Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research. This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire given to 60 respondents at the Surakarta City Environmental Service. The analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis through the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results of this research show that the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Department Surakarta City Environment, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Physical Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Emotional Intelligence has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening variable in the Surakarta City Environmental Service.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam suatu instansi kinerja karyawan menentukan dalam keberhasilan instansi tersebut. Kinerja dapat diartikan sebagai hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugastugas yang diberikan untuk mencapai target kerja. Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kualitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 165 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantoran yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Kota Bandung merupakan wilayah perkotaan yang menjadi pusat kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial dari kawasan Metropolitan Bandung Raya. Hal ini juga menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, kegiatan perekonomian, dan juga luas kawasan terbangun. Jumlah penduduk, kegiatan ekonomi, dan kawasan terbangun akan menciptakan kebutuhan pergerakan sehingga terjadi ledakan jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang digunakan oleh pribadi. Keberlanjutan dari angkutan kota di Kota Bandung juga semakin terancam tidak hanya karena kendaraan pribadi keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh ojek daring. Penelitian bertujuan menilai tingkat layanan dari angkutan kota dan ojek online untuk mengetahui daya saing antara angkutan kota dan ojek daring di Kota sehingga angkutan kota dapat mengetahui dimensi layanan angkutan kota yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Penelitian mengambil lokasi di SWK Cibeunying menggunakan metode ServeQual dan Importance-Performance Analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukan daya saing dari angkutan kota lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ojek daring di SWK Cibeunying. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing, angkutan kota dapat meningkatkan tingkat keamanan pada penggunanya.

Abstract

Social media was originally created for friendships only. However, as time goes by, many people don't want to waste the opportunity to sell. Moreover, all sales activities on social media are almost free. Even if there are additional costs, only for the production of goods. That's why Facebook launched Facebook Marketplace. The purpose of this research is (1) to find out what variables influence a person's level of success in carrying out digital marketing using Facebook, 2) knowing the most dominant and weakest variables that influence a person's level of success in doing digital marketing using Facebook, and (3) knowing the correlation between factors that can influence a person's level of success in doing digital marketing using Facebook. This research empirically analyzes the factors that influence people to do digital marketing using Facebook. The research location was carried out in Cepogo Boyolali. The results of this research conclude that sellers always look at shares and likes, because these are important variables to see buyers' interest. Sellers are also obliged to do this because it indicates that the seller is someone who is always active towards buyers. Sellers must always share experiences using the advertised products. In communication, frequent use of online chat facilities (P10) is the lowest factor; and 2 factors were formed that were able to explain the factors a person does marketing via Facebook. .Factor 1 consists of P1, p2, p3, p4, p5, p7, p10 and p13. Meanwhile, factor 2 consists of variables P6, p8, p9, p11, p12, and p14. Keywords : Digital marketing, Facebook, Success factors

Abstract

The researcher conducted this study to measure the effect of board interlock on company performance and moderated by the company’s board diversity. This study uses a population of non cyclicals consumer group companies on the main board on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015 – 2020 period. The sample in this study were 29 companies and 174 observations. In this study, to measue the board interlock by counting number of positions on the company’s board, yo measure the company’s board diversity by using return on assets, while to measure the company’s board diversity by using the Blau index formula and coefficient of variance. Based on the results of the regression with SPSS 21, the board interlock has a significant positive effect on company performance. Meanwhile, board diversity plays a role in strengthening the positive influence of board interlock on company performance.

Abstract

This article presents a literature review relating to the role of local government on budget performance in three perspectives, namely: how the position and role of local governments towards budget performance, how the government's relationship with the Legislature and the Legislature's relationship with the public in the Principal and Agent Context, and how the Accountability Aspect in the Budgeting Perspective as a Political and Managerial Dimension. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The results obtained show that, first, in the reform era, local government is seen as an entity that has broader authority. It has the authority to decide on the resources it uses. Second, the relationship between the legislature and the government assumes that the legislature will be the principal and the government the agent. The election process results in a mandate to the legislature to produce laws, oversee the work of the government and ensure all public policies will be implemented as stipulated. Third, In a democratic system, the role of the government, its objectives, policies, priorities and the specific programs it runs are fundamentally political and not managerial matters.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is the most important thing that must be achieved immediately by a company because by having good employee performance, all the company's visions and targets can be achieved easily. There are a number of factors that can influence employee performance. However, what researchers believe can influence significantly are the variables Organizational Commitment and Work Ethics as internal factors and Compensation as an external factor. This research is quantitative research with an explantory approach using primary data and questionnaire methods in data collection. The collected data was analyzed with smart PLS 3.0 software. The research results show that the Organizational Commitment variable, Work Ethics variable, and Compensation variable, each variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable because the P-Values value is below the level of significance and leads to positive direction Keywords: Organizational Cmmitment, Work Ethic, Compensastion, Employee Peformance

Abstract

To achieve desired results, it is also important to give instructors and students the freedom to develop, discover, and learn on their own. Each school responds to the independent curriculum differently; SMA Negeri 1 Durenan is one of the schools that has succeeded in implementing the curriculum well. The objectives of this research are to: (1) Describe the approach taken in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; (2) Describe the factors that facilitate and hinder the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; and (3) Describe the impact of implementing an independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan. This research uses descriptive qualitative with interview methods, mile huberman model observation. Data analysis using the data poleulation method. Research findings include: (1) strategies for implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; a) internal training workshops; b) workshop on the application of differentiated learning; and c) Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5). (2) Inhibiting variables include internal factors originating from student motivation and attitudes and originating from school facilities, while external factors originate from parental support. Supporting elements include the availability of human resources (HR) and supporting digital access. (3) The impact on educators—both principals and instructors, includes creativity, two-way communication that fosters a mindset of readiness to learn, and the search for original ideas. The impact on students, on the other hand, is to concentrate on learning the subject at hand.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, training and development, and work motivation on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Central Java (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch. The hypotheses in the research include: (1) transformational leadership has a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Jateng (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch, (2) Training and development have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Jateng (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch, and (3) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Central Java (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch. The research method used is a quantitative research method using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 48 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The data collection method used in this research was by distributing questionnaires to respondents taken as samples. Data analysis used in this research was statistical tests including instrument tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the t test and F test show that transformational leadership, training and development, and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK Central Java (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that transformational leadership (X1), training and development (X2), and work motivation (X3) have contributed to the performance of PT employees. BPR BKK JATENG (Peseroda) Karanganyar Branch was 87.9% while the remaining 12.1% was influenced by other factors such as organizational culture, work-life balance, reward and recognition system, working conditions and facilities, etc. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Training and Development, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study examines how organisational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediates the influence of training, and organisational culture, on employee performance. The number of respondents was 30 employees of SAMSAT Boyolali testing using linear regression. Data is collected through surveys. Training and organizational culture affect OCB significantly. Employee performance is heavily influenced by training, organizational culture, and OCB. Through OCB, training variables and organizational culture have a real effect on employee performance.
