Abstract

Imported snacks are among the food and beverage items that are quite popular among the public, yet their sales remain relatively rare, necessitating further study. This research aims to investigate the influence of live streaming and price perception on purchase interest, mediated by brand awareness for DJL. Star products in Bandung City. The methodology employed in this study is a quantitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents via social media platforms Instagram and WhatsApp, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, Sobel tests, and hypothesis testing. The population targeted in this study consists of online shoppers in Bandung City, with a sample size of 100 individuals analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicate that live streaming (X1), price perception (X2), and brand awareness (Y) positively influence purchase interest (Z). Brand awareness doesn’t mediates the effect of live streaming (X1 on purchase interest (Z), but brand awareness mediates the effect of price perception (X2) on purchase interest (Z). Abstract

This research seeks to assess (1) how Brand Trust effects customer loyalty of Emina Cosmetics products to the Emina Girl Gang Ambassador, (2) how Brand Image influences customer loyalty of Emina Cosmetics products to the Emina Girl Gang Ambassador, (3) how Product Quality influences customer loyalty Emina Cosmetics products to the Emina Girl Gang Ambassador. A quantitative descriptive design was used for this research. The population was taken from Emina Girl Gang Ambassador batch 6, with a Sampel size of 75 respondents. A questionnaire is used in this study, with statistical methods for data analysis such as Coefficient of Determination, multiple linearoregression, t test, and F test. The results indicate that Brand Trust exerts a positive and significant impact on customer Loyalty to Emina Girl Gang Ambassador. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to Emina Girl Gang Ambassador. Keywords : CustomerQLoyalty, Brand Trust, Brand Image, Product Quality.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of environmental, social, and corporate governance disclosure on profitability. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research using secondary data. The population that is the focus of this study is consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021-2023. The sampling method for this study was carried out using purposive sampling. The criteria for selecting research samples include consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the stock exchange from 2021-2023, consumer non-cyclical companies that are not included in the food and beverage sector, companies that do not publish annual financial reports from 2021-2023, companies that do not have sustainability reports from 2021-2023. The number of consumer non-cyclical companies that meet these criteria and are the research sample is 18 companies. Data collection was carried out by downloading financial reports and sustainability reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that environmental and social disclosure partially does not affect profitability, while governance disclosure affects profitability

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the role of Akidah Akhlak learning in shaping student characteristics at Pittayaphat Suska School, as well as factors that influence the application of Akidah Akhlak Learning at Pittayaphat Suska School. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data is collected through observation of events and processes that are happening. The main data sources are the Principal, Religion Teacher, Subject Teacher, and Students. In implementing this Akidah Akhlak Learning, students are expected to be able to understand Islamic teachings according to the guidelines of the Al-Quran and Hadith to receive various materials and religious knowledge from teachers or ustadz who play a role in teaching this Akidah Akhlak Learning. As for the steps in implementing Akidah Akhlak Learning, the activity begins with reading the Koran together, followed by five daily prayers, duha prayers, and listening to religious lectures together. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of raw material inventory costs at UMKM Anti Galau in Boyolali and to analyze whether the material requirement planning (MRP) method can make raw material inventory costs more efficient. The location of this study is a home business called UMKM Anti Galau in Boyolali which produces various fried dumplings. The main raw materials for fried dumplings are wheat flour, cooking oil and butter.The data analysis method in this study uses the Material Requirement Planning method with the Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) techniques. The results of the study showed that the total inventory cost according to the Anti Galau UMKM owner's policy was IDR 851,495, - with the LFL method of IDR 603,280, - with the EOQ method of IDR 216,122.84, - and with the POQ method of IDR 648,370.56, - The results of the calculation of the level of cost efficiency, the MRP method (LFL, EOQ and POQ) are more efficient than the calculation of raw material inventory costs according to the Anti Galau UMKM owner's policy. Cost savings with the LFL method are 29.15%, with the EOQ method will save costs by 74.62% and with the POQ method will save costs by 23.86%. From the results of the analysis, all hypotheses in this study are proven true. Keywords: Material Requirement Planning

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of e-wallet use mediated by self-control on the consumptive behavior of students in the economics faculty of the management study program at Batik Islamic University, Surakarta. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data collection using a quantitative approach uses questionnaire research instruments, statistical data analysis with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The population in this study were all active students of the management study program at Batik Islamic University, Surakarta, totaling 283 students, obtained from BAAK (Academic and Student Administration Bureau). The number of samples used was 55 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show the influence of e-wallet use on consumer behavior. There is an influence of self-control on consumer behavior. There is an influence of e-wallet use mediated by self-control on the consumptive behavior of students in the economics faculty of the management study program at Batik Islamic University, Surakarta. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer retention as an intervining variable in the case study of Bank Syariah x in West Semarang. The dependent variable analyzed in this research is customer loyalty. The independent variable analyzed in this research is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this research was Bank Syariah X customers in West Semarang consisting of 100 respondents. Sample collection was carried out using the accidental sampling method, which is an accidental sampling method by taking cases or respondents who happened to be present or available in the area of the research. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. Customer retention has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Another result of this research is that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer retention as an intervining variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pilihan karir mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Palopo dengan pendekatan Cashflow Quadrant. Pendekatan ini membagi sumber pendapatan individu ke dalam empat kuadran, yaitu karyawan, wiraswasta, pemilik bisnis, dan investor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan mahasiswa yang sedang mempertimbangkan pilihan karir mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa lebih cenderung memilih jalur karir sebagai karyawan dan wiraswasta, dengan pertimbangan utama berupa stabilitas keuangan dan minat pribadi. Namun, masih terdapat potensi untuk mengembangkan pemahaman dan minat mahasiswa terhadap kuadran pemilik bisnis dan investor, yang menawarkan peluang kebebasan finansial yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya peningkatan pendidikan keuangan dan pengembangan kewirausahaan di lingkungan kampus untuk memperluas pilihan karir mahasiswa. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and innovation on the performance of MSMEs in Pedurungan District. The independent variables analyzed in this study are financial literacy, financial inclusion, and innovation. The dependent variable analyzed in this study is the performance of MSMEs. The sample used in this research is MSME players in the Pedurungan District area. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with the sovin formula obtained a sample of 90 respondents. The method for analyzing this research data uses validity tests, reliability test, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data processing software SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate the financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on MSME performance, financial inclusion has a positive and significant on MSME performance, innovation has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan tingkat pengembalian (return) terhadap minat mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo dalam berinvestasi. Literasi keuangan menjadi aspek penting dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, karena pemahaman yang baik mengenai konsep keuangan dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan diri seseorang dalam mengelola keuangan, termasuk keputusan untuk berinvestasi. Sementara itu, return atau tingkat pengembalian juga memainkan peran penting dalam menarik minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi, karena return yang menjanjikan dapat menjadi motivasi utama bagi investor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan return memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya literasi keuangan dan pertimbangan return dalam meningkatkan minat investasi di kalangan mahasiswa.
