Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of satisfaction in building loyalty and positive word of mouth on RedDoorz users in Bandar Lampung. The main objective was to examine the effect of loyalty mediation on the effect of Word of Mouth satisfaction. To answer this goal, a quantitative research design was used by distributing questionnaires to 250 RedDoorz users. 200 usable data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling Analysis, Based on Covariance. The results showed that loyalty plays a role in mediating the effect of Word of Mouth satisfaction. That is, the higher the satisfaction of users or customers, the more loyalty is created, the more positive word of mouth will grow. This implies that the management must increase consumer loyalty in terms of financial transactions every time they make hotel reservations online because there are still complaints about financial transaction failures.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the factors that influence the production of tofu home industry in Mekar Sari Village, Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency, using quantitative research. The research subjects were tofu entrepreneurs in Mekar Sari Village, Wasile District. The sampling method is random sampling. The sample in this study was 5 entrepreneurs. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire.            The technique used in this study to draw conclusions is multiple linear regression with the Eviews program, resulting in the equation: Y = 665620 +142.9692 x1 + 1397603 x2 - -19.32795 x3 + e. Testing the hypothesis using the R test, shows that the value of R Square is 0.999696 meaning that together the independent variables have an influence of 99.9% on the dependent variable, and 1.1% is influenced by other independent variables not included in this study. It can be concluded that the factors influencing the production of tofu home industry in Mekar Sari Village, Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency. Independent variables Working Capital (X1), Raw Materials (X2), Labor (X3).

Abstract

This researcher departed from the increasing number of health insurance customers in treatment at RSUD Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. Therefore, RSUD Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan acts as a good service provider to provide trust to customers. This study aimed to determine the health customer service strategy used by RSUD Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan in delivering services per service standards and Islamic principles. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. Therefore, to collect data, interview techniques are used directly with informants. After conducting research, the author describes, describes, and analyzes the data obtained from informants regarding service strategies and the application of Islamic service principles. The result of this research is that the service strategy used by Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan Hospital follows the service standards of regional public hospitals by using the dimensions of the promised service. The service from the Islamic perspective has been applied following the principles of Islamic service and the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council - Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) Number 107/DSN-MUI/X/2016

Abstract

This research aims to determine the types of revenue of Palopo City in supporting Palopo City Regional Expenditures. The variables studied consist of local original income, balancing funds, regional loans, other legal revenues, regional expenditure consisting of Operational Expenditures, Capital Expenditures and Unexpected Shopping and others. In this research, the Qualitative Descriptive Method was used.The results of the research show that regional revenues such as PAD, balancing funds and regional financial assistance have increased every year and the realization of regional expenditure has increased every year. Regional spending is greater than revenue, so there is a budget deficit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servitization and E-Wom on Purchase Intention with Consumer Trust as Mediation. The type of research used in the study is causal associative research using quantitative techniques. The population in this study were customers of various coffee shops in Surakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The technique for determining the number of samples can use the Lemeshow Formula. By using the Lemeshow formula obtained is 96.04 which is then rounded up to 100 people. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the calculation process assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results of this study show that Servitization, E-Wom, and Trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Servitization and E-wom have a positive and significant effect on customer trust. Trust mediates the effect of Servitization on purchase intention. Abstract

This research aims to determine a SWOT analysis regarding the economic potential of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia using the NVivo approach. This research uses qualitative methodology with the NVivo approach and literature review. "Data analysis techniques include: (1) mapping the number of news article codes based on SWOT analysis, namely (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), regarding "Islamic Boarding School Economics" using NVivo 14 software; (2) map the visualization results with a hierarchical diagram and test the correlation between media articles using SWOT Analysis; (3) mapping research topics with Worldcloud or a collection of words that are often discussed in media articles; and (4) Testing the significant value between media articles to determine the size or size of the correlation around the topic "Islamic Boarding School Economics". The results of this research show that the topics often discussed in media articles regarding Islamic Boarding School Economics are challenges and opportunities. Meanwhile, a topic that is rarely discussed by media articles regarding Islamic Boarding School Economics is strengths and weaknesses. The implications of this research show that the resulting SWOT study and literature review provide recommendations for improving the management of Islamic boarding school-based economic potential in the future.

Abstract

The study uses an associative quantitative approach method which aims to determine the influence of exports and imports on economic growth both partially, and simultaneously, This research was carried out using several analyses and multiple regression tests, including the Classical Assumption Test and the Hypothesis Test to see the influence between variables. This study uses secondary data regarding related variables sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results of this study show that partially exports have a positive and significant. This result also explains that the higher the export, the more economic growth will increase, but on the contrary, if imports increase, economic growth will decrease. The benefits of global economic openness can be seen from the condition of a country's economic balance. Participation in import export activities will bring great benefits to the countries involved. In future research, it is important to dig deeper into how certain factors in exports and imports can have different impacts on economic growth.

Abstract

Technological developments require people to adapt to digitalization in their life activities. The rapid development of digital technology in Indonesia can be seen from the number of internet users. In early 2022 internet users in Indonesia reached 204.7 million. The increase in internet users in Indonesia every year is inseparable from the large population in Indonesia. Indonesia as one of the largest Muslim countries in the world has the potential for zakat, infaq, and alms which have the opportunity to increase the economic welfare of the people. Based on data from the ministry of home affairs (kemendagri), the Muslim population in Indonesia was 237.53 million as of December 31, 2021. The large Muslim population in Indonesia and the growing development of digital technology are a challenge for amil zakat institutions in providing information regarding the importance of implementing zakat, infaq, and alms. This study aims to determine the strategies and strength possessed by Dompet Al-Qur'an Indonesia institution in implementing digital marketing to increase ZIS fundraising. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained through institutional report data. The results of the study show that Dompet Al-Qur'an Indonesia uses two collection methods, namely conventional and digital. The good relations with donors and beneficiaries that are created in each program are one of the advantages that can give a sense of trust to the institution. The use of digital technology supported by the Social Media Optimalization method in implementing digital marketing also shows innovation and creativity in optimizing the use of media and reaching a broad target donor.

Abstract

The implementation of SDGs is in line with the principles of Islamic teachings that prohibit destruction on earth (ifsad fil-ardhi), both physical damage and non-physical damage.  In addition, the principle of sustainability, in accordance with Maqashid Sharia by maintaining religion, preserving the soul, maintaining  reason, or nurturing offspring, and maintaining property. The application of Islamic economics and finance is no different from the SDGs. The role of Islamic economy and finance strengthens the target of SDGs, one of which is by implementing Value Based Intermediation (VBI).Value Based Intermediation (VBI) aims to reorient the business model of Islamic finance with the aim of realizing the objectives of sharia so that it can generate positive and sustainable impacts for the economy, society, and the environment through practices, processes, offers, and behaviors. Value-based intermediation (VBI) aims to deliver the desired outcomes of Sharia through practices, behaviours and offerings that generate positive and sustainable impacts on society, economy, community and environment, consistent with sustainable shareholder benefits as well as long-term interests. VBI also emphasizes on minimizing and preventing negative impacts arising from the practices, behaviors, and offerings of the Islamic banking industry.The expected results of Sharia focus on improving people's welfare through the preservation of people's wealth, faith, life, offspring, and intelligence in accordance with the maqasid of Sharia. In the context of Islamic finance business, one of which is Islamic banking focuses on encouraging to generate, accumulate, and distribute wealth fairly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the market share of Minimarkets and Grocery stores in Palopo city today as well as on the state of Equilibrium. The data analysis used in this study is Markov chain analysis. The Makrov process in this study is used to determine the selection of shopping places for future periods depending on the selection of shopping places in one previous period, as well as to forecast the rate at which a brand will gain or lose customers. In addition, Markov chains are also used to determine future equilibrium conditions. The results show the Market Share of shopping places in Palopo city today is as follows: Grocery stores (68%) then Indomaret (14%) and alfamart (10%). Next in line is Alfamidi (10.%), and finally other places (3%). In addition, the predicted market share of shopping places in Palopo city in the future is: Grocery stores (60%) then Indomaret (17%) and alfamart (8%). Next in line is Alfamidi (5.%), and finally other places (11%). The results of this research can be used by the government as a basis for making policies on permits for the establishment of minimarkets in Palopo City
