creativity and innovation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with organizational culture and public service motivation as mediating variables. This research was conducted at the Kotabumi Regional General Hospital in North Lampung with a sample of 270 employees.  This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, through the AMOS program. (Analysis of Moment Structure). The research findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, transformational leadership has a significant impact on the organizational culture of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, transformational leadership has a significant impact on the public service motivation of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, organizational culture does not have a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, public service motivation does not have a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, organizational culture does not mediate the impact of transformational leadership on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, public service motivation does not mediate the impact of transformational leadership on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara. Suggestions for future research are expected to use the latest variables that are closely related to the conditions of human resources in an increasingly competitive work environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan kualitas layanan, loyalitas merek dan inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial kualitas layanan, loyalitas merek, dan inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah mengenai kualitas layanan, loyalitas merek, inovasi produk dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan jumlah sampel terpilih sebanyak 85 orang. Peralatan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dan analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, loyalitas merek dan inovasi produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh dengan diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (67,780 > 2,701) pada tingkat signifikansi 0.000, kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kualitas layanan secara individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.160 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa loyalitas merek, secara individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.112, dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,004 dan inovasi produk secara individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,157 dengan nilai signifinaksi sebesar 0,000 pada  = 5%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi PT. Darussalam Berlian Motor Banda Aceh untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of income, financial attitudes and financial literacy on financial management behavior through locus of control as an intervening variable in Semarang Regency MSMEs. The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 100 MSME respondents in the Semarang Regency area. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs. The questionnaire consists of the respondent's identity as well as statements related to financial management behavior. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software by testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, and Sobel test. The results of this research show that income and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on locus of control in MSMEs; financial attitude does not have a positive and significant effect on locus of control in MSMEs; there is a positive and significant influence between income, financial literacy, and locus of control on financial management behavior in MSMEs; and there is no positive and significant influence of financial attitudes on financial management behavior in MSMEs; income and financial attitudes mediated by locus of control have no effect on financial management behavior; Financial literacy mediated by locus of control influences financial management behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Profitability and Liquidity on Dividend Policy with Company Size as a moderating variable in Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange which are listed in LQ45 in 2018-2022. To test this, researchers used quantitative descriptive methods with secondary data collection techniques in the form of annual financial reports. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The results of this research show that Profitability has a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy, Liquidity has an insignificant negative effect on Dividend Policy, Company Size is able to moderate the influence of Profitability on Dividend Policy, Company Size is able to moderate the influence of Liquidity on Dividend Policy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the company's status following the Covid pandemic and the potential strategic actions to affect employee performance. By gathering actual data from respondents, researchers can evaluate the viability of the put out hypotheses using inference verification procedures. 115 research samples in total were purposefully chosen to participate as responders. We utilize Smart PLS software 3.29 to analyze structural equation models. The results of the study are: (1) Good corporate governance has an influence on job satisfaction; (2) organizational culture has an influence on job satisfaction; (3) Good corporate governance has an influence on performance, (4) Organizational culture has an influence on performance, (5) Job satisfaction has an influence on performance, (6) Job satisfaction mediates good corporate governance on performance and (7) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture on performance. A limitation of this study is that the survey only focused on Palembang city area companies Practical implications: from the research indicate that in order to improve performance, new techniques must first boost employee job satisfaction. Performance is influenced by organizational culture, which is the second most important factor. By increasing both internal and external satisfaction, one can increase job satisfaction. (1) Team culture, which is a workplace culture that promotes interpersonal, collaborative, and communicative work environments, can improve organizational culture. aims to establish a business that is like a happy, large family, (3) Adaptive culture, particularly the culture present in an organization or company where employee changes occur, including how the company maintains and maintains the work environment, (2) mission culture, which is a stable and external culture that emphasizes the organization with clear goals and variables, as well as the process of continuous internal improvement and (4) bureaucratic culture, i.e. internal and stable culture for a highly effective organization with a high level of consistency in all its activities. This research examines the performance of regional companies after the occurrence of Covid-19 which is related to the impact of good corporate government and organizational culture which are rarely studied on the sustainability of the performance of regional companies in Indonesia.
