Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of various components of the green marketing mix. Specifically, green product, green price, green place, and green promotion on the purchase intentions of Fore Coffee in Bandung City. The data utilized in this research, sourced from 100 consumers who have previously engaged in transactions at Fore Coffee outlets in Bandung, underwent rigorous testing for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. Employing purposive sampling, data collection was executed, and subsequent analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression facilitated by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Of the five hypotheses examined, empirical evidence supported three. The empirical findings suggest that the attributes of green product and green place positively correlate with purchase intentions, while no substantial impact was observed in relation to green price and green promotion. However, when considered collectively, these factors collectively influence purchase intentions. Further exploration by future researchers may uncover additional direct influencers of purchase intentions. The implications of this study's outcomes extend to the strategic planning of Fore Coffee's management and analogous industries, offering guidance on how to enhance the quality of these attributes to better align with consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan adalah suatu usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pmbelajaran agar siswa seacra aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pngendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta ketrampilan yan di perlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Sumber daya yang berkualitas mampu membawa perubahan kehidupan yang lebih baik dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh team work dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru dengan motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru Bright School Makassar yang berjumlah 65 orang. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa team work dan perilaku inovatif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi mampu memoderasi team work dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Team Work Dan Perilaku Inovatif, Motivasi, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga yang memiliki banyak potensi, termasuk potensi ekonomi. Untuk meningkatkan potensi tersebut merupakan tantangan bagi pesantren agar dapat mensejahterakan perekonomian pesantren itu sendiri maupun masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis manajemen koperasi pondok pesantren nazhatut thullab berbasis ekoproteksi dalam perspektif etika bisnis islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses manajemen unit usaha ekonomi di Pondok Pesantren serta pengembangannya memiliki dampak yang sangat positif untuk mencapai kesejahteraan bersama. Kemudian Dalam prakteknya, koperasi Nazhatut Thullab telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etika dalam bisnis. Hal itu bias dilihat bagaimana dalam prakteknya koperasi telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis yang telah ditetapkan dalam islam diantaranya Memiliki Kepribadian Spiritual (Takwa), Berperilaku Baik dan Simpatik (Shidq), Berlaku Adil dalam Bisnis (Al-‘adl), Bersikap Melayani dan Rendah Hati (Khidmah), Menepati Janji dan Tidak Curang, Jujur dan Terpercaya (Al-Amanah).

Abstract

Abstract The existence of employees in a company is the most important thing for the company to be able to achieve its targets and vision well, so employee turnover must be avoided in any way and under any circumstances. There are a number of factors that can reduce employee turnover intention, including a good work environment and adequate compensation for employees. This research is a quantitative research with an explantory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the questionnaire method of 250 BCA Syari'ah bank employees spread throughout Indonesia including KC BCA Syari'ah Medan, KC BCA Syari'ah Palu, KC BCA Syari'ah Bojonegoro, KC BCA Syari'ah Makasar, and KCP Bank Syari'ah Central Jakarta. The research results show that the Work Environment and Compensation variables have a negative relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Turnover Intention variable. Apart from that, the job satisfaction variable is able to moderate the two hypotheses above. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfication, Employee Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study was conducted in Indonesia using data on variables related to SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), financial inclusion, and unemployment. The aim of the research is to understand and analyze the impact of SME variables and financial inclusion on reducing unemployment rates in Indonesia. SME variables considered include SME employment absorption, number of SMEs, SME investment, and SME income. The study uses 12 years of data from 2011 to 2022. Data were collected through documentation studies, which involve gathering and processing information from previous studies related to the research problem. The data used are quantitative, sourced from secondary time series data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, the Ministry of Cooperatives, and SMEs. Analytical methods employed include descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, with data processing carried out using SPSS software. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of the relationship between SMEs, financial inclusion, and unemployment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Descriptive analysis results indicate a pattern of correlation between SME variables and financial inclusion in reducing unemployment rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Financial Teknologi Dalam Sistem Pembayaran Berbasis Qris Pada BSI KCP Pulo Brayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dan teknis pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi dari pihak yang dijadikan informan penelitian. Data yang didapat peneliti dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisa kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan dan uji keabsahan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa Implementasi atau penerapan QRIS di BSI KCP Pulo Brayan banyak memberikan manfaat terhadap kegiatan transaksi pembayaran agar lebih mudah dan praktis. Hambatan atau kendala yang di alami dalam pengeimplementasian penerapan QRIS berupa masyarakat masih lebih mengutamakan pembayaran tunai, adanya biaya transaksi yang di bebankan kepada merchant, pengusaan teknologi yang masih kurang serta adanya kekhawatiran akan keamanan data pribadi. Manfaat dari implementasi QRIS ialah terdapat manfaat yang berbeda bagi perbankan, manfaat bagi merchant dan manfaat bagi nasabah. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Fintech, QRIS

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interview method. Respondents were parents, teachers, principals, school committee and main director of SMA Khalifa IMS, South Tangerang City. Seeing the increasingly fierce competition in the world of education, managers of educational institutions are getting stronger to continue to compete in improving the quality of education. SMA Khalifah IMS is a newly established school and currently the school needs a lot of promotion in order to get a good brand image. In this study, respondents were asked about their perceptions of the school's brand image. The results of the interviews obtained an overview of the students' parents assessing the quality of the IMS Khalifah school both for kindergarten, elementary and junior high schools. But it needs proof for the high school level, the quality in question is the integration of the Cambridge and Islamic curricula. In addition, there are several negative brand images that are felt by parents of students, including school facilities that are still lacking, especially buildings, sports fields and parking lots, there are several teachers who are less professional in mastering English. On the other hand, the school has made various efforts to improve the school's brand image through improving the quality of teachers, adding school facilities, marketing activities, providing scholarships, organizing events and competitions. The increased brand image is expected to increase the interest of parents to entrust their children to attend Khalifa IMS High School. Keywords: brand image, high school, marketing, promotion

Abstract

Perbankan syariah menawarkan produk penghimpunan dan produk penyaluran, atau pembiayaan dana, misalnya pembiayaan musyarakah dengan sistem bagi hasil. Implementasi yang ada di dunia lembaga keuangan syariah, praktik produk pembiayaan musyarakah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia hingga saat ini masih belum menjadi primadona pembiayaan. Pembiayaan musyarakah yang ada pada Perbankan Syariah merupakan produk unggulan yang seharusnya dikembangkan oleh lembaga keuangan syariah yang ada sekarang ini. Pembiayaan musyarakah sangat relevan dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan produktifitas sektor rill, sebab pemberian pembiayaan musyarakah dapat meningkatkan potensi di dunia usaha terutama UKM dalam meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas produksinya. Pokok permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi pengelolaan produk pembiayaan musyarakah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia, dan Keunggulan dan kelemahan produk pembiayaan musyarakah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pengelolaan pembiayaan musyarakah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp. Ratulangi Kota Palopo, dan apa keunggulan dan kelemahan produk pembiayaan musyarakah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the effect of profitability and liquidity on financial distress with capital structure as a moderating variable in retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period. The sample used in this study amounted to 11 retail trading companies listed on the IDX. This study uses quantitative informasi and the type of informasi used in this study is secondary informasi in the form of company financial statements obtained from the official web of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of statistical tests using the SPSS 25 program, it can be concluded that: 1) Profitability proxied to ROA has a positive and significant effect on financial distress in retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period. 2) Liquidity as proxied by the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on financial distress in retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period. 3) ROA and Current Ratio simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on financial distress. 4) Capital structure moderates the effect of ROA on financial distress by weakening indications of bankruptcy. 5) Capital structure moderates the effect of the Current Ratio on Financial distress by weakening the indication of bankruptcy.

Abstract

This study analyzes customer reviews and influencer reviews on purchase intention and their impact on purchase decision at Shopee as a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 385 respondents who have shopped for fashion products at Shopee, with data analysis using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that customer reviews have a significant positive influence on purchase intention, as do influencer reviews. Trust moderates the relationship between customer reviews and purchase intention, but does not moderate the relationship between influencer reviews and purchase intention. Purchase intention has a significant positive influence on purchase decisions, while customer reviews have no significant influence on purchase decisions, and influencer reviews have a significant positive influence on purchase decisions. This illustrates the importance of customer and influencer reviews in influencing purchase intention and purchase decision, as well as the role of trust in amplifying the influence of customer reviews on purchase intention.
