Abstract

Suku Toraja adalah salah satu suku yang masih terus mempertahankan dan melestarikan budaya dan adat istiadatnya. Toraja memiliki tradisi unik dalam menghadapi kematian. Namun, upacara kematian di suku Toraja juga memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar. Untuk dapat membiaya kegiatan adat suku Toraja harus mampu mengelola keuangannya dengan baik yakni secara efektif dan efisien. Pentingnya pengelolan keuangan yang baik akan meminimalisir resiko masyarakat terlilit utang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan biaya upacara kematian di kalangan masyarakat suku Toraja untuk merumuskan rekomendasi praktis dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan menjaga keberlanjutan tradisi budaya mereka. Abstract

Dalam melihat kinerja perusahaan, baik pihak internal maupun eksternal dapat melihat seberapa baik perusahaan telah mencapai tujuannya. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG) tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kesuksesan bisnis ini. Mempelajari dampak GCG dan CSR pada perusahaan Indonesia adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan pustaka atau tinjauan literatur. Peneliti menemukan 12 artikel jurnal peer-review dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun (2019-2021) yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian dan kemudian dijelaskan secara deskriptif analitis secara komprehensif. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GCG dan CSR memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap nilai kinerja bisnis di 90% dari semua studi ilmiah. Ketika digunakan sebagai proksi untuk variabel lain atau sebagai variabel dependen, temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa GCG dan CSR dapat meningkatkan kinerja Perusahaan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial variabel motivasi, kemandirian, minat belajar,dan metode pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Batik 2 Surakarta yang berjumlah 285 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 siswa.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik yaitu uji regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kemandirian, minat belajar,dan metode pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 81,0% sedangkan 19,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak teliti, seperti kedisiplinan, tingkat pendidikan orang tua,teman sebaya dan lain-lain. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah SMA Batik 2 Surakarta harus selalu meningkatkan motivasi, kemandirian, minat belajar dan metode pembelajaran agar prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari sebelumnya. Kata kunci: Prestasi Belajar, motivasi, kemandirian, minat belajar, metode pembelajaran.

Abstract

Community empowerment has long been a primary focus in the tourism industry. Empowering local communities in the development of tourist villages should contribute to the overall well-being of the community. Denai Lama Village is a potential tourist village suitable for development and can serve as a platform for local community empowerment, enhancing positive aspects and providing benefits to the community. This study aims to analyze the empowerment of the Denai Lama Village community through the Kampoeng Lama tourist village. The research employs a descriptive methodology with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include field observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The findings of this study lead to the conclusion that the development of the Kampoeng Lama tourist village in Denai Lama Village has become a platform for community empowerment, providing positive benefits in social, cultural, and economic aspects. The community also utilizes local wisdom as the main attraction in the Kampoeng Lama tourist village. Community empowerment is carried out by focusing on capacity building, the role and initiative of the community as subjects or actors, enhancing the position and quality of community involvement/participation in tourism development, and increasing the positive benefits of tourism development for social, economic, and cultural welfare. This tourist village has fulfilled the 4A components (attraction, accessibility, amenity, ancillary) as requirements for tourism development.

Abstract

Low tax revenue, the Panama Papers scandal, low taxpayer compliance and taxpayer database collection are the things behind the implementation of the Tax Amnesty program. Indonesia has implemented the tax amnesty program several times, including 1964, 1984, 2016, and 2021. This study aims to determine how the implementation of tax amnesty and the Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS) and its implications for Indonesia's tax revenue and tax ratio. The research method is carried out with descriptive qualitative. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of laws, regulations, tax revenue data, and tax ratio. The results illustrate that the tax amnesty program in 1964, 1984 and 2021 was less effective, this is evidenced by the contribution to tax revenue is still minimal. Meanwhile, the tax amnesty program in 2016 had an impact on the increase in tax revenue. The tax ratio is directly proportional to the increase in tax revenue even though the increase does not appear significant.

Abstract

Students, as Agents of Change from an early age, must have an extensive understanding of the importance of progress in the business field, including strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit. Various parties, including higher education, must support entrepreneurship. This will, in turn, produce independent entrepreneurs and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) players who are driven by the attitudes and characteristics of entrepreneurs and ready to persevere and develop the business world in the future. Various strategies used to foster entrepreneurs and UMKM players in higher education are crucial to be carried out systematically and continuously. This article aims to: 1) Provide an overview of strategies for creating an entrepreneurial spirit in students and its relevance to the realization of independent UMKM. 2) Provide contributions, suggestions, and solutions to parties involved in the entrepreneurial spirit of students to become the foundation for the establishment of independent UMKM. This article concludes that: 1) There are several strategies used to create the entrepreneurial spirit of students, namely by providing motivation and understanding related to entrepreneurial characteristics, such as being action-oriented, thinking simply, seeking new opportunities, pursuing opportunities with high discipline, seizing the best opportunities, focusing on execution and everyone's energy into the business they are engaged in, and real strategies that can be implemented in higher education include achieving learning outcomes in the curriculum, participating in Student Creativity Programs (PKM), and establishing business incubators. 2) To contribute suggestions and solutions to the issue of UMKM self-sufficiency, several steps need to be taken. First, change the lifestyle from dependence on imported goods. Second, change government policies and attitudes towards UMKM. Third, the UMKM sector needs assistance in finding better production inputs, suitable technology, efficient marketing strategies, and services. Fourth, UMKM must improve their knowledge and skills. Fifth, the UMKM sector needs easier access to financing, which often becomes a source of problems inhibiting its growth. Sixth, the government must remove various barriers that hinder the growth and expansion of the UMKM sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan, E-Wom, dan persepsi harga terhadap minat Beli Maskapai Garuda Indonesia (studi kasus pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 105 responden. Penelitian ini mengambil data melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada warga beirpeinghasilan di wilayah Kabupatein Sidoarjo. Variabel penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu citra perusahaan (X1), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM) (X2), harga (X3), dan minat beli konsumen (Y). Alat analisis yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah dengan model Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan citra perusahaan, electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), harga semakin tingi minat beli pada Maskapai Garuda Indonesia di masyarakat Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, product attributes, and perceptions on the purchase decision of Sayang brand detergent products in Mojokerto City. In this research, Sayang detergent is a newly launched brand by Kapal Api, which currently falls under the category of new products in the home care segment. This research was conducted on Sayang detergent consumers in Mojokerto City. The sample size in this research was 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used was quantitative data. The data collection technique used in this research involved the use of questionnaires, journals, as well as secondary data taken from the sales data of Sayang detergent in Mojokerto City. Smart PLS analysis was employed for data analysis in this research. The conclusion of this research indicates that brand image, product attributes, through perception, have an influence on the purchase decision of Sayang detergent. As a new brand, Sayang detergent has established a positive brand image, attributes, and consumer perceptions. However, this aspect should be continuously monitored to ensure the ability to compete and improve the sales figures of Sayang detergent.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play a crucial role as drivers in all corporate activities. Competent HR bring competitive advantages and add value. Human resource accounting is the process of identifying, measuring, and communicating HR data to various stakeholders. HR is considered a valuable asset to companies, as the company's vision and strategies would not succeed without quality HR. This research focuses on the manufacturing industry in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), exploring the factors influencing human resource accounting disclosure. The identified population consists of 102 manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX in 2022. The sampling method used is purposive sampling based on considerations that yield a sample of 80 manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors. Secondary data used in this study is from the annual reports of the year 2022. Additionally, secondary data is obtained from various company websites, articles, books, and previous research as sources. In this study, the dependent variable is human resource accounting disclosure, while the independent variables are profitability, company size, institutional ownership, product diversification, and share concentration. The research findings indicate that overall, all independent variables have a significant positive influence on human resource accounting disclosure. However, when analyzed separately, variables such as profitability, product diversification, share ownership concentration, and institutional ownership do not have a significant influence on human resource accounting disclosure in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Only the variable of company size has a significant influence on human resource accounting disclosure. Keywords: accounting disclosure, HR accounting, human resources (HR), manufacturing industry

Abstract

Nahdlatu tujjar merupakan organisasi yang di dirikan oleh KH Hasyim Asy’ari yang bergerak untuk mewadahi umat islam dalam bidang ekonomi demi terciptanya kemandirian umat. Menjabarkan pemahaman terkait Nahdlatu tujjar, merupakan bentuk pemikiran Ekonomi KH Hasyim Asy’ari untuk kemandirian umat islam pada masa itu yang mana umat islam masih belum terfokus dan tidak punya wadah yang jelas untuk bidang ekonomi sehingga mudah untuk di monopoli oleh Belanda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat di lingkungan tebuireng khususnya lingkup pesantren menjadi pondasi utama yang mempertahankan dan menerapkan pemikiran KH Hasyim Asy’ari ini hal ini terbukti dari berdiri dan berkembanganya unit lembaga usaha milik pesantren dan usaha milik masyarakat dengan menggunakan prinsip ekonomi islam sebagai dasarnya sehingga saling menguntungkan satu sama lain baik bagi para pembeli maupun penjual. Terlepas dari keberhasilan itu tetap saja ada sebagian masyarakat tebuireng yang tidak mengetahui secara langsung bahwa usaha yang mereka jalankan menerapkan sistem dagang yang di ajarkan KH Hasyim, oleh karena itu sosialiasi dan penguatan ekonomi dari nahdlatu tujjar menjadi salah satu cara untuk mencapai kemakmuran bersama di lingkup pesantren Tebuireng.
