Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuannya adalah untuk melihat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara individu dan simultan pada PT. Hana Denita. Desain penelitian ini bersifat kausal dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 117 responden. Dalam menganalisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Slamet Rivai pada tahun 2014. Hal ini terbukti dari banyaknya responden yang menjawab sangat setuju jika pemimpin memberikan solusi ketika ada pertanyaan dari bawahan mengenai masalah yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan. Sedangkan untuk stres kerja, pekerjaan yang begitu banyak membuat karyawan harus bekerja lembur, kemudian untuk lingkungan kerja yaitu adanya satpam atau petugas keamanan di lingkungan kantor. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan responnya terhadap keluhan-keluhan yang terjadi agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. kemudian untuk lingkungan kerja yaitu adanya petugas keamanan atau satpam di lingkungan kantor. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the description of Human Resource Development at the level of Employee Work Ethics at the Hotel Hilton Bandung. Employees at the Hotel Hilton Bandung, which has a population of 52 people, provided the data. The sample methodology used is saturation sampling, which means sampling based on the existing population. The research method used in this study is associative research. Based on research conducted by evaluating the data gathered there is a relationship between Human Resource Development Factors and a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Ethics at Hilton Bandung Hotel with a value of 3.962, while t table is 2.006, so the t value is 3.962> 2.006. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang penerapan HRIS (Human Resource Information System) dalam manajemen SDM untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas. HRIS adalah sistem informasi yang membantu mengelola data karyawan, proses administrasi, pengembangan karyawan, dan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Dengan menggunakan HRIS, organisasi dapat mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas rutin, meningkatkan akses informasi, dan membuat keputusan berdasarkan data yang akurat. Penerapan HRIS juga dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan perubahan budaya organisasi, namun dengan strategi yang tepat, manfaatnya dapat dioptimalkan dalam manajemen SDM.

Abstract

Personality and religiosity have been found to be the most important predictors of marital satisfaction in empirical studies. However, there has not yet been any research that examines the causal relationship between personality and religiosity and the impact of both on marital satisfaction in the same model, from the perspective of da'wah psychology. In the current study, we aimed to verify the relationship between personality and marital satisfaction is mediated by religiosity, as it is perceived as motivation from the perspective da’wah of psychology. This research uses a quantitative approach, and statistical analysis methods in path analysis research using Mplus software version 8.0. The sample consisted of 347 participants. The results show that 1) Personality type affects marital satisfaction mediated by religiosity fit with data significantly and negatively and 2) Negative personality emotionality affects marital satisfaction both directly and through religiosity as a mediator variable, where religiosity is as a partial mediator. The perspective of da'wah psychology is an approach that integrates religious principles with psychological knowledge so that it can provide a deeper understanding of helping individuals develop their potential and improve the quality of their lives and provide a framework for understanding the role of religiosity by emphasizing the importance of applying religious values in shaping marital satisfaction. The implications of this study highlight the importance of religiosity as a mediator in overcoming problems and suppressing negative emotionality so as to increase marital satisfaction in each couple within the framework of da'wah psychology.

Abstract

Analisis bibliometrik ini mengeksplorasi lanskap psikoterapi dan konseling yang terus berkembang untuk meningkatkan hasil kesehatan mental. Melalui pemeriksaan ekstensif terhadap publikasi-publikasi utama, penulis berpengaruh, dan jurnal-jurnal terkemuka, penelitian ini menyelidiki masa lalu, masa kini, dan masa depan bidang ini. Tren dan area yang sedang berkembang, seperti kompetensi budaya, teleterapi, dan integrasi teknologi, menawarkan wawasan tentang kemampuan adaptasi psikoterapi dan konseling terhadap tantangan kesehatan mental kontemporer. Implikasi dari analisis ini meluas ke pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, penentuan prioritas penelitian, kolaborasi lintas-disiplin, dan peningkatan layanan kesehatan mental. Dengan mengakui keterbatasan dan arah masa depan, penelitian ini meletakkan dasar untuk perjalanan progresif dalam meningkatkan hasil kesehatan mental dan memajukan praktik berbasis bukti.

Abstract

This study investigated the state of mental health among students at a leading university in West Java, Indonesia, focusing on the prevalence of mental health problems, awareness of available resources, access to therapy, and the effectiveness of campus support systems. A quantitative approach was employed, using a cross-sectional survey to collect data from a representative sample of 200 students. The results showed a significant prevalence of mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. Worryingly, most students lacked awareness of available mental health resources. Access to therapy and counseling services is hindered by stigma and long wait times. While some campus support systems received positive feedback, others were deemed in need of improvement. To address these issues, recommendations included a comprehensive awareness campaign, efforts to reduce stigma, increased access to counseling services, and improved campus support systems. These findings underscore the urgent need to prioritize mental health support within the university community.

Abstract

Through a quantitative analysis employing structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS), this study examines the complex links between social media use, exercise habits, social support, and mental health among 210 college students in Indonesia. To investigate how these variables interact, descriptive statistics, measurement model evaluation, and structural model analysis were performed. The results highlighted the influence of online interactions on psychological well-being by showing a strong positive correlation between social media use and mental health. Although there was a positive correlation between exercise habits and mental health, it was not statistically significant, suggesting that more research is necessary. Social support has been shown to be a strong indicator of mental health, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal relationships. Validity and reliability of the model were indicated by its fit indices, and path analysis highlighted the importance of these components in influencing mental health outcomes. The results have consequences for programs and laws meant to promote mental wellness among college students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan analisis bibliometrik terhadap jaringan kolaborasi penelitian dalam bidang kesehatan mental untuk memahami pola kolaborasi, tren evolusi, dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman serta penanganan masalah kesehatan mental. Data dianalisis dari tahun 1955 hingga 2023 dengan menggunakan metode co-authorship dan metrik jaringan. Temuan menunjukkan pergeseran fokus penelitian dari pemahaman dasar tentang gangguan mental hingga praktik kesehatan mental yang berfokus pada komunitas dan profesional, serta respons terhadap peristiwa darurat kesehatan global seperti pandemi COVID-19. Hasil analisis memberikan wawasan penting tentang struktur kolaborasi penelitian dan potensi arah penelitian masa depan, termasuk keterkaitan antara kesehatan mental dan faktor-faktor seperti pengangguran, dampak jangka panjang pandemi, peran sekolah dalam mendukung kesehatan mental, hubungan dengan alam dan aktivitas fisik, perbedaan gender, stigma, dan kualitas hidup.

Abstract

Abstract The existence of employees in a company is the most important thing for the company to be able to achieve its targets and vision well, so employee turnover must be avoided in any way and under any circumstances. There are a number of factors that can reduce employee turnover intention, including a good work environment and adequate compensation for employees. This research is a quantitative research with an explantory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the questionnaire method of 250 BCA Syari'ah bank employees spread throughout Indonesia including KC BCA Syari'ah Medan, KC BCA Syari'ah Palu, KC BCA Syari'ah Bojonegoro, KC BCA Syari'ah Makasar, and KCP Bank Syari'ah Central Jakarta. The research results show that the Work Environment and Compensation variables have a negative relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Turnover Intention variable. Apart from that, the job satisfaction variable is able to moderate the two hypotheses above. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfication, Employee Turnover Intention
