Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks which is moderated by Third Party Funds (DPK) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This research uses quantitative research with secondary data in the form of panel data on Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2019-2022 period. Data processing uses SPSS version 22. The data population in this study is BUS in Indonesia registered with the OJK for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, namely using several criteria so that there were 7 (seven) Sharia Commercial Banks that became the research sample. The results of this research indicate that mudharabah financing effect on Profitability (ROA), musyarakah financing has an effect on Profitability (ROA), DPK is unable to moderate the effect of mudharabah financing on Profitability (ROA), DPK is unable to moderate the effect of musyarakah financing on Profitability (ROA), GDP is unable to moderate the effect of mudharabah on Profitability (ROA), and GDP are unable to moderate the influence of musyarakah financing on profitability (ROA) in Sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening variable at Gaia Shop. The dependent variables used in this research are Purchase Decision (Y), Customer Satisfaction (Z) while the independent variables used are Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2). The sample in this study was 96 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the criteria that the respondent is 17 years old and has purchased and used Gaia Shop products at least once. The analytical methods used are Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Inner Model. The results of the research conducted show that Product Quality and Price have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, the Price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions, the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Decisions Purchasing through Customer Satisfaction, and the Price variable have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Gifted Underachiever merupakan kondisi peserta didik yang mengalami kesenjangan antara potensi akademik tinggi yang dimiliki dan capaian akademik rendah yang dicapai di sekolah. Ada beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya kasus underachiever baik dari lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga. Faktor penyebab ini berasal secara internal maupun eksternal. Self – determination theory merupakan teori besar yang membahas tentang motivasi intrinsik individu. Dalam pandangan self-determination theory, ada tiga kebutuhan yang jika terpenuhi maka akan dapat membentuk motivasi intrinsik yang tinggi. Tiga kebutuhan itu adalah kemandirian (autonomy), kompetensi (competency) dan keterhubungan (relatedness). Tinjauan teoritis ini diharapkan akan mampu menjelaskan tentang fenomena siswa gifted underachiever beserta faktor penyebabnya dengan menggunakan teori determinasi diri. Selain itu diharapkan akan membantu memahami perlakuan yang tepat pada anak gifted untuk memiliki motivasi intinsik sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya underachiver maupun memulihkan siswa gifted dari kondisi yang underachiever.

Abstract

Banks are institutions that play a mediating role in collecting and distributing funds. To carry out this main function, banking management really needs maximum employee performance. Employee performance achievements are influenced by other factors, which in this research only look at the influence of implementing the Work From Home (WFH) policy and work discipline on job satisfaction, the direct influence of employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, the direct influence of WFH and work discipline on performance and the influence of WFH and work discipline on performance through employee job satisfaction at PT Bank BNI (Persero), Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. To achieve the research objectives, primary and secondary data are required which are obtained using questionnaires, interviews, observations and research files. The sample for this research was 80 employees and the data analysis tool was carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Model) which was processed using the SmartPLS version 3.00 program package. The results of this research conclude that the application of WFH and work discipline has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the application of WFH policies does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, there is an influence of the implementation of WFH policies and work discipline on performance through job satisfaction of PT employees Bank BNI (Persero), Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. Abstract

Along with the development of technology, the development of the cosmetic industry in Indonesia has increased rapidly. The increasing trend of online shopping makes cosmetics an item loved by society, especially women. However, the limitation of purchasing cosmetic products online is the limited experience of trying the products in person. Meanwhile, consumers want to save time and effort when making purchases. Shopee facilitates consumers by including augmented reality technology into its features Shopee beautycam, AR can increase convenience and support a practical lifestyle in purchasing products online. The adoption of AR encourages exploratory behavior in consumers, thus influencing them in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to discuss the influence of comfort and lifestyle factors and their relationship to purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using quantitative data analysis methods. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with a sample size of 200 respondents. The analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis test with the help of SPSS 27 software. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, that simultaneously convenience and lifestyle have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract There are several things that can affect employee job satisfaction in a company such as motivation given by colleagues and superiors, compensation for completing work and certain targets, and strengthened by the commitment that exists in the employees themselves. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and compensation on job satisfaction with commitment as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach that uses primary data on Bank BCA employees with a minimum criteria of having worked for more than one year spread throughout the islands of Indonesia as many as 250 people. Data is distributed through questionnaires and analyzed using smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interestingly, after being moderated by the commitment variable, the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction is increasingly significant. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the positive influence of green brand image, green brand attitude, and green brand trust on green repurchase intention. The survey method was implemented in this study. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The sample size was 214 samples. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) statistical tool was applied for data analysis. The results showed that green brand image has a positive effect on green repurchase intention. Then, green brand attitude has a positive effect on green repurchase intention. Finally green brand trust has a positive effect on green repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of competence, motivation and discipline partially or simultaneously on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. The population is all employees of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in the Lahat work area totaling 100 employees. The number of samples was determined by Arikunto's formula and the result was 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses the census sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used by statistical analysis are multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficients of determination. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in Lahat's work area. Competence, motivation and discipline have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Kemenkumham employees in the Lahat work area. The implications of competency improvement efforts are that employees are able to establish good communication and cooperation with other employees in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Institution in Lahat's work area; Employees have conceptual competence and are able to apply it in work and are able to solve problems arising from work. Abstract

PT X is a company that operates in trading textile fields that sells fabric for Muslim’s fashion in Indonesia. As a trading company, the marketing employee position is one of the key positions. However, in 2023 there will be a decline in sales due to the employees occupying these positions not having competence in the field of marketing. It can be avoided if the recruitment process has reference documents, namely competency standards. This research aims to address the issues of the insufficience of competence in sales marketing employees in PT X who are unable to achieve company sales targets. The fact that competency standards are really needed as a basis for employee development and recruitment, therefore in this research, competency standards were formulated using the Spencer competency dictionary with the steps from regional model competency standard (SKKNI). This research was conducted in a descriptive qualitative supported by a literature study to explore and strengthen the phenomenon that happens in PT X. The research results show that sales marketing positions require various competencies such as achievement of orientation level 5, initiative level 4, concern for order level 4, information seeking level 5, customer service orientation level 6, relationship building level 3, and interpersonal understanding level 3.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this study is whether there is moral hazard behaviortowards rice traders in the Pekkabata Central Market, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research is quantitative in nature, focusing on the analysis of moral hazard behavior among rice traders in the Pekkabata Central Market. The sample comprised 20 traders, and the sampling technique used was the sampling technique method. Data collection was conducted using Six Sigma, Editing, and Coding. Based on the research findings, it can be highlighted that the Pekkabata Central Market has advantages such as being a relatively large shopping center and easily accessible to the public. However, it also faces weaknesses, including a lack of traders who maintain honesty in their dealings with customers. The results of the research, based on the t-test, indicate that the variable of moral hazard behavior has a calculated value of 3.336, which is greater than the table value of 1.678. The significance value is 0.002, which is less than 0.05, indicating a positive relationship. This implies that the service variable significantly influences customer satisfaction
