Abstract

Saat ini kopi menjadi salah satu alternatif usaha yang bisa dikatakan menarik untuk dikembangkan dan dijadikan usaha. Coffee shop 651 Ginkas Basam adalah salah satu coffee shop yang lagi hits dikota Berastagi yang terus mengalami perkembangan signifikan dari bulan ke bulan. Perkembangan ini harus dipersiapkan oleh manajemen agar dapat menyiapkan alternatif pemasaran yang strategis agar dapat bertahan pada posisinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis keterkaitan atau hubungan rencana pemasaran pada Coffee shop 651 Ginkas Basam Kecamatan Barusjahe, faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal serta menganalisa alternatif strategi yang di gunakan dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang untuk mengatasi kelamahan dan ancaman. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dan teknik penelitian studi kasus. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, lalu QSP. Berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dan eksternal, selanjutnya dilakukan tahap pencocokan dengan metode matriks IE dan matriksSWOT. Hasil dari matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tersebut berada pada posisi tumbuh dan bina. Empat strategi alternatif dirumuskan dari hasil matriks SWOT dan QSP dengan strategi prioritas pertama adalah dengan meningkatkan kegiatan promosi. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance and profitability on firm value in manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2017-2021. GCG was represented with independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and audit committee. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical method is panel data regression using a fixed affect model. The results of this study indicate that the proportion of independent commissioners and managerial ownership has a significant and positive effect on firm value, while institutional ownership, audit committee, and return on assets (ROA) have no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Some countries have different regulations related to this maternity leave. female workers have the right to get maternity leave rations for 1.5 months before giving birth and 1.5 months after giving birth and still get full salary. Some cases in the field have different combinations, but the allotment of maternity leave given is three months. The methods used in this study are text mining and social network analysis. Text mining is used to see frequently appearing words related to maternity leave as well as twitter users' responses related to the word, while social network analysis is used to see what the female workforce really wants related to maternity leave policies. Based on the purpose of this research, there are 3 words that often appear, namely paid, sick and paternity. Most tweets that exist, have neutral and positive sentiment. However, what needs to be of particular concern in the future is that the implementation of this policy on maternity leave can be beneficial for both parties, namely workers and employers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the role of viral marketing, turbo marketing, and brand ambassadors to influence purchasing decisions and their impact on word of mouth. The concept of this research carries a descriptive research approach. The population is the people of Labuhanbatu Regency, total 499,982. The researcher applied the Slovin formula to obtain a minimum sample, which sample is 99.98 or fulfilled into 100 respondents. The sampling technique chose simple random sampling. All indicators that form the variables studied are processed through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis uses the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The result is viral marketing influences purchasing decisions online otherwise there is no relationship with word of mouth. Turbo marketing does not support purchasing decisions and word of mouth. Brand ambassadors affect online purchasing decisions, while purchasing decision is not significant to word of mouth

Abstract

The association between job demands and teachers' well-being was examined in a meta-analysis. We can accurately assess these relationships' magnitude by conducting a meta-analysis of these relationships. Following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), a systematic review was done, and data were gathered by recording research from multiple internet sources. From 2007 until 2022, these articles were released in UN Language. The essay, published in journals indexed in EBSCO and Emerald database, analyzes qualitatively, presents the data in sample size, standard deviation, and average, and addresses the relationship between job demands and teachers' well-being. For computing the average aggregate difference, creating a forest plot, and accounting for publication bias, the analysis employed JASP software. The findings showed a significant relationship (SE=0.23) between indicators of job demands and teachers' well-being. To increase the distinctive variance among the many tools used to evaluate job needs, we advise revisiting them.

Abstract

The stock price determines the company's value and sound company operations. Suppose the company's operations are going well. In that case, the company's value also has a good effect on what is regulated in management with the scientific problems companies face. The manager's role in managing the company's organization in achieving the company's goals makes the knowledge used by the company, such as planning, organizational structure, and decision making, as well as managers in providing communication, influence from leadership, direction, control, evaluation and assessment. In this study, the authors used the literature study method to obtain secondary data to analyze managers' roles and influences on improving Islamic banking finance.

Abstract

The current era of globalization has triggered fierce competition in the business world. This competitive situation makes companies try to be the best in their sector by improving their performance, this also applies to the banking sector. A good company is a company that upholds high morality. A company can be judged on the success of its social responsibility by prioritizing moral and ethical principles, the best results can be achieved without any loss from other community groups (Suaryana, 2011). One of the strategies that companies can take to improve their performance is to implement corporate social responsibility or what is commonly known as social responsibility. Social responsibility is a basic theory where a company needs to build harmony with the community and the environment in which it operates.

Abstract

Ceria Shop is a minimarket located in Tanjungpinang and has been operating since 2012, of course it has a work culture that develops in the work environment itself which can affect performance, ways of interaction, communication between employees and superiors at work. In order to improve business development, work culture also plays an important role so that an analysis will be carried out on dimensions of culture, culture style, barriers in communicating, and types of corporate culture at Ceria Shop using qualitative methods and data collection by direct interviews with Ceria Shop owners. Based on the results of the analysis using Hofstede's theory, Globe Taxonomies, Trompenaar's, business culture, and several other theories, it can be seen that this minimarket has an Asian work culture with some adjustments to the environment or work situation. Employees still have freedom of opinion, strong bonds between peers and superiors, gain appreciation, and gender equality in conditions where superiors still give strict directions and focus on serving consumers. Overall Ceria Shop has been running well, but it would be better if superiors also pay attention to the work culture that each individual has when they want to work at Ceria Shop besides their work performance because the incompatibility of work culture can cause internal problems.

Abstract

Audit delay can affect the level of relevance of information from a financial report, because the longer the time it takes to conduct an audit, the level of relevance of the information can be doubted. The length of the audit completion process can affect audit delay in submitting audited financial reports so that it can have an adverse impact on market reactions and cause uncertainty in economic decision making. The research model used in this research is quantitative. With a research sample of non-silica (food and beverage) sector companies because companies that experience fluctuating financial performance tend to decline during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the auditor's opinion has no significant effect on audit delay, audit tenure has no significant effect on audit delay, company size has a significant effect on audit delay.
