Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of Reliability on Patient Satisfaction 2) To determine and analyze the influence of Guarantee on Patient Satisfaction 3) To determine and analyze the influence of Physical Evidence on Patient Satisfaction 4) To determine and analyze the influence of Empathy on Satisfaction Patients 5) To find out and analyze the influence of Responsiveness on Patient Satisfaction 6) To find out and analyze the influence of Reliability, Guarantee, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Responsiveness on BPJS Patient Satisfaction at the Internal Medicine Clinic of Lewoleba Regional Hospital. This research has a quantitative approach, descriptive and associative type. In this study, the author narrowed the population to 112 BPJS patients at the Internal Medicine Clinic, Lewoleba Regional Hospital. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin formula, and the data analysis technique used was the linier regression anĂ¡lisis. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that reliability, guarantee, physical evidence, physical evidence and empathy can significantly, either individually or collectively, influence BPJS patient satisfaction at the Internal Medicine Clinic at Lewoleba Regional Hospital. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Price Earning Ratio, Interest Coverage Ratio, dan Basic Earning Power terhadap Stock Return. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Properti, Real Estate dan Konstruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 56 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Price Earning Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stock Return, Interest Coverage Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stock Return dan Basic Earning Power tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stock Return. Sedangkan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Price Earning Ratio, Interest Coverage Ratio dan Basic Earning Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stock Return.

Abstract

Kota Jakarta merupakan kota dengan populasi penduduk yang padat dan juga padat bangunan, sebagian besar berupa bangunan hunian, sedangkan ruang terbuka hijau dan ruang terbuka biru belum memadai. Proporsi hamparan bangunan hunian tapak lebih dominan dibandingkan hunian vertikal. Tipe kawasan hunian tapak dapat berupa kawasan tertata maupun tidak tertata, banyak diantaranya berupa bangunan hunian tapak padat penduduk, kumuh, dan bahkan liar. Banyaknya kawasan hunian kumuh dan liar menjadi salah satu faktor peningkatan Pulau panas perkotaan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak kawasan kumuh dan liar sebagai salah satu faktor peningkatan Pulau panas perkotaan di DKI Jakarta pada studi kasus Kampung Pojok Muara Baru yang berada diatas perairan teluk Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer dengan pengamatan lapangan serta kajian data sekunder dari peta citra satelit, dianalisis menggunakan teori Pulau panas perkotaan. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa dampak konfigurasi bangunan dan jenis tutupan lahan pada kawasan hunian tidak tertata dan kumuh menjadi salah satu faktor peningkatan Pulau panas perkotaan karena minimnya vegetasi, aliran angin terhambat, panas matahari terserap dan terperangkap, serta terhambatnya fungsi badan air serta tercemar oleh limbah domestik rumah tangga. Solusi atas permasalahan tersebut adalah kebijakan relokasi lahan, pengembalian fungsi badan air serta penataan kawasan pesisir.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between social issues and brand image, and its impact on customer loyalty. Regression analysis was used to analyze the data collected in this research. The primary finding is that social issues have a significant positive influence on brand image. The results of the regression analysis show that social issue-based marketing can help strengthen a company's brand image. The importance of social issues in marketing is further supported by significant results from the partial T-test. While the direct impact on customer loyalty is not tested directly, improving the brand image through social issues has the potential to influence customer behavior. In conclusion, social issue-based marketing is an effective strategy for enhancing brand image and can contribute to customer loyalty. Companies that implement these practices wisely can achieve their business goals while making a positive impact on society and the environment.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on previous studies as the main formula for finding new variations/novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from 400 employees of Private Islamic Universities spread throughout Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show concluded that the Employee Creativity variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values point positively and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. This is because the more creative employees can make work easily completed, problems can be overcome easily, and company targets can be achieved to improve Employee Performance. In line with the results of the first hypothesis, in the next row as a result of the second hypothesis also shows that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Creativity variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Employee Creativity, Employee Performance , Commitment

Abstract

Every individual definitely needs money to fulfil various types of needs, so it is necessary to do financial management properly. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of mental accounting to Gen Z's personal financial management. This research was conducted at the Accounting Study Programme, Surakarta University with 5 students who are Gen Z people. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that each respondent has different mental accounting, so that each respondent has the ability to do financial management differently. This research is expected to contribute to financial literacy, especially for Gen Z.

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate management performance through financial ratio analysis at the North Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate during the 2023 period, to assess the regional government's ability to use financial ratios, namely the Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio and Efficiency Ratio. This research uses secondary data with a quantitative descriptive approach, data analysis techniques using interactive models utilizing regional financial reports in North Sumatra Province. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the evaluation of management performance through the ratio of the level of independence experiences a Delegative Relationship, that there is no interference from the central government in the province of North Sumatra. Evaluate management performance through the effectiveness ratio with the effective category, that North Sumatra Province is able to realize Regional Original Income. Evaluation of management performance through efficiency ratios with efficient criteria so that regional financial management in North Sumatra Province can achieve targets. Abstract

Abstract The manufacturing industry has been particularly highlighted in creating an environmentally friendly supply chain. This is driven by environmentally conscious consumers who recognize the importance of environmental preservation. The pursuit of an eco-friendly supply chain is also motivated by environmental activists' pressure and government policies that regulate environmentally friendly supply chains. Based on these factors, the objective of this research is to examine the influence of Green Market Orientation and Green Supply Chain Relationship Quality on Green Competitive Advantage at PT Aurora World Cianjur. This research adopts a causality approach and collects data through a questionnaire from a sample of 120 respondents, which is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Green Market Orientation, Green Supply Chain Relationship Quality, and Green Competitive Advantage. Abstract

Abstract This study pursues two objectives. Firstly, it seeks to ascertain how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is defined and secondly, it aims to understand to what extent CSR plays a role in generating positive impacts on sustainable development, as well as to provide deep insights on effective strategies. Employing a quantitative method, this study evaluates CSR strategies and their impacts sustainable community development. The population of this study comprises all employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo involved in the CSR program, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The findings suggest that based on the statistical analysis conducted, there is no strong evidence supporting a positive and significant evaluation on sustainable development within the research framework employed in this study. This indicates that other factors may have a more dominant role in influencing sustainable development, or further research may be needed with a different framework to understand the relationship between these variables Kata kunci: CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Evaluation, Social Inclusion, Sustainable Community Development.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini menyangkut kapasatitas sosial petani porang dan faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi kapasitas sosial serta Implementasi pemberdayaan petani porang di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kapasitas sosial petani porang dan untuk menganalisis faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi kapasitas sosial petani porang, untuk mengetahui implementasi pemberdayaan petani porang di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Metodologi penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Temuan penelitian yaitu kapasitas petani porang lebih besar dipengaruhi oleh adanya modal sosial karena dalam usaha pertanian diperluhkan terjalinnya hubungan kepercayaan selain itu untuk menguatkan kapasitas masyarakat lebih dalam perlu pula modal budaya, modal ekonomi dan modal simbolik, karena modal sosial tidak dapat berdiri sendiri perlu modal pendukung lainnya sehingga proses tujuan pertanian dapat tercapai. faktor determinan yang menjadi penghambat kapasitas pertanian porang yang ada di Kabupaten Bulukumba adalah yang paling dominan yaitu pengetahuan, karena tidak adanya akses informasi yang disampaiakan oleh pihak pemerintah terkait cara pengolahan porang dan turunannya sehingga tidak memperoleh hasil yang berkualitas dan berkuantitas, dan dukung juga oleh faktor inovasi modern yang tidak memadai. Kehadiran pemerintah dalam meningkatkan peran kelompok tani yang berkualitas dengan melakukan penyuluhan, menyediakan, melakukan kerjasama dengan pengusaha pabrik produksi dengan tujuan untuk mensejahtrakan masyarakat petani porang.
