Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies as the main reference for analyzing, varying, and refining the research being conducted. The data in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from a number of credible sources, namely Suzuki Sales Marketing spread throughout Indonesia as many as 500 people. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the following hypothesis. The result in this article show that the results go hand in hand with the hypothesis because the P-Values are positive and are at a significance level of 0.05, namely 0.014. This indicates that the better the Product Design, the more consumers will be attracted to decide to make a Purchase Decision. Next, in the next line, it can be concluded that the Brand Image variable can moderate the influence of the Product Design variable on Purchasing Decisions because the same thing is that the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.00. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Product Design, Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image

Abstract

Alcoholic beverages, or khamr, contain alcohol or ethanol and were originally made from dates and grapes. In the Islamic religion, khamr is considered haram. A study was conducted to reveal views on the prohibition of khamr, prevention efforts, and the health benefits of the ban for adolescents. Religious figures were involved in data collection. A religious approach has been used to educate adolescents, such as through adolescent health posts, youth organizations, and mosque youth groups. Emphasizing Islamic values in adolescents’ daily lives is believed to shape good morals. Internalizing Islamic values also helps prevent the consumption of alcoholic beverages, which can have negative effects on adolescent health. Therefore, religious activities such as pengajian (religious studies) and children’s forums are considered effective ways to prevent alcohol consumption among adolescents.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge of Shariah Bank Products, Shariah Bank Services, and Income on students' preference for saving in Shariah Banks. The research method used is quantitative, with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The research population consists of students in the Sharia Banking study program at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, with a sample of 30 students selected using quota sampling techniques. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that preference for saving in Shariah Banks is positively influenced by knowledge of Shariah bank products. However, services and income do not have a significant individual influence, although collectively, all three have a significant influence. This suggests that efforts to increase knowledge about Shariah bank products can enhance the preference for saving in Shariah Banks. Abstract

The aim of this research is to implement a learning model during lectures that integrates Project Based Learning (PjBL) and Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the Computer Accounting course. This learning strategy makes it possible to produce qualifications for graduates' abilities starting from their attitudes, knowledge and skills in accordance with national higher education standards. It is proven that through the combination of PjBL and CTL, students can relate the material to real world situations, thus motivating students to make connections between knowledge and application in real life using projects as a medium. Student involvement in this project is their "research" area, starting from finding possible problems, analyzing the problem and drawing conclusions or finding solutions. The results of the research show that there are changes in students' learning behavior and social communication skills which can be seen in the assessment rubric through completing the assignments given. This combination of learning models is considered to be in accordance with the character of adult education (adult learning) which can motivate oneself by using the experience and knowledge gained so that the results can be oriented towards achievement and the relevance of the material through an independent learning process adapted to different types of learning styles.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies, namely as the main support for building the foundation of the research being conducted. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from Muhammadiyah Hospitals spread throughout Indonesia as many as Five Hundred people. The data were collected through an online questionnaire containing 5 statements: strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. The data used were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Work Innovation variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. In line with the first hypothesis above, the next row also shows results that are in line with the hypothesis proposed by the researcher, namely that the Participative Leadership variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Innovation variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000.
