Abstract

The honorary teacher is integral part of an effort to educate the generation of the nation. The existence of honorary teacher cannot be separated from the national movement “Mental Revolution” triggered by the Indonesian government. It certainly puts the teachers’ role in a significant position as the educator. In line with that, the aim of national education is to educate life of the nation, but the obedience of the world of Indonesian education is due to social, economic and political problems, it makes distorted the educational goal further. Education in Indonesia leaves the same problems year after year. One of the crucial is welfare of teachers which is related to meager salaries, career training and quality of human resource. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan suatu upaya mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran dengan metode demonstrasi pada mata pelajaran IPA materi pokok sifat-sifat benda siswa kelas III Semester Ganjil di SDN 1 Dawuan Kecamatan Suboh Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013.. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi Kelas III SDN 1 Dawuan Kecamatan Suboh Kabupaten Situbondo tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, disusun dalam siklus berrdaur terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi yang dilaksanakan 2 (dua) siklus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah : 1) metode observasi untuk mengamati aktifitas siswa; 2) metode tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa; 3) metode wawancara untuk mengetahui pendapat siswa tentang kepuasan belajar. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh simpulan pembelajaran dengan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi pada pembelajaran IPA pokok bahasan sifat-sifat benda ini efektif karena dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, kemampuan akademik dan aktifitas siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Persentase hasil tes formatif mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sampai dengan siklus II dari 81% menjadi 90,5%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian tersebut, direkomendasikan agar menerapkan metode demonstrasi pada kelas dan mata pelajaran yang berbeda

Abstract

Learning activities learning in SDN 1 Curah Jeru less increase skills, particularly writing skills learning on the theme of the exposition essay "Beauty Togetherness". It caused during these teachers only use conventional methods because of a lack of creativity/lecture from the teacher. Teachers use media that are less attractive for students that is the only image in the students so that students feel saturated and not interested in learning to write the story/essay correctly according the rules of the writing of the essay. Model learning Concept Sentence is one type of learning model developed from cooperative learning. According to Shoimin (2001:37) Concept Sentence (Sentence concept) is a model of learning which is done by giving the cards that contains some key words to students. These keywords are then organized into paragraphs-paragraphs. This model is done with students formed a group of heterogeneous and make a sentence with at least 4 keywords match the material being presented. This research was carried out in class IV B SDN 1 Curah Jeru consisting of 27 students. Students are organized into 5 groups are heterogeneous. This type of research is research class action done 2 cycles. Method of collecting data through observation, interviews, tests/tasks, and documentation. The percentage of implementation of the learning model concept sentence on cycle I reached 68% and cycle II reached 87%. On cycle I, the percentage of ketuntasan in writing skills bouquet of 67% in the category of skilled enough, while on cycle II amounted to 89% in the category of very skilled, so classical meets the Minimum Completely Criteria (KKM) SDN 1 Curah Jeru. Conclusion of this research is to increase students writing skills bouquet of Exposition. The increase in the percentage of students of essay writing skills I cycle to cycle II amounting to 22%, while the increase in the application of the model concept sentence from cycle to cycle I II of 19%. Conclusion of this research is to increase students ' writing skills bouquet of Exposition. The increase in the percentage of students of essay writing skills I cycle to cycle II amounting to 22%, while the increase in the application of the model concept sentence from cycle to cycle I II of 19%. Therefore research SDN 1 Curah Jeru completely

Abstract

Teachers always use a context on explaining the concepts, when they use RME. RME could become an alternative on mathematics instruction, where the instruction usually is held by expository method. This study is aim to know the effect of RME to the students’ report. By comparing students’ report, between they were teach using RME and expository, the result shows that using RME is better than expository. Although there is no significant difference on the students’ report, the circumstances of instruction is different. By using RME, students were involved in many activities and they became fun. This supported the students’ report became better than they were teach using expository method.

Abstract

Education as a future other people in the world aims to have progress and also give solution in life. Study will be constructive if any inovation and choice the best to change the old way. This continue of every step in new methods of learning. Project Based Learning is one of new methods that support constructivis in education. The first special in this is how to make a team work to finished work from teacher. This work actually in three aspect, for example cognitive, affective and psycomotor. Category research is Classroom Action Research, in first step is observation at Grade Fifth Elementary School of Wringin Anom 4th, on March, 5th 2014. The methods can give progress in every cycle. Implementing of project based learning is reach 80% in cycle 1 and 100% in cycle 2. Learning activities is reach 77,84% in cycle 1 and 94,50% in cycle 2. Learning outcomes is reach 83,49% in cycle 1 and 94,48% in cycle 2. Means the method of Project Based Learning can improve learning outcomes and learning activities of Mathmatics grade V Elementary School Wringin Anom 4th

Abstract

In order to create a learning process that encourages students can construct their own knowledge through active involvement in the learning process requires appropriate learning strategies. Good learning is learning always involves the students to solve a problem. Those problems can be solved by providing a learning model that suits the character of the student so that the learning objectives will be achieved. The problem of this research is Is there a significant difference to the cognitive learning third grade students on subjects that PKN using model Word Square with the lecture method? The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The instrument used in this study are guidelines for observation, post test instruments, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is the t-test and procedure in this study through the preparation phase of research began to apply for the title until the submission of permit research to the test site and the implementation phase of research ranging from the preparation of research instruments, the implementation of classroom learning the control and the experimental class, pemeberian post test, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of data to draw conclusions. Having conducted a study and obtain the data, then the researchers analyzed the data by using t-test showed that there are differences in learning outcomes between students taught using learning model word square with the lecture method with a value of t = 4.27> t table = 2,000 at level 5% significance. Abstract

Improving the quality of learning is one of the most fundamental things to improve the quality of education as a whole. But the lack of creativity of teachers as teachers in presenting a learning media that is more fun and close to the world of students cause lesson material presented by the teacher is not running optimally. As a result students feel bored, less interesting lessons, even full of mystery, resulting in less satisfactory learning outcomes. Problem formulation How is the effectiveness of the use of learning audio media in improving student learning outcomes in the subjects of Bahasa Indonesia Sub Theme Body ?. Research Objectives To obtain an overview of the effectiveness of the use of audio media learning in improving student learning outcomes in the subjects of Bahasa Indonesia Sub Theme Body. This research is PTK (Research Action Class). Classroom Action Research is done because of the problems faced by educators in the process of learning in the classroom. The implementation of TOD will be carried out at SD Mimbaan 2 Situbondo with 6 weeks implementation time in September 2017 - November 2017. The subject of this research is all students of class 1 consisting of 1 class of 26 students at SD Mimbaan 2 Situbondo.The PTK procedure is cyclical. One cycle consists of four phases, namely: planning phase, implementation phase, observation phase, reflection phase. Data presentation technique used in this research is descriptive analysis that is an analysis without using statistic test. it is known that the number of students who completed 13 people with 57.69% percentage and categorized less well. The learning outcomes of a class is said to be complete if there are ≥ 75% of students who have achieved a score of ≥ 70 from a maximum score of 100. Therefore the result of classical student learning in cycle 1 is still not complete. But the completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle 1 has increased and better than previous or prasiklus. In cycle 2 it is known that the number of complete students is 17 people. The completeness of the desired Indonesian learning result in SDN 2 Mimbaan is 75%. Learning outcomes in cycle 2 shows that the completeness of student learning outcomes has increased and better than the 1st cycle of 80.76% with good category. Classically student learning outcomes in cycle 2 is declared complete. Increase percentage of learning result completeness from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 23,07%

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes of The 4thgrade students SDN 6 Dawuhan academic year 2017/2018. This research is a quantitative research, The method used is comprative. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes of The 4thgrade students SDN 6 Dawuhan academic year 2017/2018?. The population in this study were students at SDN 6 Dawuhan. This research use purpusive sampling technique, with sample number 30 responden (all student of class 4th). This research consist of independent variable and dependent variable, independent variable that is learning independence (X), and dependent variable that is learning outcomes (Y). Data collection technique used in this study is using questionnaires and documentation (student learning outcomes). The results showed that the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes of class 4th is in the category of influence is it can be in known from the correlation coefficient of R = 0,507, and to know whether the hypothesis submitted accepted / rejected, then T count compared with T table with significant level of 0,005 with the number of respondents 30 obtaided T table = 2,048 whereas T count = 3,117, means T count 3,117 > T table 2,048 so (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) accepted. Based on the results of the study, then this study, concluded (Ho) rejected and (Ha) accepted, that there is Influence Of Learning Independence On Student Learning Outcomes Of The 4thGrade Students SDN 6 Dawuhan Academic Year 2017/2018

Abstract

Pendidikan menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas dipengaruhi oleh siswa, sarana dan prasarana, bahan ajar, dan guru. Guru harus memiliki keterampilan dalam menge lola proses belajar mengaja yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik, bahan ajar, sarana dan prasarana serta lingkungan belajar siswa. Salah satu keterampilan guru dalam mengajar adalah pemilihan model pembelajaran. Penerapan model pembelajaran yang baik dan benar apabila peserta didik dapat berinteraksi secara maksimal untuk menggali dan mengidentifikasi informasi, sehingga dapat menemukan pengetahuannya sendiri. Pembelajaran yang baik dan seperti ini disebut pembelajaran penemuan (Discovery Learning). Discovery learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang cenderung meminta siswa untuk melakukan observasi, eksperimen, atau tindakan ilmiah hingga mendapatkan kesimpulan dari hasil tindakan ilmiah tersebut. Maka dengan adanya discovery learning, peserta didik dapat belajar dengan baik dan lancar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi/ hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Good education is an education that can explore all pupils’ potential. But not many schools have the capability; even, they do not know the other side of the potentials own by their pupil’s. Relate to the academic potential matter, the most visible potential based on the IQ measurement which is only optimizing three categorize: verbal ability (language), numeric (number ability) and visual spatial (ability to look the relation between space) .The formulation of problem in this research is there any significant relationship between the interpersonal intelligence and learning outcomes in subject Indonesian language, pupils grade V in public elementary school of SDN 4 Curah Jeru district of Panji. The aim of this research is to know is there any significant relationship between the interpersonal intelligence and learning outcomes in subject Indonesian language, pupils grade V in public elementary school of SDN 4 Curah Jeru district of Panji. The design of this research uses the plan of ex-post facto with the method of interviewing, documenting and questionnaire. The data analysis is using the analysis of quantitative research. After, researcher conducts the research and gathers the data; researcher is analyzing data from the result of pupil’s questionnaire analysis and pupil’s study outcomes then it is obtained Fcount of 0,967, while Ftable of 0,334 in N = 20 with significant level 5% it means that Fcount > Ftable meaning that null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Based from the result it can be conclude there is a significant relationship between the interpersonal intelligence toward the learning outcomes in subject of Indonesian language, grade V semester 1 in public primary school of SDn 4 Curah Jeru academic year 2015/2016. Based on the result of the research and the discussion, it conclude that the success of pupil’s of public primary school in SDN 4 curah Jeru district of Panji academic year 2015/2016 grade V will be better if the interpersonal intelligence is higher. Therefore, the higher of interpersonal intelligence of the pupils the better of learning outcomes they will achieve.
