Abstract

Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to learn) is an idea launched by Nadiem Makarim, the Minister of Education and Culture, to produce superior human resources with character education. Merdeka Belajar is expected to be able to create individuals who are critical, creative, collaborative, and skilled. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of the principle of Merdeka Belajar for prospective counselors to increase their scientific repertoire of prospective counselors. This study uses a descriptive approach by using literature study by processing and collecting research materials in the form of library information that can be obtained from books or journals. The stages are as follows: 1) plan the topic to be studied; 2) Searching for library sources that are relevant to the study and select materials from various appropriate library sources; 3) The information obtained from the study material is then used as a reference in conducting discussions and conclusions. The study results indicate that it is important for counselors and prospective counselors to apply the right learning model to the principles of independent learning. It is hoped that counselors and prospective counselors can answer the challenges in the future.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the introduction of Nyi Ageng Serang's leadership values as an effort to build the character of the nation's next generation. Building character according to the character of the Indonesian nation is very important considering the increasingly development of technology that will affect the character of the nation's next generation. For this reason, the Community Service Team collaborated with schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta to introduce local heroes who were made National heroes, one of which was Nyi Ageng Serang. The stages carried out in community service begin with observation, coordination, execution and evaluation. This community service uses lecture and discussion methods. From this community service, students who will become the next generation of the nation are starting to have an interest in getting to know and deepen local heroes who have become national heroes such as Nyi Ageng Serang.

Abstract

Abstrak.Keanekaraagaman didefinisikan sebagai kondisi memiliki banyak elemen yang berbeda. Keragaman siswa mengacu pada perbedaan di antara siswa. Ras (ciri-ciri fisik) dan etnis (identitas budaya dan bahasa) adalah beberapa cara siswa beragam. Gender, status sosial ekonomi, agama, dan struktur keluarga adalah jenis keragaman lainnya. Keragaman yang terjadi juga akan menimbulkan konflik dan permasalahan khususnya pada diri siswa. Pada setiap tingkat kemampuan tertentu beberapa siswa seringkali menunjukkan minat secara berbeda pada beberapa bidang diantaranya musik, seni, sains, pelajaran sosial atau matematika, dan beberapa siswa ditemukan dan mengembangkan minat yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas organisasi sekolah atau dalam bidang akademik. Dengan adanya motivasi belajar dalam diri siswa, keragaman budaya bukanlah menjadi salah satu hambatan siswa dalam memperoleh prestasi belajar. Makin tinggi motivasi belajar peserta didik makin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang diperolehnya, dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Sosialisasi tentang motivasi belajar dalam keragaman ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi pada siswa tentang pentingnya motivasi belajar pada peserta didik dalam keragaman. Agar siswa memahami bahwa keragaman bukanlah hambatan yang menjadi penghalang untuk mencapai prestasi dan kesuksesan. Hambatan dari mencapai prestasi dan kesuksesan dari siswa adalah kemauan siswa tersebut sendiri. Kata Kunci: motivasi belajar, keragaman, powtoon.Kata Kunci: motivasi belajar, keragaman, powtoon Abstract. Diversity is defined as the condition of having many different elements. Student diversity refers to the differences among students. Race (physical characteristics) and ethnicity (cultural identity and language) are some of the ways students are diverse. Gender, socioeconomic status, religion, and family structure are other types of diversity. The diversity that occurs will also cause conflicts and problems, especially for students. At each particular level of ability, some students often show different interests in several areas including music, art, science, social studies or mathematics, and some students discover and develop interests related to school organizational activities or in the academic field. With students' motivation to learn, cultural diversity is not an obstacle for students in achieving learning achievement. The higher the student's learning motivation, the higher the learning outcomes they obtain, and vice versa. This socialization about learning motivation in diversity aims to provide information to students about the importance of learning motivation for students in diversity. So that students understand that diversity is not an obstacle that becomes a barrier to achieving achievement and success. The obstacle to achieving achievement and success for students is the student's own will.Keywords :  learning motivation, diversity, powtoon.

Abstract

Permasalahan asertif dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kehidupan peserta didik, seperti mengganggu hubungan interpersonal, menurunkan rasa percaya diri, serta menimbulkan stres dan ketegangan emosional. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi peserta didik memiliki sikap asertif untuk mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi yang lebih sehat, namun kenyataannya masih ditemukan peserta didik yang belum atau enggan berperilaku asertif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing pada siswa kelas X SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling dengan dua siklus. Subyek penelitian diambil 10 orang siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket dan pedoman observasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa secara deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisa dapat dikemukakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan skor kinerja layanan bimbingan kelompok sebesar 33,3%, peningkatan skor partisipasi siswa dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok sebesar 42,6%, peningkatan skor angket sebesar 10,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku asertif dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan rujukan bahwa dengan menerapkan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik role playing dapat meningkatkan sikap asertif peserta didik salah satunya terwujud melalui keterampilan komunikasi yang lebih efektif dan sehat.Abstract: Assertiveness problems can have a significant impact on students' lives, such as disrupting interpersonal relationships, reducing self-confidence, and causing stress and emotional tension. Therefore, students need to have an assertive attitude to develop healthier communication skills, but in reality there are still students who do not or are reluctant to behave assertively. This research aims to determine the effort to increase assertive behavior through role-playing technique group guidance for 10th-grade students of SMK Muhammadiyah Wates Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. This research uses an action research approach to guidance and counseling with two cycles. The research subjects were taken by 10 students who were determined by purposive sampling technique, while the instruments used to collect data were questionnaires and observation guidelines. The data obtained were then analyzed by descriptive percentage. The result of the analysis can be stated that there was an increase in the performance score of group guidance by 33,3%, an increase in the score of student participation in group guidance services by 42,6%, and an increase in the score of the score of the questionnaire by 10,5%. The results of the research indicated that assertive behavior can be increased through group guidance with role-playing techniques.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode mind mapping untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMP VIP PESAWAT Wates. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 peserta didik yang diambil berdasarkan hasil skala psikologis, 8 peserta didik dengan kriteria motivasi belajar rendah dan 2 peserta didik dengan motivasi belajar tinggi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling ini didesain dalam dua siklus dan di masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan sebesar 15% dari siklus I ke siklus II sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode mind mapping efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kepercayaan diri anak usia dini melalui metode pembiasaan di Taman Kanak-kanak ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal 2 Purworejo tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian anak kelompok B3 di TK ABA 2 Purworejo sejumlah 15 anak yang terkait dengan percaya diri anak. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pelaksanaan metode pembiasaan diawali guru menjelaskan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan oleh anak, guru memberi contoh kegiatan, guru mempersilahkan anak yang akan menceritakan hasil karyanya tunjuk tangan, anak maju di depan, saat kesulitan menyampaikan makna guru menstimulasi dengan memberikan pertanyaan. Anak bertanggung jawab membereskan mainan. Bentuk penguatan, anak diberi reward berupa pujian, thos, jempol, dan tepuk tangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode pembiasaan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak.

Abstract

Bullying behavior is aggressive behavior that aims to hurt other people both physically and verbally. This research examines the effect of group guidance services using brainstorming techniques on the bullying behavior of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sentolo Kulon Progo. Using a quantitative experimental approach, this research involved 20 students selected by purposive sampling from a total population of 179 students. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using the independent sample T test with the SPSS version 27.0.1 program. The results showed that the experimental group had a higher posttest score (132.20) than the control group (92.80), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the working hypothesis which states that there is an influence of group guidance services using brainstorming techniques on the bullying behavior of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sentolo Kulon Progo for the 2024/2025 academic year is "accepted".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan teknik self management untuk mengurangi perilaku terlambat datang di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian perilaku terlambat datang di sekolah. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri I Panjatan yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Ada 3 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian yang ditentukan berdasarkan frekuensi keterlambatan siswa datang di sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, (3) verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perubahan perilaku yang ditandai dengan menurunnya perilaku terlambat siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan teknik self management.  Abstract: This research aims to find out the effectiveness of self management techniques to reduce late arrival behavior at school. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on late-arrival behavior research in school. The research subjects were class X student of SMK Negeri I Panjatan who were determined using purposive sampling techniques. There are 3 students as research subjects that are determined based on the frequency of late students coming to school. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis use three stages, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) verification or drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a change in behavior marked by a decrease in late student behavior between before and after self management techniques are provided

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Group Guidance Services with the Experiential Learning Method on Students' Interpersonal Communication Skills. The study is an experimental study. The design used is a Quasi experimental design with the type of Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. While the data collection technique used is the Likert scale of interpersonal communication. The results of the validity test of the Likert scale from 54 items contained 8 invalid items because r count <0.05 and the reliability test obtained a value of 0.924 which means it has high reliability. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test obtained a t-count of 36.7 and a t-table of -2803 and an asymptotic sig. (2-tiled) value of 0.005 <0.05, this indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. namely "There is an Effect of Group Guidance Services with the Experiential Learning Method on Students' Interpersonal Communication Skills

Abstract

Elementary school students are students who are vulnerable to sexual violence and harassment, so we need media that can provide students with an understanding of the dangers of sexual violence and harassment. The purpose of this research is to develop a valid and effective pop-up book as an educational medium for violence and sexual harassment to elementary school students. This type of research is ADDIE model development research. The subjects in this study were 6 validators and 10 elementary school students. The instruments used in data collection were questionnaire sheets, interview sheets, and validation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The research data shows that the pop-up book meets the valid criteria, with a validity score of 4.40 from material experts, 4.70 from media experts, and 3.85 from practicing experts. The results of the hypothesis test show a significance value of 0.000 so the research hypothesis that there is an effectiveness of the Protect Aku pop up book as an educational medium for elementary school students can be accepted. So based on these results it can be concluded that the pop-up book that was developed has been valid and effective to be used as a medium for education on violence and sexual harassment to elementary school students.
