Abstract

Manajemen laba riil disebut sebagai manipulasi laba melalui aktivitas riil dan merupakan salah satu metode utama untuk mengelola ekspetasi investor terhadap perusahaan. Upaya memberikan keterbatasan ruang gerak bagi perusahaan untuk melakukan manajemen laba, salah satunya ialah dengan adanya suatu indeks penerapan ratings pada environmental, social and governance (ESG) dan Pada penelitian ini ingin melihat ESG Leaders apakah dapat mempengaruhi hubungan yang dianggap penting bagi investor. Populasi yang digunakan ialah perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia yang menerapkan ESG Leaders tahun 2020-2023 Sampel 118. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ESG tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen laba, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen laba, profitabilitas mampu memperkuat pengaruh negatif ESG terhadap manajemen laba riil.

Abstract

One of the most significant industries supporting a nation's economy is the tourist sector. Religious tourism is one type of travel that has a big financial influence on the neighborhood. The increasing number of visitors and their intention to return to the tourist destination are indicators of the industry's success. For instance, there has been a noticeable annual growth in the number of tourists visiting Central Java. The Kudus Regency, also referred to as the cities of Santri and Kretek, is located in the Central Java Province. Menara Kudus religious tourism is one among the tourist attractions in Kudus Regency. In contrast to the Colo Tourist Attraction in 2021, the Menara Kudus Tour is currently seeing a decline in visitors. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how WOM and Tourist Emotion affect Menara Kudus' destination image and how much it influences travelers' intentions to return. This study employs a quantitative methodology and surveys Menara Kudus tourists with a questionnaire. The tool or method Smart-PLS 3.0 was used to evaluate the data. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose the sample for this study, which included 132 respondents who visited Menara Kudus. According to the research's findings, (1) Tourist Emotions have a positive impact on destination image; (2) word-of-mouth (WOM) has a positive impact on destination image; (3) Tourist Emotions do not have a positive or significant impact on the Revisit Intention; (4) WOM has a positive impact on the Revisit Intention; and (5) destination image has a positive impact on the Revisit Intention.

Abstract

This research explores the factors that influence employees' tendencies to engage in deviant behavior in the workplace and contribute to its creation. This research aims to determine the influence of workplace behavior on organizational commitment, spirituality, ethical leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction, using a social exchange theory framework. This research uses a sampling method as a non-random sampling method based on samples selected for statistical analysis. The respondents used in this research were 232 employees of the Islamic University of Purwokerto City. The research uses hardfiles and softfiles (Google forms) for data collection. Data collection was carried out using a Likert Scale-based questionnaire and tested using the Smart PLS application. The findings show that although workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have a direct negative impact on workplace deviant behavior, this relationship is not statistically significant. On the other hand, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Justice have a negative but significant effect on conservation behavior in the workplace. Additionally, there is a weak but positive relationship between workplace deviant behavior and ethical leadership. Abstract

This study was conducted in Indonesia using data on variables related to SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), financial inclusion, and unemployment. The aim of the research is to understand and analyze the impact of SME variables and financial inclusion on reducing unemployment rates in Indonesia. SME variables considered include SME employment absorption, number of SMEs, SME investment, and SME income. The study uses 12 years of data from 2011 to 2022. Data were collected through documentation studies, which involve gathering and processing information from previous studies related to the research problem. The data used are quantitative, sourced from secondary time series data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, the Ministry of Cooperatives, and SMEs. Analytical methods employed include descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, with data processing carried out using SPSS software. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of the relationship between SMEs, financial inclusion, and unemployment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Descriptive analysis results indicate a pattern of correlation between SME variables and financial inclusion in reducing unemployment rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of interactive learning technology on the English language proficiency of Informatics students at ITB AAS Indonesia. A quasi-experimental design was employed, involving an experimental group that utilized interactive learning technology and a control group that received conventional instruction. The findings reveal a significant improvement in the English language skills of the experimental group, highlighting the effectiveness of interactive technology in enhancing listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Additionally, the study demonstrates that interactive learning tools positively influence students' motivation and engagement, aligning with theories such as the Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning (CTML), Self-Determination Theory (SDT), and Cognitive Load Theory (CLT). The research underscores the potential of integrating interactive technology into non-language focused programs, providing practical insights for educators and institutions seeking to innovate English language instruction in higher education. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work ability, the influence of job satisfaction, change management on employee performance at the Palopo City Encryption and Statistics Service. This research is a type of quantitative research that is descriptive in nature. Sampling used Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling techniques. This research uses a Likert measurement scale. Data processing uses SPSS version 20 software. Work ability has no effect and is not significant on employee performance. Job satisfaction has an influence and is not significant on employee performance. Change Management has a significant and influential effect on employee performance. Work Ability, Job Satisfaction, and Change Management simultaneously (together) and significantly on employee performance. To improve employee performance, it is necessary to increase work ability on employee performance, the higher the job satisfaction, the more it will affect employee performance, Changes in management greatly influence employee performance, every small change, whether increasing or decreasing, will affect a larger increase or decrease in employee performance..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work skills on employee performance, the effect of work skills on employee performance, as well as the effect of work skills and work abilities on employee performance at PDAM Luwu Regency. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was all employees at PDAM Luwu Regency with a total of 70 people. Sampling used Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this research was 70 people. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The work skills variable (X1) is stated to have no effect and is not significant on employee performance (Y). while the work ability variable (X2) is stated to have a significant and influential effect on employee performance (Y). In the Simultaneous Test, Work Skills and Work Ability have a joint (simultaneous) and significant effect on Employee Performance at PDAM Luwu Regency. Training is needed for the skills of each employee, as well as increasing the work ability of employees at PDAM Luwu Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty through brand love among users of Acer laptops in the city of Cimahi. The research instrument has undergone validity and reliability testing, classic assumption testing, simple regression testing, and multiple regression testing. The instrument was used to collect data from respondents who are at least 17 years old and have used Acer laptops, which are the objects evaluated in this study. The number of respondents involved in this research is 90 individuals. The data instrument analysis was conducted using the SPSS software version 27 and Sobel test. The findings of this study indicate that brand experience has a positive effect on brand love, brand experience has a positive effect on brand loyalty, and brand love also has a positive impact on brand loyalty. However, brand love does not significantly mediate the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty. What sets this research apart from previous studies is its focus on the city of Cimahi and the use of the latest secondary data in 2023.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of green marketing on customer loyalty, the influence of brand authenticity on customer loyalty, the influence of green marketing on brand image, the influence of brand authenticity on brand image, the influence of brand image on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the influence of income and work motivation on employee performance. The study was conducted on a group of 60 permanent employees from Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. A sample size of 52 individuals was chosen for this investigation. This study employed a questionnaire as a tool for gathering data. This study employed validity and reliability assessments to evaluate the correctness and consistency of the data, and utilized T and F tests to examine the hypothesis. This study demonstrates the absence of a correlation between employee remuneration and the performance of Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. Nevertheless, this study demonstrates a correlation between remuneration and job motivation, which subsequently impacts the performance of employees at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. Both elements exert a substantial influence on the performance of employees within the firm
