Abstract

The author's research objective is to describe the social values contained in the Legend of Batu Termanu. And to describe the public's view of the Legend of Batu Termanu. The research formulation is in the form of . What social values are contained in the Legend of Batu Termanu? What are the public's views on the Legend of Batu Termanu? In this research, the author discusses the Sociological Literary Analysis of the Legend of Batu Termanu in Termanu Village, Rote Tengah District, Rote Ndao Regency. The problem in this research is the literary sociological values contained in the Legend of Batu Termanu and the public's views on the Legend of Batu Termanu. The legend of Batu Termanu is a form of story owned by the people of Termanu, which is precisely located in Termanu Village, Rote Tengah District, Rote Ndao Regency. The method used in analyzing this research problem is a descriptive method with field research techniques. This research uses literary sociology theory. Data in the form of primary data and secondary data and data sources from sources. Data collection techniques are through 1) observation techniques, 2) interview techniques, 3) documentation techniques. The researcher's data analysis techniques use 1) data reduction, 2) data display (data presentation) , 2) Conclusion. Meanwhile, the validity of the author's data uses 1) Credibility Test, 2) Source Triangulation, 3) Theory Trianggulation. The conclusions obtained in researching this legend include: compassion, responsibility, and harmony in life. Based on this research, until now Batu Termanu is still located in Termanu Village, Rote Ndao Regency

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a web blog-based science learning media. The study utilizes the research and development method by Borg and Gall and was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Manado from March to June in the academic year 2022/2023. The field trial subjects comprised subject matter experts, instructional media experts, students, and teachers. Data collection instruments included questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The obtained data were analyzed significantly. The results of the expert validation for the product materials fall into the valid category with a score of 87.39%. The expert validation for the instructional media product is also categorized as valid with a score of 88.82%. The results of the limited-scale field trial fall into the valid category with 67.90% of students choosing strongly agree and 32.10% choosing agree. The results of the full-scale field trial fall into the valid category with 77.77% of students choosing strongly agree and 22.23% choosing agree. This study concludes that the web blog-based science learning media is effective, efficient, engaging, and suitable for use in classroom.

Abstract

The student’s need for English writing materials that can improve the student’s writing skills to make the learning process more interesting, challenging, an interactive. This study aims to develop English writing materials models based on SAC for junior high school. The objectives of this study were:(1) To know the students needs for English writing materials in junior high school,(2) To know how to design the English writing materials based on SAC for junior high school, (3) To know the development of English writing materials based on SAC for junior high school,(4) To know the implementation of English writing materials based on SAC grade I,(5) To know the effectiveness of English writing materials models based on SAC for teaching the students. This research uses the ADDIE model approach which has five steps. It determine the efficacy of English writing materials based on SAC in the learning. This research uses research & development ( R&D ) study. The subjects of the study were the students in the ninth grade of SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Pura. The instruments for collecting data were questionnaires, interview, and English test. This writing materials uses a contextual teaching materials (CTL) approach to improve the student’s writing skills. The final result show that the average result of content expert’s score is 89%. The average result of media expert score is 87%. The average result of student;s response score is 85,9%. The average result of teacher response score is 88,3%. There are differences in test result before and after the developing English writing materials based on SAC. The average post test is higher. There is a significant improvement in student’s writing skills after they were taught using writing materials based on SAC. It can be concluded that developing English writing materials based on SAC is effective in increasing student’s writing skills in learning

Abstract

Advancements in information technology have enabled organizations to discover new business strategies that can assist companies, organizations, schools, and governments in facing competition while enhancing productivity. Computer technology and the internet have facilitated information delivery, yet the utilization of Information Technology hasn’t been as effective as possible at SMK TQ Ndholo Kusumo, which still relies on manual systems to support day-to-day operations. This includes administrative tasks related to processing schedule information, teacher data, class data, student data, subject data, and grade data. Consequently, a considerable amount of time is required for these activities. To address these issues, an Academic Information System (AIS) is needed to aid in a more productive and efficient process. This system is designed using extreme programming methods in its development, incorporating unified modeling language for system design, including use case, class, and activity diagrams. System feasibility evaluation is conducted through black-box testing, resulting in a 100% accuracy rate. Therefore, functionally, this system is deemed suitable for use.

Abstract

Autism Sentrum Disorder atau yang lebih dikenal dengan anak autis, memiliki permasalahan kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi sosial. Kesadaran masyarakat terkhusus orang tua anak autis akan Pendidikan inklusi bagi anaknya masih sangat kurang, ditambah langkanya media belajar interaktif yang bisa digunakan anak autis, sehingga kebutuhan akan Pendidikan untuk anak autis kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun animasi sahabat imajiner bagi anak autis yang berfungsi sebagai teman bermain sekaligus media belajar. Media pembelajaran ini sangat interaktif dan sesuai kebutuhan anak autis. Penelitian ini masuk dalam kategori penelitian dan pengembangan karena menghasilkan produk, yaitu media belajar bagi anak autis. Media ini berupa animasi 3D yang dibangun dengan menggunakan teknologi AI untuk grafik yaitu Leonardi.AI, pembuatan video dari gambar menggunakan Runway ML, pengisian suara animasi menggunakan teknologi Text To Speech yaitu narakeet dan editing video menggunakan Capcut.

Abstract

Disamping peluang yang seluas-luasnya namun kebangkitan revolusi Industri 4.0 juga berpotensi membawa dampak serta tantangan bagi UMKM. Dengan hadirnya teknologi canggih di era Industri 4.0 seperti AI, IoT dan robotika, UMKM perlu beradaptasi agar tetap berjaya dan memiliki daya saing, serta mampu memenuhi permintaan dan kebutuhan konsumen yang terus berubah seturut perkembangan jaman. Persaingan terus meningkat seiring adopsi teknologi dan munculnya model bisnis yang baru, sehingga UMKM harus menemukan jalan keluar untuk membedakan diri dengan UMKM lain dan harus menonjol di pasaran. Untuk itu pelaku UMKM harus memahami konsumennya dan mendisain produk dan layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen (pelanggan). Kolaborasi atau Kerjasama dengan dunia usaha serta pemangku kepentingan yang lain untuk dapat mengakses pangsa pasar serta sumber daya baru, harus dipikirkan pula oleh pelaku UMKM. Ada beberapa strategi yang perlu dipersiapkan dan dijalankan oleh pelaku UMKM di era Industri 4.0 antara lain, pelaku UMKM wajib meningkatkan ketrampilan digitalnya serta berinvestasi ke teknologi & inovasi baru, mengadopsi praktik berkesinambungan dalam memenuhi permintaan dan kebutuhan konsumen yang terus berubah. Strategi yang lain adalah dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce & chanel pemasaran digital untuk memperluas akses pasar. Abstract

The results of observations made at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano in class XI Science C, students tended to be passive and seemed hesitant to answer questions asked by the teacher. In the learning process, teachers rarely develop students’ literacy skills, because the learning process is more centered on the teacher, which can be seen from the use of less varied learning methods. Limited access to information and lack of interest in reading, on the other hand, lack of understanding of the language used also has an impact on students’ understanding of reading content. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using a problem solver model which aims to improve the literacy skills of class XI IPA C students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano with a total of 30 students. The data collection process carried out in this research carried out a literacy ability test. The results of the research showed that in cycle I the average value of students’ scientific literacy skills in the content aspect was 67.76% of 30 students, only 18 students met the completeness score with a percentage of 60%, this result is still considered insufficient, after taking corrective action in the cycle II, the results of students’ scientific literacy abilities have increased, namely 80.23% with a percentage of 93%. With this, the application of the problem solving model to the circulatory system material can improve students’ literacy skills.

Abstract

Implementasi merdeka belajar menuntut harus ada strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi. Pembelajaran diferensiasi adalah salah satu alternatif pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan murid dikelas. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran differensiasi menggunakan pendekatan assign open–ended materi pemanasan global pada siswa kelas X SMA Kristen Sonder. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 16 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes dan observasi. Secara klasikal hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran differensiasi menggunakan pendekatan assign open–ended materi pemanasan global pada siklus I yaitu 56.3 % meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 87.5% dan nilai persentasi aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 50%, meningkat pada siklus 2 yakni sebesar 85.7%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran diferensiasi menggunakan pendekatan assign open–ended pada materi pemanasan global dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X di SMA Kristen Sonder.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the means of language, mathematics, statistics in thinking scientifically. Formulation of the problem: how to use language, mathematics, statistics in thinking scientifically? The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the way to obtain data is in the form of a literature study. The results of this study are that the stages of scientific activity require tools in the form of scientific thinking facilities. The means of scientific thinking function only as tools for humans to think scientifically in order to gain knowledge. Language is a means of communicating systematic ways of thinking in acquiring knowledge. Mathematics is a means of deductive thinking, so people can use statistics to think inductively. Deductive thinking and inductive thinking are needed to support correct scientific activities so that they will produce correct knowledge. Meanwhile, statistics should not be underestimated by people who want to be able to carry out scientific activities well. Mastery of statistics is very necessary for people who will draw valid conclusions. Statistics must be seen as equal to mathematics.

Abstract

Based on observations regarding student learning outcomes, the values obtained in ecosystem material, the average student learning outcomes are below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Researchers use the Learning Cycle model to get good learning outcomes for students in biology lesson concepts on ecosystem material. The teacher's ability to design and implement a model greatly influences the results achieved. This research aims to determine the effect of the learning cycle model on biology learning outcomes in ecosystem material for Class X students at Sonder Christian High School. This research uses an experimental method with a control group research design. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, namely class X Science 1 with 15 students and class X Science 2 with 15 students. The average pret-test score in the control class was 32.85, while the average pret-test score in the experimental class was 42.06. Furthermore, the average post-test score in the control class was 73.2, while the average post-test score in the experimental class was 76.46. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a significance level of 0.05, the value of tcount (3.752) > ttable (2.13145) was obtained. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the Learning cycle learning model on student learning outcomes in ecosystem material in classes X Science 1 and X Science 2 at Sonder Christian High School
