Abstract

Abstract The growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia lags behind conventional banking, primarily due to insufficient customer loyalty. To enhance market share, Islamic banking providers in Indonesia must prioritize customer satisfaction, as satisfied customers are more inclined to remain loyal. This research aims to explore the interrelationships among service quality, fairness in profit-sharing, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The study involves four key variables: service quality, profit-sharing fairness, and customer satisfaction as independent factors, and customer loyalty as the dependent factor. A simple random sampling method was employed, surveying 364 active customers, resulting in 78 valid responses. Findings indicate that service quality, profit-sharing fairness, and customer satisfaction collectively exert a significant influence on customer loyalty at BPRS Gebu Prima. The study reveals that these factors explain 47.6% of customer loyalty variance, with the remaining 52.4% influenced by unexplored variables beyond the scope of this research.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of Muslim entrepreneurs and the success of a business (a case study of Muslim entrepreneurs in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency) The main problem is raised into several sub-problems or research questions, namely: how is the relationship between the level of knowledge of Muslim entrepreneurs and the success of a business. This type of research is classified as quantitative research is a research method that is inductive, objective, and scientific in which the data obtained is in the form of numbers (score, value) or statements that are scored, and analyzed by statistical analysis. The source of data for this research is the Muslim community who work as entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data management and analysis techniques are carried out by validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient test (R2), and t-test (partial). The results of this study indicate that: the correlation coefficient is 0.561 this value can be interpreted based on the correlation coefficient guidelines, that the relationship between the two research variables is in the category of moderately correlated relationships. And the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.35.9 which means that the explanation of variable X to variable Y is 35.9% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined by researchers. Although the correlation coefficient test states that the level of correlation is sufficient, the partial t-test still shows that the t-count value is 3.570 and the t-table value is 1.991, which means t-count > t-table with a significance value of 0.001

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data collected comes from manufacturing companies on the Stock Exchange. The collected data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the CEO Charactirstic variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Company Performance and the Institutional Ownership variable can moderate the influence of the Company Performance variable on Company Performance. This is because the P-Values value of the CEO Characteristic variable can have a positive relationship towards Company Performance which is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.004, and the P-Values value of the Institutional Ownership moderating variable can strengthen the influence of the CEO Characteristic variable on Company Performance, which is below 0.05, namely 0,000. This is because the CEO has an important role in expanding networks, being a negotiator, issuing policies, and so on which can improve employees which ultimately can influence employee performance. Apart from that, Institutional Ownership can give the CEO freedom in determining policies and so on. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted. Abstract

Abstract The persistence of a employee in a company is an indication that the company can be said to be a successful company because employees are the lifeblood of the company and without employees the company cannot do anything. There are a number of factors that can determine whether an employee will stay or not, one of which is the work environment. This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment on Employee Turnover Intention. Different from other studies, this research adds the Compensation variable as an Independent variable which researchers believe can influence the Employee Turnover Intention variable. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach which was distributed using the questionnaire method to 300 Basmlalah supermarket employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data collected was analyzed using smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that the Work Environment variable has a negative relationship and an insignificant influence on the Employee Turnover Intention variable because the t-table value is negative and above the significance level. On the other hand, according to the researcher's assumption that the Compensation variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on the Employee Turnover Intention variable because the t-table value is positive and below the significance level. Thus, the first hypothesis is rejected and the second hypothesis is accepted. Keywords : Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Turnover Intention

Abstract

Asmat is one of the tribes and districts in Papua which has long been a tourism destination for domestic and foreign tourists. This research focuses on ethnic tourism and aims to explore the tourism destination evolutionary cycle and host perceptions of tourism development in the setting of the Asmat ethnic community in Papua. Apart from that, this research also aims to examine the factors that influence tourists' intentions to visit Asmat destinations. This research uses two approaches, qualitative and quantitative. Data was collected through observation, interviews and surveys. Meanwhile, the data is processed using content analysis for qualitative data, and multiple regression analysis for quantitative data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a partial and simultaneous effect of Murabahah margin income and Ijarah income on net profit at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. To test this, researchers used descriptive quantitative methods with secondary data collection techniques in the form of Bank Muamalat Indonesia's annual financial statements for 2018-2022. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression using the SPSS program. From the results of research and discussion, it was found that Murabahah margin income and Ijarah income had no influence on net profit either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

With attitude towards usage as an intervening variable, this study intends to determine the link and influence of perceptions of utility, usability, and risk to interest in using mobile banking services. (Study on Mahasiswa in Sumatera Utara Using Bsi Mobile). The study employs an associative quantitative methodology to explain how perceptions of utility, usability, and risk affect interest in utilising mobile banking services, with attitude towards use serving as an intermediary variable. The study is titled "Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Uin Sumatera Utara Pengguna Bsi Mobile." Primary data came from questionnaires that respondents themselves filled out, while secondary data came from books, journals, research findings, practical work reports, and information linked to the author's research topics. The population for this study will consist of all 25.188 North Sumatra students from 2019 to 2022 (https://sumut.bps.go.id). There will be 99 participants in this study. The study's findings indicate that the Attitude Towards Using in Using Mobile Banking Services is significantly influenced by the Usability Perception variable. Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of leadership style, employee loyalty, and communication on employee performance in a hotel company. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method. The data were collected uses sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this research was 76 employees of the Lorin Solo Hotel. This study applies the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) test, t-test and F-test. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style variable has a value of fcount (4.799)>ftable (1.666), the employee loyalty variable has a value of fcount (5,187)>ftable (1,666), the communication variable has a value of fcount (3,614)>ftable (1,666). As a conclusion, the leadership style, the loyalty of the employees and the communication have a positive influence on the performance of the employees. Abstract

Abstrak Perilaku komsumtif ini kerap kali dikaitkan dengan kegemaran untuk berbelanja yang didasarkan oleh keinginan dan stres atas aktivitas yang dilakukan sehingga seseorang rela untuk mengorbankan segala sesuatu demi memiliki produk atau jasa yang diinginkan. Perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern, teknologi yang berkembang pesat serta kehidupan manusia yang dinamis diiringi dengan tingkat pendapatan yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, penggunaan shopee paylater dan life style terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa penggunaan shopee paylater dan life style berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Namun literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Konsumtif Mahasiswa, Literasi Keuangan, Penggunaan Shopee Paylater dan Life Style

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Work Environment dan Transformational Leadership Style terhadap Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Stockfit B PT. Pratama Abadi Industri JX. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik eliminasi sampel berdasarkan tabel Isaac Newton dan Michael Faraday yang menggunakan penentuan tingkat kesalahan 5% dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 102 karyawan. Untuk pembuktian hipotesis dan penarikan kesimpulan, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi (R2), pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dengan Uji T dan hipotesis secara simultan dengan Uji F. Work Environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,001 < 0,05 dan t hitung (3,546) > t tabel (1,98). Transformational Leadership Style berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (-4,803) > t tabel (-1,98). Transformational Leadership Style berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap karyawan untuk memutuskan keluar dari perusahaan, dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai perhitungan yang paling besar dari variabel lainnya.
