Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer purchasing patterns and compare the performance of Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms using sales transaction data from MNNZR.ID shoe store. A quantitative comparative approach was applied to 520 transaction records collected between June 2023 and January 2025. The data were preprocessed and transformed into a market basket format using one-hot encoding, followed by association rule mining with variations in minimum support and confidence. The results indicate that both algorithms generate identical association rules with similar values of support, confidence, and lift. The strongest rule found is (NB, Adidas, Puma) to Nike, with a confidence of 52.63% and a lift value greater than 1, indicating a positive correlation. However, FP-Growth demonstrates better computational efficiency compared to Apriori. These findings show that association rule mining can effectively support data-driven marketing strategies such as product bundling and cross-selling in retail businesses.

Abstract

The advancement of digitalization in financial institutions demands secure system development practices, particularly regarding the use of customer data in development and UAT environments. In the TXX core system, the use of raw data without sanitization poses a potential risk of sensitive information leaks. This study aims to develop a data sanitization service using a scrambling method capable of scrambling personal data without altering the structure, format, or integrity of the testing process. The research method employs a research and development approach, comprising system analysis, database and service flow design, implementation of a TAFC-based prototype, and functional and structural testing. The implementation resulted in three main modules: Parameter Scramble, Agent Service Scramble, and Routine Service, which are integrated with PT XYZ’s development environment. Black-box testing results indicate that all interface functions and service processes operate as expected. White-box testing of the program structure ensured that the internal logic, flow control, and multithreading mechanisms operated stably without race conditions. Additionally, usability testing using the System Usability Scale on 14 respondents yielded a score of 77, which falls into the “Good” and acceptable category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the personal branding of Miftah Maulana Habiburrahman through the TikTok account @gusmiftah99 using the perspective of the Eight Laws of Personal Branding proposed by Peter Montoya. The research applies a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques to examine selected posts published between January 2024 and February 2026. The units of analysis include visual elements, spoken narratives, and captions that represent how self-image is constructed and communicated to audiences in the digital space. The findings reveal that personal branding is predominantly shaped by four major aspects. First, a humanistic and communicative Islamic preaching specialization grounded in Qur’anic and hadith references strengthens credibility and authority. Second, leadership is demonstrated through responses to social issues and public controversies, reflecting responsibility and religious guidance. Third, distinctiveness is reinforced through unique visual style and the choice of unconventional preaching venues, which differentiate the figure from other preachers. Fourth, consistent content production and visible social actions enhance digital visibility and foster public trust. The alignment between conveyed messages and real-life actions further supports a perception of integrity and social concern. Overall, the study indicates that the personal branding of a religious figure on social media is dynamically constructed through the interaction of values, communication strategies, content consistency, and audience engagement in the contemporary digital environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the management of Meta Business Suite (MBS) and the use of the Koddie platform as digital communication media at Hotel Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada. Using a descriptive qualitative case study approach, this research examines managerial processes based on the POAE framework through data triangulation. The findings reveal that MBS functions as a daily operational hub integrated with Koddie for budget management and cross-channel media placement. Key issues identified include a significant decline in Instagram organic engagement by 95.8% and the dominance of bookings through Online Travel Agents (OTA) rather than the official hotel website. While in-house management provides advantages in message control and coordination flexibility, improvements are needed in visual content strategy and website user journey to enhance audience engagement and conversion in a competitive digital landscape.

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in primary healthcare facilities has become a critical component of Indonesia's national digital health transformation agenda. This study examines the influence of system quality and information quality on E-Puskesmas user satisfaction at Kumai Community Health Center in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research approach with cross-sectional design, data were collected from all 58 healthcare staff who directly used the E-Puskesmas system through a validated questionnaire adapted from the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) framework. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both system quality (β = 0.408, p = 0.000) and information quality (β = 0.574, p = 0.000) significantly and positively affected user satisfaction, with information quality demonstrating stronger influence. The model achieved an adjusted R² of 0.586, indicating that 58.6% of variance in user satisfaction was explained by these two variables. Descriptive analysis uncovered dimensional heterogeneity, with security and relevance achieving high categories while system reliability, timeliness, and overall satisfaction remained in moderate classification. These findings suggest that healthcare professionals in resource-constrained settings prioritize accurate and relevant patient data over technical system performance, yet infrastructure limitations continue to undermine holistic user experience. The study contributes empirical evidence for improving E-Puskesmas implementation and supports Indonesia's broader digital health integration through the Satusehat platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of communication strategies carried out by Suara Merdeka Generation (SMGen) as an Event Organizer in maintaining long-term business relationships with clients, as well as to identify the challenges that arise in practice amidst the increasingly complex dynamics of the event industry. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving internal parties directly engaged in event management. The findings reveal that SMGen’s communication strategy has been systematically implemented through stages of analysis, goal formulation, message development, media selection, two-way communication, and evaluation, supported by the utilization of digital media and adaptive approaches to client characteristics. These strategies are not only focused on the success of event execution but are also directed toward sustaining long-term collaboration with clients through continuous and value-added communication. However, the implementation still faces several challenges, particularly in terms of the consistency of communication transparency, internal coordination, and the dynamic changes in client needs that are not always communicated optimally. The findings indicate that communication transparency plays a strategic role in maintaining client trust and loyalty as the foundation of long-term business relationships, through openness of information, clarity of messages, and consistency in communication.

Abstract

The Mobile JKN application represents a significant national initiative to modernize health insurance services in Indonesia, yet adoption rates remain suboptimal despite near-universal population coverage. This study examined the influence of patient demographic characteristics on Mobile JKN utilization for outpatient registration at RSUD Sejiran Setason, a regional hospital in Bangka Belitung. A quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted with 345 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measuring four demographic variables (age, gender, education, occupation) and Mobile JKN usage status. Binary logistic regression analysis was employed to determine predictor effects on adoption behavior. Mobile JKN adoption was 38.60%, indicating substantial underutilization. Among demographic predictors, only age demonstrated significant positive influence (p = 0.006, Exp(B) = 1.023), with each additional year increasing adoption likelihood by 2.3%. Gender (p = 0.633), education (p = 0.947), and occupation (p = 0.449) showed no significant effects. The demographic model explained merely 4.4% of variance (Nagelkerke R² = 0.044), suggesting that unmeasured factors substantially determine adoption behavior. Age positively predicts Mobile JKN adoption, contradicting conventional digital divide assumptions, while other demographic characteristics prove insufficient for predicting digital health platform utilization. Implementation strategies should transcend demographic targeting and address systemic, psychological, and technological determinants to achieve equitable digital health transformation in regional Indonesian healthcare settings.

Abstract

Final Projects (TA) and Internships (KP) are essential requirements for students, particularly in the Diploma (D3) Informatics Engineering Program at UKSW, as they are mandatory for graduation. However, the document management process for TA and KP still faces several challenges, such as the absence of an integrated system, difficulties in monitoring document status, and communication that is still conducted manually, which hinders academic administrative processes. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based repository system for managing Final Project and Internship documents. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with a design approach based on UML and implementation using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. System testing was conducted through black-box testing, performance testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving users. The results show that the developed system improves the efficiency of the document submission process by 49.8% compared to the previous method. In addition, UAT results indicate a very high level of user acceptance, with average scores of 4.3 for students and 4.5 for supervisors. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) also yielded a score of 82.88, indicating a high level of system usability. Therefore, the developed system not only addresses issues in managing TA and KP documents but also enhances efficiency, transparency, and the quality of interaction between students and supervisors.

Abstract

This research implements the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm to predict student learning mastery at SMK NU Hasyim Asy’ari 2 Kudus for the 2025/2026 academic year using multidimensional data. Following data preprocessing and labeling via median thresholding, the results indicate that the best performance is achieved at $K$ values of 7, 9, and 10, with an accuracy of 58.62%. While the precision of 0.69 demonstrates reasonable accuracy in predicting students who achieve mastery, the recall of 0.50 highlights the model's limitations in identifying all students who actually pass. These results are primarily influenced by the limited sample size and imbalanced class distribution. Overall, KNN serves as an effective initial approach for objective academic prediction, though further optimization through parameter tuning or feature engineering is required to enhance future accuracy.
