Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan utang dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi. Studi ini dilakukan pada industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2019-2023. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis datanta Adalah data sekunder sedangkan pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi meliputi data laporan keuangan dan informasi pasar untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), didukung e-Views 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan utang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan utang yang tinggi dapat menurunkan valuasi perusahaan. Sebaliknya, profitabilitas terbukti memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, mencerminkan pentingnya kinerja laba dalam menarik minat investor. Selain itu, kebijakan dividen memperlemah pengaruh kebijakan utang dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, menandakan bahwa keputusan distribusi dividen dapat mempengaruhi cara investor menilai kinerja dan potensi perusahaan. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi finansial yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) on commercial transactions (buying and selling) within e-commerce learning at Madrasah Aliyah Persatuan Guru Agama Islam Padang through a literature review approach. The research addresses the growing need for integrating fiqh concepts with digital economic practices as online trading becomes increasingly central in students’ daily lives. This study aims to analyze how the principles of fiqh al-buyu’, including pillars, conditions, lawful and unlawful practices, and the prohibition of gharar, can be effectively incorporated into e-commerce learning materials. Using a systematic literature review, relevant books, scholarly articles, and contemporary studies on Islamic commercial law and digital transactions were examined. The findings indicate that e-commerce practices can be aligned with Islamic legal principles when clarity of contract, consent of parties, halal goods, and transparent procedures are ensured, as supported by the Qur’anic principle “wa ahallallāhu al-bay’” (Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 275). The study concludes that integrating fiqh of buying and selling into e-commerce learning enhances students’ understanding of sharia-compliant digital transactions and strengthens their literacy in Islamic economics in the digital era. Abstract

Using green marketing as a moderating variable, this study wants to find out how customer value affects Starbucks patrons' intentions to repurchase in Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC) in Surabaya. Data from 200 respondents who had bought Starbucks products at PTC Surabaya, were between the ages of 17 and 65, and were aware of the company's green marketing initiatives such as the use of eco-friendly packaging, sustainability promotions, or the Bring Your Own Tumbler program were collected quantitatively using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The findings show that repurchase intention is positively and significantly impacted by customer value and positively impacted by green marketing. Additionally, green marketing modifies the association between customer value and desire to repurchase, suggesting that eco-friendly marketing tactics enhance the impact of perceived value on consumers' intentions to make additional purchases. In the cutthroat food and beverage (F&B) sector, like Starbucks, these results demonstrate how crucial it is to combine green marketing tactics with consumer value to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Social media is an effective business promotion tool because it is accessible to anyone, allowing for a wider promotional network. Social media has become an indispensable tool for companies and one of the best ways to reach customers. Google reviews can also be viewed when users search for a place. When someone searches for a destination, reviews in the form of stars and words will appear. There, we can see the extent to which visitors to that destination were satisfied with the service provided. Google reviews present a significant challenge for the tourism sector. Because a destination's name is prominent and viewed by hundreds to millions of users searching for a destination, when someone searches for a destination, reviews in the form of stars and words will appear. There, we can see the extent to which visitors to that destination were satisfied with the service provided. The purpose of this study was to determine whether social media marketing has an impact on increasing visitor numbers by including Google reviews as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Improving the quality of public transportation services is a crucial factor in maintaining public satisfaction and trust. Trans Jateng's BRT, particularly on corridor 7, continues to face challenges in the form of a high number of passenger complaints related to delays, comfort, and other operational aspects. This study aims to apply a Six Sigma approach to reduce the number of complaints while improving service quality. The research methodology uses the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework, collecting data through passenger complaint documentation, field observations, and interviews with management and operators. The results indicate that the highest complaint categories relate to punctuality and fleet condition, with an initial sigma value at a low level. Through root cause analysis, improvement priorities were established, including improving fleet maintenance schedules, bus crew training, and optimizing the trip monitoring system. The implementation of corrective actions significantly reduced the number of complaints during the trial period, resulting in an improvement in the sigma level. This study's contribution lies in the systematic application of Six Sigma in the public transportation sector, a rarely studied area, and provides practical recommendations for Trans Jateng BRT management in sustainably managing service quality. The conclusion of this study is that Six Sigma is proven to be effective as a quality management method to reduce customer complaints and increase the reliability of bus rapid transit services. Abstract

Pengembangan kawasan industri di era modern memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan infrastruktur cerdas (smart infrastructure) dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi hijau. Penelitian ini menganalisis kelayakan teknis, lingkungan, dan bisnis pengembangan kawasan industri Berau dengan menerapkan konsep smart infrastructure dan green economy. Melalui pendekatan mixed-method dengan analisis data sekunder dan pemodelan teknis, penelitian menemukan bahwa integrasi teknologi IoT, renewable energy systems, dan circular economy principles dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sebesar 35-40% sambil mengurangi emisi karbon hingga 45%. Data menunjukkan investasi awal untuk infrastruktur hijau mencapai Rp 2.8 triliun dengan ROI positif dalam 8-10 tahun. Kawasan industri Berau memiliki potensi strategis sebagai model eco-industrial estate nasional dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam lokal, tenaga kerja terampil, dan akses logistik regional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi smart infrastructure dan ekonomi hijau bukan hanya layak secara teknis dan lingkungan, tetapi juga viable secara ekonomi dan bisnis, membuka peluang investasi berkelanjutan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi jangka panjang.

Abstract

Development planning is a key instrument in improving the effectiveness of regional government administration. However, various regional government agencies (OPD) in Berau Regency still face issues of synchronization between planning, policy formulation, and budgeting. This study analyzes the influence of plan formulation, policy proposal formulation, and budgeting on the quality of OPD work plans. Using a survey-based causal-explanatory design, the study involved 98 respondents determined using the Slovin Formula (α = 0.10) from a population of 4,901 employees. Sample stratification was performed according to the distribution of OPDs, with oversampling of strategic units. Data analysis used PLS-SEM. The results showed that all three dimensions of the planning process significantly influenced the quality of work plans (R² = 0.716), with the strongest influence coming from policy formulation (0.804), followed by budget formulation (0.779), and plan formulation (0.727). The model was simultaneously significant (F = 111.77; p < 0.001). The findings confirm that the quality of work plans is determined by the integration of structured, data-driven planning processes aligned with fiscal capacity. Key challenges include planning-budgeting asynchronous processes, limited technical competencies, and low public participation. Recommendations include strengthening coordination across regional government agencies (OPD), increasing planner capacity, implementing quality assurance, and developing an integrated information system to support planning and budgeting integration. Abstract

Samarinda Weaving Sarongs as a traditional handicraft product of East Kalimantan faces various challenges in maintaining its existence and competitiveness in the modern market. Changes in people's consumption patterns that increasingly lead to efficiency, digital trends, and a preference for instant products have led to a decrease in interest in tradition-based products. The low level of innovation and digitalization among SMEs is also a problem in itself. Based on the theory of planned behavior, a person's interest in buying is determined by their attitude towards behavior, subjective norms, and perception of behavior control (Ajzen, 1991). This study aims to analyze the influence of product innovation, product quality, and price on consumer buying interest, using a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods.  The sample totaled 100 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale measuring tools and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F tests, and determination coefficients (R²). The results of the study show that product innovation, product quality, and price have a positive effect on consumer buying interest, partially or simultaneously. The author recommends the Samarinda Woven Sarong IKM to create traditional motifs with a modern touch, consistent in quality using premium materials and quality control, determine pricing strategies for various market segments, and expand digital marketing.  Keywords: Product Innovation; Product Quality; Price; Consumer Buying Interest; Samarinda Weaving Sarong.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of company age, audit opinion, and company size on audit delay (an empirical study of manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sub-sector from 2021 to 2023). The population of this study was all manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis used the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that company age partially significantly influences audit delay in manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023. The results of this study indicate that audit opinion partially does not significantly influence audit delay in manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023. The results of this study indicate that company size partially significantly influences audit delay in manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Commerce Implementation, Financial Literacy, and the Role of Human Resources (HR) on the Performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Depok District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME owners, selected using a purposive sampling method. The research instruments were tested using validity and reliability tests, and data analysis was conducted through classical assumption tests, t-tests, and regression analysis.The results show that the E-Commerce variable has no significant effect on MSME performance, indicating that business owners still lack sufficient understanding of digital technology utilization. Meanwhile, the Financial Literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, meaning that higher financial literacy levels lead to better business performance. The Human Resources (HR) variable shows a positive but insignificant effect on MSME performance.These findings indicate that improving financial literacy is a crucial factor in enhancing MSME performance, while the implementation of E-Commerce and HR development still require further training and support. The results are expected to serve as a reference for local governments, training institutions, and MSME actors in formulating strategies to strengthen MSME competitiveness in the digital era.
