Abstract

         This research was conducted at PT. UBC Batam. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pricing, product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction levels together (simultaneously).          In this study, the authors use census method with a total of 60 people to serve as respondents of the total population. While this type of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from the questionnaire to the Employee At PT. UBC Batam. While secondary data obtained from the document PT. UBC Batam and obtained from the literature related and can support as well as useful for this study. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, which is used to describe in giving an overview of the object under study through the data with census method taken from the population obtained in the field associated with theories that are relevant and techniques of quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to measurement scale used is Likert scale and the test results using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.          From the results of the study authors conclude that the simultaneous price (X1), product quality (X2) and quality of service (X3) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y), with the result of 304.353 with a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine: the influence of organizational culture, work environment, leadership on the performance of employees at PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Batam. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Batam taken of 52 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis used was validity, reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, testing hypothesis. The results of this research indicate that (1) an organizational culture influence on employees’ performance. It can be seen organizational culture variable (X1) that t value (14.541) and significance (0.000) from 0005 and shows a significant difference between organizational culture on employees’ performance. (2) The working environment influence on employees’ performance. It can be seen that working environment variables (X2) t value between work environment affect the performance of employees is 2,599. The significance value 0.014 0.05 which means that the relationship is significant. Based on the data obtained, the decision was to declare a significant difference between the work environment influences on employee performance.3) Leadership (X3) influence on employees’ performance. Significance value 0.00 0.05 which means that the relationship is significant. Based on the data obtained, the result was to declare a significant difference between the leadership on employees’ performance.Analysis of determination coefficient indicates that the variable X (organizational culture, work environment, leadership) have positive effect on the variable Y (employee performance) and have a degree of influence by 99.7%. Significant testing on the work culture affects the performance of employees at PT. Putra Kelana Makmur Batam shows that t is greater than t table which amounted organizational cultureis 14.541, work environment is 2599 and leadership is 3.921 its mean that the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi, Pelatihan dan Promosi Jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Batam.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 114 karyawan yang bekerja di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Batam Sampel diambil dengan teknik systematic random sampling dan menggunakan perhitugan Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 10%. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, yaitu uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji T dan uji F, koefisisen determinasi serta analisis regresi linear berganda.Dari hasil regresi berganda, menunjukan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan (bersama-sama) Kompetensi SDM, Pelatihan dan Promosi Jabatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja PegawaiKata kunci : Kompetensi SDM, Pelatihan dan Promosi Jabatan

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Bank BJB Batam. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectof training and compensation for work performance together (simultaneously).In this study, the authors usecensus method with a total of 45 people to serve as respondents of the total population. Abstract

 ABSTRACT         Effect of Competence, Work Involvement and Employment Compensation on teachers on teacher performance at Batam State Vocational High School. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher work competency and work involvement and compensation for the performance of Batam State Secondary School Teachers. Sources of data found are primary data obtained directly from the answers from the questionnaire concerned with the research with the above qualifications. Coupled with several references from the researchers themselves. Based on this study, the Competence of Teacher Involvement and Compensation on the Performance of Teachers of Batam State Vocational Middle School Teachers has a significant effect both partially and simultaneously at a 100% confidence level. The value of R Square in this study is 0.644 which means that only 64.4% changes in employee performance levels can be explained by Competency, Teacher Involvement, Teacher Performance and Teacher Compensation at Batam Vocational High School while the rest are influenced by other variables that are not observed. in this research. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze how big the impact of service quality on the level of satisfaction experienced by customers in taking Taking a Bank Loan at Bank Barelang Mandiri The Main Branch Palm Spring Batam  City. The model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study using Likert skla and sampling methods used are accidental by 86 respondents. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression (multiple linear regression).From the research, the authors conclude that service quality consists of tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction. For partial test (t), not all variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, with a significant level of 0.231 for tangible or 23.1%, reliability of -0.211 or 21.1%, responsiveness 0.383 or 38.3% , 0.762 or 76.2% assurance and empathy 0.409 or 40.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (studi pada pegawai Dinas Kelautan, Perikanan, Pertanian dan Kehutanan kota Batam). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden dari 106 pegawai. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini adalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah sebagai berikut:  Y = 0,465 X1 + 0,398 X2  Hasil dari uji t, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil secara simultan dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,680 yang menunjukkan bahwa 68% variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bahtera Empat Wisesa Shipping. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 40 karyawan PT Bahtera Empat Wisesa Shipping Batam. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 20. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode kuesioner dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa 66,9% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen yakni kepemimpinan (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan kompensasi (X3). Sedangkan sisanya 33,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar model. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The emergence of buying interest coming from knowledge-related information search and product benefits. Search intensity information makes people always look for information about a product, it is a sign that the person has a high risk appetite. This study aimed to examine the effect of brand image, price perceptions and appeal of advertising on buying interest.The population used is all Brand AQUA gallon bottled water consumers in the city is not known for sure Batam number. Sample collection using accidental sampling techniques and sampling as many as 100 with a purpose which is used among other considerations: research respondents are students as consumers Brand AQUA gallons of drinking water in the city of Batam. Primary data types. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression.Regression results using SPSS version 16 showed that (1) advertising appeal factor (b3 = 0.290) to be the biggest factor affecting buying interest, then the image of the brand (b1 = 0.243), while the price perception factors (b2 = 0.214) to be the lowest factor affect buying interest. (2) The results of the t test of the brand image, price perceptions and obtained sig advertising appeal. 0.05, partial positive effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is accepted. F test results for 15.366 with sig.0, 000 0.05, the independent variables are jointly positive effect on the dependent variable is accepted. (3) The coefficient of determination indicates that the variable ability brand image, price perceptions, and advertising appeal can explain the interest of students as consumers buy bottled water brand AQUA gallons of 30.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja PT.Ciba Vision. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen..Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode analisis kuesioner instrumen yang digunakan adalah untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan F , Dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan dari uji statistik yang didasarkan pada variabel bebas yang terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kedisiplinan (uji simultan F) layak untuk diuji terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Kemudian melalui hasil uji t adalah bahwa gaya kepemimpinan variabel 0.322, motivasi 5.681, dan disiplin 3.292. Penelitian ini juga memperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,390. Artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan organisasi buasil mampumempengaruhi variabel kepuasan kerja dengan persentase sebesar 39% dan sisanya 61% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diliputi dalam penelitian ini.Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction
