Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of land and building rights acquisition duty revenue in increasing West Manggarai Regency local revenue and to determine the contribution of land and building rights acquisition duty in increasing West Manggarai Regency local revenue during 2019-2023. The method used in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results obtained from this study are the effectiveness of land and building rights acquisition duties in West Manggarai Regency in 2019-2023 with a very effective average percentage of 103.805%. Meanwhile, the average contribution of land and building rights acquisition duty receipts in increasing the original income of West Manggarai Regency by 21.03% is still in the sufficient category. Abstract

Kepuasan dan kesetiaan sebagai konsep penting dan strategis dalam literatur pemasaran sangat penting bagi perusahaan dan pemasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterikatan merek emosional, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pelanggan yang tersebar di Indonesia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 240 responden dalam penelitian ini. Dan tehnik analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel keterikatan merek emosional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Keterikatan Merek Emosional, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in forming character in class XI students located at Hidayatullah Integral High School. In this research, we analyze the character of class. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and interviews in order to describe phenomena in order to obtain information that is displayed in a key picture of the phenomenon, and obtain the desired research results. The object of study in this research is the XI students of Integral Hidayatullah High School, and the subject of this research is the Islamic Religious Education Teacher of Hidayatullah Integral High School. The results of this research are that the researcher revealed that the character of class XI students at Hidayatullah Integral High School in terms of religion and responsibility can be said to be good. Various efforts are made by the school in character building and instilling Islamic values through teaching and learning activities at the beginning of the semester, namely, annual activities, memorizing and muraja'ah Al-Qur'an, dhuha prayer activities, congregational prayers, lectures and activities evening prayer. The teacher's role in shaping the character of class XI students is by using various methods, namely exemplary methods, advice and discussion. Furthermore, the inhibiting factor in this research is the lack of awareness among students and parents about the importance of forming character and instilling Islamic values. The supporting factors in this research are the leadership of the school principal who understands the importance of good character according to Islam through the curriculum used, and the most important thing is the role of parents who participate in helping to build character according to Islamic values. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumenter. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Apabila suatu perusahaan mampu memanfaatkan sumber dayanya, khususnya personel yang ada saat ini, secara profesional, optimal, dan efektif, maka perusahaan tersebut dianggap berhasil. Karena tenaga kerja merupakan sumber daya terpenting dalam suatu organisasi, baik swasta maupun publik, maka persoalan sumber daya manusia tidak bisa diabaikan begitu saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja karyawan, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Memanfaatkan metodologi kuantitatif, penyelidikan ini. 180 responden diberikan kuesioner sebagai bagian dari proses pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pekerja kantoran yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, dan digunakan software Smart PLS untuk analisisnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dan beban kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja. Namun penelitian ini menemukan bahwa beban kerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Era perkembangan zaman begitu kompleks dan semakin kuatnya dunia bisnis membuat setiap perusahaan harus mampu mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di pasar yang kompetitif melalui hubungan antara perceived value dan loyalitas pelanggan, dengan mempertimbangkan peran switching costs sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara perceived value dan loyalitas pelanggan, dengan mempertimbangkan peran switching costs sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 pelanggan dengan teknik pengumpul data dengan kuesioner melalui google form. Kuesioner yang digunakan sudah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang terkumpul di analisis dengan uji asumsi klsik dan uji regresi dan uji sobel dengan microsoft excel dan SPSS versi. 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Perceived value memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan 2) Switching Costs memoderasi pengaruh Perceived Value terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing and digital advertising on buying interest in Aqua products at Medan Mall. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study cannot be calculated, therefore using the Cochran formula, the sample used was 96 respondents. The results obtained from this study are partially green marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with a tcount value of 2.002 greater than the ttable 1.985 and the significance value is 0.048 0.05. Simultaneously, green marketing variables (XI) and digital advertising (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (Y) of Aqua products at Medan Mall with a value of Fcount (3.960) > Ftable (3.09) and the significance value is 0.02

The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using smartPLS. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in Depok city. The type of research used is explanatory research with research methods in the form of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection is done by quota sampling. The sample amounted to 41 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The regression test results showed that 43.3% of employee performance factors could be explained by compensation and work discipline, while the remaining 56.7% were explained by other factors not studied in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the compensation variable and the work discipline variable simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the analysis, namely the calculated F value = 16.276 > from Ftable = 3.240. The results of the t test show that the Work Discipline variable shows the results of the analysis t count (4.985) where ttable (2.022 () then, partially the variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of store employees and + and the Depok city area. The Compensation variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Store Employees and + And Depok City Area with the value of the analysis results t count (1.574) where ttable (2.022) (. The dominant variable that affects the performance of store employees and + and the Depok city area is Work Discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan perilaku keuangan pribadi pada mahasiswa teknik mesin universitas Kristen Indonesia toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 88 responden yang terpilih. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengetahuan perilaku keuangan,variabel perilaku keuangan berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keuangan pribadi sebesar 07,8%, sedankan sisahnya sebesar 92,2% dijelaskn oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Perilaku, keuangan pribadi mahasiswa
