Abstract

Taluk Village, Lintau Buo Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency is one of the villages that carries out the distribution of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) program. This direct cash assistance is one of the government programs whose funds are sourced from village funds whose distribution is to the underprivileged or poor in order to overcome economic recovery for people affected by the pandemic. However, in the evaluation of its implementation in 2021 and 2022, many problems were found in its distribution, especially in determining this assistance to the recipient community. The problems that arise are caused by the occurrence in data processing that uses a direct determination system or mechanism in deliberation by the village government to determine the priority community as recipients of the many who propose as applicants to the nagari government to get this assistance. Besides that, there are also problems such as errors in recipient criteria and often this program is not targeted at the recipients. The K-Means Clustering method is very precise in implementing this BLT-DD beneficiary predictor, because this method is one of the methods used in data grouping as a reference in decision makers for clustering large amounts of data, and in the end it will cluster recipients based on 3 clusters, namely worthy, considered and unworthy. The purpose of this study was to predict the right target recipients of BLT-DD. The data processed is the data proposed by the recipients of the BLT-DD Taluk Village in 2022. Based on the results of data processing using PHP MYSQL Software, from a sample of 25 data, 11 data are produced which are included in cluster 1 with the status of the beneficiary being said to be feasible, 5 data that are classified as eligible. including cluster 2 with considered recipient status and as many as 9 data belonging to cluster 3 with unfit status. From the test results obtained an accuracy rate of 83.33 % so that it can be recommended to assist the government of the village guardian in making policies.

Abstract

Setiap lulusan S1 keperawatan (NERS) harus dinyatakan kompeten pada Uji Kompetensi Ners Indonesia (UKNI) yang diadakan Kemdikbud untuk mendapatkan Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) sebagai syarat bekerja. Tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa keperawatan dalam mengikuti UKNI sangat rendah jika dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang perlu dioptimalkan calon tenaga keperawatan dalam persiapan menghadapi UKNI dengan teknologi data mining. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Appskep Indonesia, suatu startup yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan kesehatan, diantaranya try out dan bimbingan belajar UKNI. Appskep memiliki data kelulusan UKNI lebih dari 2000 pesertanya yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan Algoritma Apriori untuk menemukan rule-rule asosiasi yang terkait dengan kelulusan calon tenaga perawat dalam UKNI. Hasil dari pengolahan data peserta UKNI ini adalah ditemukannya beberapa set rule asosiasi yang mempengaruhi kompeten atau tidaknya calon tenaga perawat dalam UKNI. Rule asosiasi yang paling dominan adalah jika penguasaan materi keperawatan jiwa lebih dari 60 persen maka seorang perawat akan lulus pada UKNI, dengan support 55% dan confidence 100%.

Abstract

The concept of supply chain management in business activities is very necessary. This concept involves more than one type of company. One of the businesses that requires this concept is palm oil-based bioenergy management. The optimal path in the supply chain network is very difficult, because the product supply chain network is perishable. For that we need an intelligent decision support system model in the search for the optimal path. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimum value and to find the optimum path of the palm oil-based bioenergy supply chain. The method used in the development of the model is the ant colony optimization method, namely the shortest path method. The data processed is the distance and time of supply. The optimal path search result is 0.035. So that this research becomes a reference in determining the optimal path.

Abstract

Stocks are one of the investment instruments that have great risks and benefits. Large profits in a very fast time often make investors forget about the risks that may occur. Dynamic price changes at any time require in-depth analysis to determine the decision to buy, hold or sell. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major effect on economic growth, investment and culture. This study aims to group stocks that have the same trend during the pandemic so that they can get returns and minimize the risk of loss. The stock price data in this study is sourced from finance.yahoo.com with a time span from 2019 to 2021. The stocks to be analyzed are stocks belonging to the LQ-45 stock category from 2019 to 2021. will be grouped with K-means Clustering. This study groups LQ-45 stocks into 3 clusters which are the right considerations by investors in stock investments during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

CV. Usaha Muda Materials is a company engaged in the distribution of wood, cement, iron and other building materials. Frequent errors in data collection of purchases and sales lead to disinformation in the distribution of goods. Prediction is a process for estimating how many needs in the future which include needs in terms of quantity, quality, time and location needed in order to meet the demand for goods or services. Prediction of the number of inventory items can be calculated using exponential smoothing, Exponential smoothing is often called Exponential Smoothing, exponential smoothing method is a prediction with a moving average technique where data weighting is weighted with an exponential function. The research methodology has steps that are used to solve problems that arise. The problems that occur in this study are regarding the prediction of CV. Young Business Materials using the Single Exponential Smoothing method. Prediction results are obtained by finding the constant value (alpha) with the smallest error using the Mean Squered Error (MSE), Root Mean Squred Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) methods. The results of this study using Single Exponential Smothing have obtained predictions of 132 rods for January 2022. Based on the prediction accuracy test using the Mean Squered Error (MAE) method with a value of 3.01, Mean Squered Error (MSE) with a value of 18.18, and MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) obtained an error accuracy value of 9% using a weighted value of (alpha) 0.3. So this research can be taken into consideration for CV. Young Business Materials as an evaluation and appropriate decision making in order to minimize the risk of losses due to errors in the management of business capital.

Abstract

The package delivery service business experiences intense competition between transportation companies. This form of competition is marked by the proliferation of shipping service companies in Indonesia. Many of these companies are managed by the private sector and only one is managed by the state, namely PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) has one package delivery service company, namely PT. Indonesian Postal Delivery Services (Persero). This company is a state company that provides public services, but competes strictly with private companies. Currently, many people do not use the services provided by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), so that it is forgotten by the public. Factors that greatly influence are the many delivery service industries that offer added value. The most widely offered offer is speed and accuracy to the destination, wider coverage and low cost. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the satisfaction of consumers who are loyal to using the services of PT. Indonesian Postal Delivery Services (Persero). The method used is descriptive quantitative research on consumer decision factors at the Air Bangis post office in West Pasaman, West Sumatra. The results obtained are that customer trust has no positive and insignificant effect on consumer decisions with a significant level of 0.451. Brand Recall has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Decisions with a significance level of 0.001. Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a significance level of 0.000. So that this research can be used as a recommendation by package service providers in identifying factors in retaining customers.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion as a government institution is the main driving force in implementing government programs in the social and religious fields through carrying out the National Cash Waqf Movement (GNWU). Employees at the ranks of ministries consistently and measurably always carry out programs announced by the government in waqf. Waqf money is an alternative instrument to drive the community's economy in overcoming poverty and income inequality and strengthening social solidarity and a sense of concern in the community. This study analyzes the impact of cutting wages for waqf on the behavior of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The ASNs studied were employees who served at the Ministry of Religion in Padang City. Salaries are deducted directly in the form of cash waqf or al-nuqud waqf. Waqf obligations are deducted in the form of money against individuals directly. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and conducting several in-depth interviews with respondents. The number of respondents was 285 people in the State Civil Apparatus of the Ministry of Religion of Padang City. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS. The results of this study found that the variables of attitude, subjective norms and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on the behavior of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion of Padang City conducting cash waqf through salary deductions.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in rail transportation services. The company is very concerned about improving employee performance. Factors that affect achievement are career planning, work environment and work stress. Career planning is an opportunity created by the company in developing the talents possessed by its employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of these factors on employee performance in optimizing company functions so that they improve better. The data population processed in the study amounted to 510 people and the sample used was 83 people who were processed using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) in measuring the level of relationship of each variable with its construct indicators. The results obtained are the contribution of career planning, career environment, and work stress to employee performance of 46.5%, with 53.5% being influenced by other variables outside of this study. So that this research can be used as an indicator in optimizing employee performance.

Abstract

Buyers who work as employees are customers who are sales targets. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of customers who work as employees of E-Commerce Shopee. This analysis becomes a reference in identifying the level of purchasing power on the influence of price, promotion and quality of service. The data studied is the purchase intention of employees of PT Caterpillar Indonesia Batam. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely 50 Shopee users as an employee online shopping platform. The results of this study show that based on the t test, price perceptions have a positive and insignificant effect on purchase intention, and based on the t test, promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Based on the calculated t value for the price perception variable (X1) is 3.167, with a sig value of 0.146, the Promotion variable (X2) is 3.175 with a sig value of 0.325, the Service Quality variable (X3) is 0.225 with a sig value of 0.757. These results indicate that the perceived price, promotion, and service quality variables have a positive and partially significant effect on the purchase intention variable. The value of the regression equation test is 0.762, 0.780 and 0.678 which means that the relationship between perceptions of price, promotion, and service quality with employee performance is positive and significant. While the test results of the coefficient of determination, namely employee buying interest of 0.686 or 68.6%, are influenced by perceived price, promotion and service quality factors, while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Kuantitas wanita yang bekerja mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Mereka juga memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi nasional. Wanita yang memiliki peran di ranah publik, memiliki waktu yang terbatas dalam perannya sebagai istri, ibu dan pengelola rumah tangga. Sehingga, mereka mengemban 2 peran sekaligus, yakni sebagai tenaga kerja dan juga sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi dalam kurun waktu yang panjang dapat memicu terjadinya stress kerja, yang mengakibatkan seorang karyawan mengalami berbagai permasalahan, seperti sering merasa kelelahan mental, fisik dan emosional. Keadaan seperti ini dinamakan burnout. Burnout berdampak pada penurunan kinerja seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan burnout (kelelahan kerja) terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Surabaya 60000. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini bermula dari adanya keluhan kelelahan setelah bekerja, perasaan jenuh dengan pekerjaan yang monoton dan penugasan dinas pada waktu akhir pekan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan wanita PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Surabaya 60000 yang telah menikah. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel konflik peran ganda tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel burnout tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan bahwa agar menambahkan variabel independennya karena masih banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya.
