Abstract

The construction of the toll road which is located in Jatimulyo Village, Jati Agung District, has an impact, one of which is the transfer of community land functions, resulting in changes because it is still in a transitional period. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the impact of the construction of the Trans Sumatra toll road on the conversion of residential land and community rice fields from an Islamic economic perspective? How is the condition of the community after the conversion of residential land and community rice fields in terms of an Islamic economic perspective? The purpose of this study was to determine how much impact the construction of the Trans Sumatra toll road had on the conversion of community land and rice fields and to determine the condition of the community structure after the conversion of community land functions from an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is a field research with data collection methods by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study show that the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road reduces congestion and with the construction of the existing toll road in Jatimulyo Village, an area of ±495,355.66 is converted for development so as to open a new residential area. In the Islamic concept of toll road construction, including development carried out in the public interest for the people, the transfer of land functions in Jatimulyo Village, including development with the aim of the concept of shared welfare, this very important thing was proven by at the time of the Prophet Muhammad, he built infrastructure in the form of; public wells, posts, roads, and markets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The population of this study were all office staff employees of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation as many as 42 employees. For sampling, the census sampling technique was used, namely sampling which was carried out by taking all the population as samples. The number of samples in this study were 42 employees. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence on the leadership variable on the work performance of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The organizational culture variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the work performance of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The variables of leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The coefficient of determination for the independent variable seen from the R square is 0.393. That is, the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 39.3%. Keywords: leadership, organizational culture and employee performance

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informai memberikan berbagai dampak terhadap perusahaan, salah satu dampaknya adalah sebagai alat untuk mempermudah pekerjaan dalam mencapai keberhasilan perusaahan. Keberhasilan perusahaan dapat diukur dengan pelayanan perusahaan yang sangat baik. untuk memberikan keberhasilan pelayanan perusahaan salah faktor penting adalah sumber daya manusia. namun pada departemen agama kabupaten jepara dalam kepuasan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat setiap tahunya mengalami penurunan. artinya kualitas Sumber daya manusia dalam departemen agama kabupaten jepara belum mencapai keberhasilan. Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor kompetensi, komunikasi dan motivasi terhadap distrupsi teknologi. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan bantuan program Smartpls Versi 3. Teknik pengunpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diajukan peneliti kepada responden dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa kompetensi, komunikasi dan motivasi karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap distrupsi teknologi.

Abstract

In finding the proper and most effective marketing plan to implement, one of the marketing mix's components can be considered. The notion of marketing is already regarded as the foundation of strategic development in every industry in the world, regardless of whether the organization operates in the sphere of products or services. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of marketing mix methods employed by service sector organizations from 2017 to 2021. This research literature review employs bibliometric analysis. By presenting the results of co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation analysis, the study supported bibliometric analysis methodologies using 42 articles extracted from 50 pieces of data acquired from Google Scholar through the Publish or Perish application and VOSviewer. The finding reveals that one of the aspects that the company can observe in reaching the optimal and best marketing plan to apply is the marketing mix components. This is significant since the marketing mix is one of the most critical factors for customers when making purchasing decisions. If a company does not pay attention to what customers seek, it is almost inevitable that it will miss numerous opportunities to acquire customers and that the items offered would be wasted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of teacher performance at SMK Antartika Surabaya schools and find out what factors affect the improvement of teacher performance at SMK Antartika Surabaya schools. The populations in this study are 31 teachers at SMK Antartika Surabaya, this research uses a qualitative type of research, which is a data collection technique through interviews and observations. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the analysis of improving the performance of teachers of SMK Antartika Surabaya is not on time as there are empty hours in class with an impact on the quality of work from teachers while the Quantity of Work and Cooperation is very good. Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Kondisi Fisik Dominan Atlet Futsal Opanindo Banda Aceh”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk keadaan Kondisi Fisik Dominan Atlet Futsal Opanindo Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlet Futsal Opaninido yang berjumlah 12 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tes leg Dynamometer, Vertical Jump, lari 30 m, Sit And Reach, dan Illinois tes. Teknik analisis data dalam Penelitian ini dengan teknik persentase. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data yang diperoleh maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan tingkat kondisi fisik dominan atlet Opanindo Banda Aceh Pada Tahun 2021 semuanya berada pada katagori Baik dan hanya kekuatan kaki yang berada pada katagori Cukup.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the amount, flow, and target of BPJS Employment Wage Subsidy Beneficiaries (BSU) on the welfare of the Boyolali community in 2021 (Case Study of Jurug Village, Mojosongo District). The research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The research location is in Jurug Village, Tamansari District, Boyolali Regency, the research population is 100 people registered in BPJS Employment and a sample of 50 people using purposive aampling method. Data obtained from surveys, collected and processed using SPSS 2.1 for windows. The result of the research is that the amount and flow of the BPJS Employment Wage Subsidy (BSU) have a significant effect on Community Welfare. The target of the BPJS Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) has no significant effect on the welfare of the community. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment on the performance of PT Deltomed Wonogiri employees. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is 1,100 employees working at PT Deltomed Wonogiri. The sampling technique used in this research is Quota sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression, F test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that motivation, discipline, and work environment partially and significantly affected the performance of PT Deltomed Wonogiri employees. Suggestions from this research, employees of PT Deltomed Wonogiri continue to improve motivation, discipline, and the existing work environment so that the employee performance will increase and be better than before. Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Independent Board of Commissioners (DKI) and Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) on Financial Performance in Sharia Commercial Banks. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia which are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from the 2018-2022 period. The number of samples used were 66 data of 15 bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection method is observation through data analysis techniques using E-views 12. The results of this study show that (1) Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) has no effect on financial performance, (2) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has an effect positively on the financial performance, (3) the Board of Independent Commissioners (DKI) has a positive influence on the financial performance, (4) the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS ) has no effect on the financial performance.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research. The data analysis technique in this study is a quantitative description that describes the actual data and a qualitative description which is data that can be calculated resulting from the process of giving tests to students. The results of this study are based on observations made in the pre-action cycle, cycle I to cycle II which shows the implementation process and learning outcomes that are different from each cycle. The results of observations in cycle I showed that students' speaking skills still needed to be improved, while in cycle II it showed that students' speaking skills had improved from before. The student response in the first cycle of learning was still not optimal with the results of students' KKM achievement being at a percentage of 65.8% or as many as 27 students who achieved KKM, 34.1% or 15 students who did not reach KKM. In cycle II, student achievement increased rapidly with the number of students who achieved the KKM as many as 36 students with a percentage of 87.8% while those who did not reach the KKM were 5 people with a percentage of 12.1%. This result is reinforced by the KKM achievement criteria at SMA Negeri 7 Pinrang which is very good with a score range of 87-100. So it can be concluded that the application of reconstructive strategies can improve learning to speak in class XI SMA Neger 7 Pinrang.
