Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research explores the effectiveness of the Stress Inoculation Training (SIT) technique, assisted by Instagram Reels, in reducing stress levels among students completing their thesis at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Completing a thesis is often a stressful academic challenge, potentially affecting students' mental health. To help students manage their stress and negative thoughts, this study introduces motivational content on Instagram Reels as part of the SIT intervention. The study aims to: (1) assess students' stress levels before using the SIT technique, (2) assess stress levels after the intervention, and (3) evaluate the effectiveness of the SIT technique assisted by Instagram Reels in reducing stress. Using a quantitative, descriptive approach, the study sampled 56 students from a population of 130.  he data collection technique in this study used documentation and questionnaires with a total of 25 statements for the variable (y) which had been tested for validity rcount> rtable with a range of rcount values of 0.521-0.871 and rtable 0.3415. The data analysis technique uses the wilxocon test. The results showed that the known significance value for 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence, meaning that the Stress Inoculation Training (SIT) technique has a significant influence on student resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the understanding of students and high school students in the city of Bogor, so that the results of this study can provide an overview to schools, especially to guidance and counseling teachers so that the service programs that are prepared can help schools reduce the level of bullying behavior of students in high schools in the city of Bogor. The results of this study can also provide education to students about which behaviors are included in bullying behavior. The research method used by the author is a quantitative method with a descriptive research type by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to students in the city of Bogor. The data and data sources of this study are 395 high school students in the city of Bogor using survey techniques. The instrument used for this study is a questionnaire describing bullying behavior. Data processing is done by scoring the questionnaire results of the research respondents' answers. The researcher concluded that the description of bullying behavior that the actions considered as physical bullying shown above are known to have the highest frequency of answers being strongly disagree, this means that respondents agree that they will not do things according to the statements in each variable proposed regarding physical bullying.

Abstract

Bullying behavior is aggressive behavior that aims to hurt other people both physically and verbally. This research examines the effect of group guidance services using brainstorming techniques on the bullying behavior of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sentolo Kulon Progo. Using a quantitative experimental approach, this research involved 20 students selected by purposive sampling from a total population of 179 students. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using the independent sample T test with the SPSS version 27.0.1 program. The results showed that the experimental group had a higher posttest score (132.20) than the control group (92.80), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the working hypothesis which states that there is an influence of group guidance services using brainstorming techniques on the bullying behavior of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sentolo Kulon Progo for the 2024/2025 academic year is "accepted".

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan seberapa pentingnya bimbingan orang tua dalam membentuk keagamaan pada anak sejak dini. Keagamaan pada penelitian ini berfokus pada bimbingan shalat yang diberikan orang tua kepada anak. Shalat merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dan wajib dalam kehidupan setiap muslim/muslimah. Bimbingan orang tua dalam mengarahkan dan membiasakan anak agar terbiasa untuk melaksanakan keagamaan ini sebagai dasar membentuk manusia yang bertuhan.  Di mana peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan beberapa literatur berupa dokumen, buku, jurnal/artikel, dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan kecukupan data yang diperoleh peneliti metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Teknik Analisis data dilakukan dari berbagai data yang telah diperoleh menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan cara mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta kemudian dianalisis dan diuraikan serta memberikan pemahaman dan penjelasan secukupnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan orang tua dalam membentuk keagamaan atau pemahaman anak dengan agama yang dia anut sangatlah penting dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari sebagai seorang manusia yang bertuhan, bimbingan orang tua dalam membiasakan anak untuk melakukan shalat adalah sesuatu hal krusial yang akan menjadi ketauladanan dan bekal mereka baik di dunia maupun akhirat nanti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether behavioral counseling combined with self-management techniques can increase the self-awareness of academic staff at Universitas Panji Sakti. The hypothesis proposed is that if behavioral counseling with self-management techniques is applied effectively, the self-awareness of academic staff will increase. This study uses a Counseling Guidance Action Research (CGAR) approach in two cycles, which consists of the stages of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling, evaluation, and reflection. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 14 academic staff who showed self-awareness and needed improvement based on the initial assessment. The research instruments included questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The validity test was carried out through content validity with an item correlation above 0.70, while the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach with a value of 0.85. The results showed an increase in self-awareness from Cycle I to Cycle II. In Cycle I, 12 out of 14 academic staff increased from 79.8% to 88.6%, with an average increase of 8.8%. The five staff members who did not meet the completion criteria continued to Cycle II, increasing from 80.5% to 88.3% and an average increase of 7.9%. Although two staff members have not reached the "very good" category, the overall success indicator has exceeded 85%. These findings indicate that the self-management technique of behavioral counseling is effective in increasing the self-awareness of academic staff. With the systematic approach of PTBK, interventions can be carried out in stages and evaluated to ensure their effectiveness.
