Background - Forest encroachment refers to the process of reducing forest area due to human activities, such as logging, agricultural land clearing, mining, and infrastructure development. This phenomenon is of global concern as it has serious impacts on the environment, biodiversity and climate. Objective - The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of forest encroachment and determine the factors that cause forest encroachment in the Sorowako Block Area, East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi where PTVI is located. Design/methodology/approach - The research method used in this article is qualitative method and descriptive analysis technique. Findings - The results of this study concluded that the factors influencing forest encroachment are the lack of certainty of the tenure system, the high economic value of land use by non-companies, the weak supervision system of the contract of work, not optimal law enforcement efforts and the weak dispute resolution mechanism in the PTVI system. Economic factors in the surrounding environment are the main factors influencing forest encroachment. Research implication - It is important for companies to integrate environmental considerations in business decision-making in order to achieve long-term sustainability and avoid the negative economic impacts of forest encroachment. Limitations of Research - Analyses may be limited to a particular region or country, so the results may not be directly applicable elsewhere.

Globalization presents a number of challenges related to human resource management.The type of research in this study uses qualitative research and is a case study.The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The liquidity ratio can be seen by the SAIP current ratio of 155.30%, the SAIP quick ratio of 93.27%. The debt to equity ratio solvency ratio, both companies are not good, while the solvency ratio consisting of debt to total assets ratio FASW is quite good from SAIP which is 63.609%. The ratio of total asset turnover activity, financial performance of paper companies is not good because the average total asset turnover is more than 1, namely SAIP of 0.149% and FASW of 0.821%. receivable turn over FASW of 7.603%. When viewed from the comparison of profitability ratios consisting of profit margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity FASW has the best financial performance.

The boarding house rental service business is a business that is not too big but the business is promising. Even though this business is not large, this business also requires cost control in order to produce accurate cost information. As is the case with Kos Mahya which is the research location. In determining room rental rates, the owner of the Mahya boarding house still follows market prices around the boarding house, which allows cost distortions to occur because they do not reflect specific activities. The need for an appropriate method for setting a room rate, namely the Activity Cased Costing method. The purpose of this study is to find out the determination of room rates using the Activity Based Costing method and a comparison of the activity based costing method with the method of the owner of the Mahya Boarding House regarding the determination of room rental rates. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that the calculation of room rental rates using the Activity Based Costing method gives smaller results, compared to the determination of rates carried out by boarding owners based on market prices around the boarding house.

Zakat produktif pertanian adalah zakat yang diberikan kepada mustahik dalam bentuk modal usaha untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi penerimanya, supaya fakir miskin dapat menjalankan atau membiayai kehidupan secara konsisten. Dalam pengelolaan zakat produktif pertanian pengurus masjid at-taqwa menyalurkan dana zakat pada suatu program dalam pemberdayaan dan pembinaan mustahik dengan memberikan modal usaha dalam bentuk uang tunai yang dapat diperdayagunakan masyarakat dalam mensejahterakan hidupnya. Dengan bantuan modal usaha yang diberikan pengurus masjid at-ataqwa, mustahik dapat mengembangkan usahanya dan bisa meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan zakat produktif pertanian dalam konteks pemberdayaan mustahik pada pengurus masjid at-taqwa dan untuk mengetahui program pendukung dalam pengelolaan zakat pertanian dalam konteks pemberdayaan mustahik pada masjid at-taqwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pengelolaan zakat produktif dalam konteks pemberdayaan mustahik pada masjid at-ataqwa meliputi: Pendanaan untuk pengelolaan ladang pertanian, Pendaan modal usaha pembelian sapi, Pengadaan terop untuk masyarakat, Pengadaan alat banjari untuk remaja masji Kata Kunci: Zakat Produktif, Pertanian, Pemberdayaan, Mustahik

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the entertainment tax collection and supervision system carried out by the Nganjuk Regency Bapenda, finding out the truth of the issue of increasing entertainment tax rates, and knowing the entertainment tax revenue after the latest regulations. In this study, a qualitative method with a descriptive approach is used. The data collection methods applied to this study are interviews and documentation. The results of this study explain that the issue of tax increases is true and is widely discussed. So that it triggers a change in the entertainment tax rate. The latest tariff is applied as of January 2024. As a result, entertainment tax revenue and PAD revenue before and after the change in the entertainment tax rate triggered the revenue performance, both experienced ups and downs. This is due to the level of compliance from taxpayers. The Self Assessment system is a system implemented by the Nganjuk Regency Bapenda in the entertainment tax collection process. Then the entertainment tax revenue supervision system often encounters problems caused by irresponsible taxpayers. However, the bapenda has presented a solution to overcome this problem. Abstrak Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan secara efektif tentunya diperlukan sumber daya manusia (tenaga kerja) yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan bidangnya saat ini. Sebuah perusahaan harus didukung sumber daya manusia yang cakap karena sumber daya manusia sangat berperan dalam menjalankan usaha atau kegiatan di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kinerja karyawan meningkat atau menurun. peran motivasi sebagai moderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 160 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi sebagai moderasi mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) merupakan metode penting untuk mengelola berbagai risiko secara komprehensif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pengaruh ERM terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan metode EVA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling ketika mengidentifikasi pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka implementasi ERM yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi yaitu struktur, tata kelola, dan proses yang dijelaskan dalam empat belas elemen implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ERM berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan metode EVA. Hasil ini menolak hipotesis bahwa penerapan ERM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap EVA. Kata Kunci: Enterprise Risk Management, Economi Value Added

This research aims to determine The Effect Of Employee Retention And Organizational Commitment On Employee Performance With Turnover Intention As An Intervening Variable (Study on employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Tebing Tinggi Branch). The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of Smart PLS version 3.0 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is to use instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. measurement model (outer model), namely the validity test, reliability test, then the structural model (inner model) including: coefficient of determination/r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis testing with the t-statistic test and indirect influence test ( indirect effect). The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this research are that organizational commitment in this research does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment in this research has a significant effect on turnover intention. Employee retention in this study did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee retention has a significant effect on turnover intention. Turnover intention in this research has a significant influence on employee performance. Turnover intention is able to mediate or intervene in the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. Turnover intention cannot mediate the effect of employee retention on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Employee Retention, Turnover Intention, Employee Performance

This study discusses the incompatibility of preferences and guest experiences that are not in accordance with the theory explained by experts. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method using a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale. This study intends to determine the characteristics of guests, preferences and experiences of guests while staying at Hotel Syariah in the city of Bandung. This study used 152 respondents, namely hotel guests who had stayed at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the Halal dimension is the most dominant dimension in the preference variable for guests staying at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung. This shows that the majority of Guests choose to stay at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung based on halal preferences. Meanwhile, the emotional experience dimension is the most dominant dimension in the guest experience variable. This indicates that the majority of guest experiences stay based on emotional experience. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it was found that guest experience has a significant relationship to preference for staying at Syariah Hotels in the city of Bandung.

This research is motivated by the importance of product sales to increase revenue, create profits and support company growth. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the increase in product sales through digital marketing and brand awareness in the digital era. The research design used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method, collecting research data using a questionnaire. The population in this study is the Indonesian population who fall into the age category of generation Z and the millennial generation who use Uniqlo products. The sample in this study was 100 people. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was tested using the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that 1) Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era, 2) Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era, and 3) Digital marketing and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era. The findings of this research suggest that if a company wants to increase product sales, the company must also increase digital marketing and brand awareness.
