Abstract

The implementation of the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions in Aceh Province has resulted in the exit of conventional financial institutions which is expected to be a big opportunity for the sharia insurance industry in Aceh province. This research uses quantitative analysis and data collection methods using questionnaires on ASN in Aceh Province and the data is analyzed using Smart PLS. The research results show that Islamic Financial Literacy has a positive effect on Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance, Perceived Benefits has a positive effect on Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance, Perceived Behavioral Control has a positive effect on Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance, Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance have a positive effect on Intention to Purchase Sharia Insurance, and Islamic Financial Literacy, perceived benefits, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have a significant positive relationship with Intention to Purchase Sharia Insurance, mediated by attitudes towards sharia insurance.

Abstract

The village funds are a source of funding for government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. These funds are sent from the APBN to the villages through the district or city APBD. Village funds are given to improve infrastructure and it is hoped that the government can advance in all aspects of underdeveloped villages. Good management of village funds can realize the government's hope to advance underdeveloped villages. Testing and analyzing the elements that impact the accountability of village budget management is the goal of this study. The investigation was conducted using quantitative approaches. The data utilized here are primary data collected questionnaires sent out to village officials in the village head office in Jekulo District, Kudus Regency. In order to meet its set criteria, this study used the purposive sampling method. This research makes use of SPSS version 23’s multiple linear regression analysis as its analytical tool. According to the results of the test, the accountability of village fund management is unaffected by siskeudes application, competence, transparency, and local knowledge, but it is positively affected by the internal control system.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Green Accounting, Environmental Performance with Good Corporate Governance as measured by the Board of Directors and Audit Committee on Profitability. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population used in this research is Manufacturing Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling consisting of 135 Manufacturing Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The results of this research indicate that Green accounting has no effect on profitability. that Environmental Performance Influences Profitability. Good corporate governance as measured by the number of board of directors does not strengthen the relationship between green accounting and profitability. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence, work discipline, stress level and work environment on employee performance at the PNTC Special Needs Clinic Surakarta.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. With a population of all employees of the PNTC Surakarta Special Needs Children's Clinic which totals 30 people. The sampling technique uses a census technique which means that all employees totaling 30 people are sampled in this study. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The statistical analysis used in this study is classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis test using t-test and F test, and determination coefficient analysis.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that partially competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Stress levels have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously competence, work discipline, stress level and work environment affect employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction, work motivation and performance of hospital employees involving all hospital staff. Through the application of non-probability techniques, especially the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 142 respondents was obtained who met certain criteria. The data collection process requires distributing questionnaires. The purposive sampling method was deliberately used to ensure participants met the predetermined criteria. Analysis of the collected data uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction was determined to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, work motivation is also recognized as having a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan disamping mempunyai pemasaran yang bagus, juga harus bisa memahami perilaku konsumen dari suatu pasar karena hal ini merupakan salah satu hal penting untuk dilakukan oleh produsen ataupun oleh suatu perusahaan yang menjalankan usaha- usaha pemasaran, karena dalam konsep pemasaran salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan adalah dengan mengetahui apa kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen secara lebih efisien dari para pesaing perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap minat beli berulang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah berbelanja di Minimarket Alfamidi dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 180 responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap minat beli berulang. Kata Kunci: Minat Beli Berulang, Kualitas Produk, Promosi

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang informasi dan komunikasi sangatlah pesat. Kehidupan yang semakin modern di tengah era digital belum bisa dipisahkan dari kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, perkara ini banyak meningkatkan perubahan terutama dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan inovasi bahan ajar dalam meningkatkan minat siswa, yang mana dapat menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran berbasis flipbook maker pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak kelas VII di MTsN Berau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development), dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif. Secara keseluruhan penilaian dari ahli validasi materi mendapatkan hasil 74% dengan kategori cukup valid, validasi desain 85% dengan kategori valid dan validasi media 100% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari tingkat kevalidan bahan ajar melalui pengembangan modul digital berbasis heyzine flipbook maker yang mendapat nilai sebesar 86%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka e-modul berbasis flipbook maker dinyatakan sangat layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak kelas VII di MTsN Berau. Kata kunci: Modul Digital, Flipbook Maker, Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Performance is the achievement of an employee's work results within a certain time period based on established standards. Many factors can influence employee performance, but this research only uses the variables work ethic, work discipline and employee job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the direct influence of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance and the indirect influence of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction; This research uses primary data obtained using a questionnaire. The sample for this research was 86 employees of the Pekanbaru City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department, where the sampling technique was carried out using the census method. The research data analysis using the SEM method, which used the SmartPLS program in data processing, and hypothesis testing. The research findings proved that work ethic was not proven to have a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has been directly proven to have a significant effect on employee performance, there is an indirect influence of work ethic on employee performance through job satisfaction, there is an indirect influence of work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that an Influencer has credibility and can make potential consumers decide to buy a product based on the trust that comes from the Influencer's good credibility. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of Influencer Credibility on Purchasing Decisions. Different from a number of other studies, this research adds the price variable as a moderating variable which can strengthen the influence of the Influencer Credibility variable on Purchasing Decisions. This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach which uses previous research related to Influencer Credibility, Purchasing Decisions, and Price as a benchmark for finding elements of novelty in subsequent research. The data used in this research uses primary data obtained from Suzuki sales spread throughout Indonesia with 300 employees. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show that the Influencer Credibility variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the P-Values results are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. These results were obtained due to consumer trust in Influencers who have good credibility. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table the Path Coefficient is also the second hypothesis in this research, showing that the Price variable can strengthen the influence of the Influencer Credibility variable on Purchasing Decisions. With affordable prices and service accompanied by good Influencer Credibility, it can make consumers more confident in making purchasing decisions. This statement can be proven from the results of the P-Values which show a positive relationship and a significant influence because it is below 0.05, which is 0.000, more significant than the direct test of 0.012. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure, conduct and performance of the corn market in Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The research used a purposive sampling method, a sample of 50 farmers was selected as a respondent. The trader sample was carried out by following the flow of corn commodities from farmers to consumers. The research was conducted in December 2022-January 2023. Analysis of the market structure by analyzing the characteristics of the number of sellers and buyers, barriers, pricing ability and the types of products being traded. Analysis of market behavior by looking at the pricing system and the formation of prices between traders, selling and buying practices, and cooperation network systems between marketing agencies. Market performance analysis by calculating marketing margin and farmer's share. The results showed that the structure of the corn market has a tendency towards imperfect competition, namely oligopsony. Market conduct suggests that the final pricing system is a higher level marketing agency. Market performance shows that marketing channel II is assessed with the marketing channel with the highest level of efficiency because it has the lowest marketing margin percentage and the highest farmer's share.
