Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of undernourished mothers in the nutritional pattern intake of children under five at Ciledug Health Center in 2019. This study uses primary data with quantitative research methods and cross sectional design and uses random sampling techniques. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between work, income, infectious diseases, utilization of health services and the level of maternal knowledge on the nutritional pattern intake of children under five.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine several factors that affect the acquisition of grades in Basic Biology courses in semester 1 students at STIKes Salsabila Serang. This research is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach (cross sectional). Based on the results of the study, it is known that 41% of the first semester students of STIKes Salsabila Serang get less grades. Students with a continuous learning style will have 4 times the chance to get good grades in basic biology courses compared to students whose learning styles the day before the exam. Students who have attention will have 5 times the chance to get good grades in Basic Biology compared to students who do not pay attention. Students with interest will have a 4 times chance of getting good grades in Basic Biology compared to students who have no interest. Students with good motivation will have the opportunity 1 time to get a good grade in Basic Biology compared to students with poor motivation.

Abstract

Impacts given MP-ASI earlier include such as the difficulty of properly digested food, greater chance of illness because the baby's immune system is not yet perfect, experiencing food allergies, having the opportunity to experience obesity. The working area of the Ciruas District Health Center in Serang District has the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage of 23.6%. This study aims to determine the relationship of education, knowledge and culture of breastfeeding mothers to complementary feeding of early breastfeeding at Ciruas Health Center in Serang Regency in 2019. The study used a cross sectional approach. Samples were obtained by 77 respondents. The analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that mothers who gave early breastfeeding MP were 48 people (62.3%), mothers with low education were 49 people (63.6%), less knowledge was 53 people (68.8%), and the culture of giving MP Early breastfeeding with a culture of 40 people (51.9%). There is a significant relationship between education with early breastfeeding MP (p-value = 0.014), there is a significant relationship between knowledge and early breastfeeding (p-value = 0,000) and there is a significant relationship between culture and early breastfeeding MP 0.001). There is a significant relationship between education, knowledge and culture on the provision of early breastfeeding MP. The puskesmas can be more informed and provide counseling to the public so as not to give ASI early.

Abstract

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) originating from Wuhan, China began to emerge in December 2019. Until now, COVID-19 has become a global pandemic, and Indonesia has been one of the countries that affected by this virus since March 2020. Based on World Health Organization data on October 20, 2020, corona has spread in 215 countries and has infected 40.4 million people. And based on data from the Indonesian Task Force for Covid-19, the victims who have been infected have reached 369,000 people. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about Clean and Healthy Behavior towards the prevention of COVID-19 in RW.03 Ciganjur Sub-District. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents in RW.03 Ciganjur Sub-District. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and the data were analyzed using Chi-Square. Abstract

The series of medical treatment procedure in children with leukemia need more longer time or period by doing the intensive chemotherapy, so that the children have hospitalization over and over again which takes a risk to irritate their self-growing and causes a distress on healing process. The purpose of this research is to analyze the intervention effect in supportive educative system based on family centered care toward family support to relieve children anxiety with leukimia. This research method is using quasi experimental method with non equivalent control group before after design approach and the number of samples from each group is 24. Taking samples is done by consecutive sampling technique. The result of this research shows the average number of children ages in both of groups are six years old. The parent ages are approximately 35-36 years old and the low basic education happened to the majority of these parents. The research result is got p value 0.000 (> 0.05) which means there is a big difference in family support system between intervention group and control after giving intervention. It can be concluded that giving intervention to the supportive educative system based on family centered care takes effect toward family support in caring for children with leukemia.

Abstract

Cases of STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) and HIV / AIDS are quite common among adolescents. Various types of STIs and HIV / AIDS are very influential on a person's health level in general and reproductive health conditions in particular because in general, various STI and HIV / AIDS infections are directly related to the human reproductive system. Even HIV / AIDS can have an impact on death. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to knowledge of HIV / AIDS in adolescents. This research is an analytical survey research in which the research will be conducted is a research using cross sectional research method (cross-cutting) because in this study the independent and dependent variables will be observed at the same time. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the distribution of adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS at SMK Gema Gawita Tangerang in 2019, namely Not Good as many as 54 respondents (58.7%) and Good as many as 38 respondents (41.3%). The distribution of adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS based on gender was 46 respondents (50%) and 46 respondents (50%), based on The role of parents were 60 respondents (65.2%) and 32 respondents (34.8%) had a role. %), based on the Attitude of students who have negative Attitude as many as 45 respondents (48.9%) and positive ones as many as 47 respondents (51.1%), based on the environment where there are as many as 24 respondents (26.1%) and those who support 68 respondents (73.9%), based on Information Technology, there were 31 respondents (33.7%) and 61 respondents (66.3%) made use of it.

Abstract

Based on Midwifery Care II learning, one of the competencies that must be mastered by midwives is conducting Intranatal Care Care. Utilization is intended to increase learning activities, so that the quality and learning outcomes increase. In addition, students who are left behind when teaching theory can catch up because they understand more after the theory is applied during laboratory practice. The general purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of laboratories as a source of independent learning and psychomotor skills in intranatal care in the fifth semester students of the Midwifery Academy Bhakti Asih Cileduk. This research uses descriptive method by using correlation study with cross sectional approach. The population and sample in this study were all semester V students, amounting to 87 people of the Midwifery Academy Bhakti Asih Cileduk. The results showed that 49.43% of students, the level of use of laboratories as a source of independent learning is still relatively low. The level of ability of intranatal care psychomotor skills, seen from the number of students who passed the intranatal care psychomotor skills test, is a high student in utilizing the laboratory, while the number of students who do not graduate is a student who is low in utilizing the laboratory as a source of independent learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of relaxation techniques and distraction techniques on reducing pain scale in postoperative patients at UKI Hospital in 2020. This study used a cross sectional study approach which aims to determine the effect of relaxation and distraction techniques on postoperative patients at UKI Hospital. Cross sectional is a method for approaching respondents (point time approach) which is carried out at one time. the independent variable is relaxation technique and the dependent variable distraction is the decrease in pain scale in postoperative patients. The results of the study concluded that there were differences in the results of the pain scale between the pre-test and post-test with the Relaxation technique in postoperative patients. Most of the respondents had moderate pain scale results as many as 77% of postoperative patients, the group after intervention with Relaxation showed that most respondents had mild pain scale results as many as 86% of postoperative patients. There is a difference in the results of the pain scale between the pre-test and post-test with the Distraction technique in postoperative patients. Most of the respondents had controlled severe pain scale results as many as 88% of patients, the group after the distraction intervention showed that most of the respondents had moderate pain scale results as many as 79% of patients.

Abstract

Anxiety before labor in pregnant women is a physiological matter, but in facing labor process in which there are a series of physical and psychological changes that starting with uterine contractions, dilatation of the birth canal, and spending baby and placenta which ended with first punding between mother and baby. Anxiety and depression are two types of interference that related each other. The objectives of this study is to explore mother’s anxiety facing labor primigravid 20-35 years old in BPM Sulityowati Cengkalsewu Village Sub Kayen Pati Regency. This study used a qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Technique of data collection with in depth interview and purposive sampling. The results of in-depth interview in participant obtained information mother’s anxiety resolve labor primigravid 20-35 years old about definition, causes, family support, factors of anxiet. and how to prevent and resolve anxiety. All mothers who are facing labor already know about the content of the anxiety in the face of first child labor. As well as how to prevent and resolve that anxiety.Mother’s anxiety facing labor primigravid 20-35 years old is good.

Abstract

Diseases caused by infections are still a health problem in developing countries, including Indonesia. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2018, an estimated 19.9 million babies worldwide were not reached by routine immunization services. Around 60% of these children living in 10 countries including Indonesia are not immunized. One of the international commitments to improve the health status of children is the UCI (Universal Child Immunization) program, which is a state of achieving complete basic immunization for infants. Immunization. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, using primary data with a sample of 108 mothers and infants and data analysis using chi-square. There was a significant relationship between nutritional status (p value = 0.040), baby's medical history (p value = 0.040), mother's knowledge (p value = 0.001), distance from home (p value = 0.044), health insurance (p value = 0.040) In conclusion, there is a significant relationship with all the variables studied, suggestions for mothers who have babies should immunize their children on time, considering that immunization is very important to equip their children with health in the future
