Abstract

Literary texts are good literary heritage, both ancient and modern, poetry and prose, as well as materials through which students' linguistic, intellectual and expressive skills are developed. This research aims to determine the approach to teaching literary texts at STIBA Ar Raayah, because teaching literary texts has a big role in forming students' skills, expanding their knowledge, perfecting their language skills, encouraging them to increase their literary level, and increasing their expression. The approach taken by the researcher is an analytical description approach, and this researcher uses a documentation method to collect data, namely the documentation method, which is one method of collecting data in various ways by displaying or analyzing existing documents created by the researcher. subject yourself or someone else. The results of the research are as follows: Literary texts are: eloquent and constructive speech intended to influence the emotions of readers and listeners, whether in the form of poetry or prose. includes sermon texts, including Arabic proverbs, Arabic rules, etc., as well as curriculum. Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the murabahah bil wakalah contract in multi- benefit financing at BTN Syariah KCPS Kudus and assesses its compliance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah and No. 10/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Wakalah. The method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques being interviews with related parties, namely Financing Service, Operation Staff, and Sub Branch Head, as well as direct observation of the contract process and supervision of implementation in the field. The results of the study indicate that the murabahah bil wakalah contract has been implemented in accordance with the sharia principles stipulated in the DSN-MUI fatwa, especially in terms of clarity of the contract, determination of selling price, and financing mechanism. However, there are several challenges faced, especially in terms of ownership of goods before selling to customers and monitoring the use of funds to ensure that they are in accordance with the objectives of the contract. As an implication, this study recommends strengthening transaction verification mechanisms, increasing transparency in ownership of goods before being sold to customers, and more effective education strategies for customers to ensure compliance with sharia principles.

Abstract

The dynamic development of the times has given rise to various new legal issues, including in the realm of Islamic family law. In this context, ijtihad becomes an important instrument to find legal solutions relevant to contemporary conditions. This study specifically examines the application of ijtihad intiqa'i in the settlement of cases in Religious Courts in Indonesia, where there are differences of opinion among the schools of Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Primary data was obtained through a study of documents of the Religious Court's decisions and Islamic jurisprudence books as material for analysis. Data analysis was conducted using the theoretical framework of ijtihad intiqa'i. The results of the study show that ijtihad intiqa'i has been applied by judges in settling cases, especially in cases involving differences of opinion among the schools of thought, such as the provision of iddah allowance for women who have been divorced ba'in. Judges tend to choose the opinion that is most appropriate to social, cultural, and justice conditions. However, in practice, there are still some obstacles in the application of ijtihad intiqa'i, such as a lack of in-depth understanding of the theory of ijtihad, limited resources, and social pressure. This study concludes that ijtihad intiqa'i has a very important role in the dynamics of Islamic law in Indonesia. However, more systematic efforts are needed to improve the capacity of judges in carrying out ijtihad, as well as the provision of clearer regulations regarding the application of ijtihad in religious courts.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the paradigm shift in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) related to the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. This shift is analyzed using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify similarities, differences, and their impacts on learning and character development of students. The SLR research protocol used refers to the PRISMA guidelines, with data collected from credible academic sources such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and SINTA. The findings show that the Merdeka Curriculum offers greater flexibility for teachers in selecting teaching methods and materials, and places more emphasis on strengthening the values of religious moderation. In contrast, the 2013 Curriculum is more structured, focusing on competency-based learning and a scientific approach. The implications of this paradigm shift include changes in the teacher's role to that of a facilitator, the integration of technology in learning, and the adjustment of competency-based evaluation methods. This study also identifies opportunities such as strengthening religious moderation values and the development of a digital-based curriculum, as well as implementation challenges including teacher preparedness and differing perceptions in the application of the curriculum. Based on these findings, the article provides recommendations for teacher training, the provision of supporting facilities, and government policies to offer flexibility in the implementation of PAI across educational units

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of moral education contained in the book tanbihul ghofilin and in the Sukabumi Elderly Social Rehabilitation Service Unit and create a concept of moral education for the elderly. Researchers used descriptive and analytical methods in their research, and to collect data from the field researchers used observation, interviews and document methods. The results showed that the concept of moral education for the elderly aims to instill aqidah Islamiyah which is shohih and free from shirk, to foster the morals of the elderly so that they have good morals, justifying the elderly's worship procedures so that they are in accordance with the guidance of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. and so that the elderly get husnul khotimah. To achieve this goal, the lessons that will be delivered by murobbi are about Aqidah Islamiyyah, Fiqh Ibadah, Akhlak, and Tajweed or tahsin al-Quran. The methods that can be used for learning are: advice method, story method, parable method, targhib and tarhib method, exemplary method, conversation method, repetition method, habituation method, talqin method and practical method. As for evaluation, namely by means of self-muhasabah, mulahadzoh, mutaba'ah and ishlah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the reaction during Ruqyah Syar'iyyah therapy on a case study of several students who experienced metaphysical disorders in the environment of Riyadhussolihin Pendeglang Islamic boarding school, Banten. The research was conducted to find out the symptoms of mystical disorders and analyze the reactions during Ruqyah Syar'iyyah therapy and find out the techniques in dealing with these problems. This research is a qualitative field research. The data in this study were obtained through interviews and documentation, which were then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study are that in the process of ruqyah syar'iyyah therapy there are several reactions which are one of the miracles of Alqur'an prayers as an effective spiritual therapy in overcoming metaphysical disorders that often hinder the learning process of students.

Abstract

South Korea is promoted as a Muslim-friendly tourist destination, with an increasing Muslim population, as well as government initiatives in providing facilities that support Muslim needs, but discrimination against the Muslim community still occurs in the country. This research will discuss the phenomenon of Islamophobia in South Korea using the concept of Islamophobia from The Runnymede Trust which identifies four main indicators of Islamophobic practices: discrimination, exclusion, violence, and prejudice. The research method used is a qualitative research method by collecting online documents including journals, websites, social media and films relevant to this research and analyzing them with a content analysis approach to find forms of Islamophobia in South Korea. The research shows that the Muslim community experiences difficulties in accessing employment, public services, and faces negative stereotypes reinforced by the media. Cases of hate speech, refusal to build mosques, and barriers to worship reflect the deep-rooted Islamophobia in South Korean society. This research provides insight into the contradiction between the government's campaign and the social reality faced by the Muslim community in South Korea, and analyzes the factors that influence Islamophobic sentiments.

Abstract

K.H. Salahuddin Wahid is a national figure with a background in architectural education, he is called a technocrat because of his role in physical development at Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. The purpose of this study was to analyze KH. Salahudin Wahid's democratic leadership in Improving Modern Islamic Education at Pesantren Tebuireng. Using a qualitative approach with a historical method, data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study show that KH Salahudin Wahid's profile shows good democratic leadership characteristics, including moderate influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual, and collective consideration. His leadership strategy of integrating Islamic and general education of Pesantren Tebuireng has undergone changes in the era of the caretaker of K.H. Salahuddin Wahid. Through his role, Pesantren Tebuireng experienced changes in physical and non-physical aspects and the construction of new buildings to support facilities. In the non-physical field, K.H. Salahuddin Wahid established many units to support the process of organizing the pesantren. The impact is significant, improving the quality of education, modernizing physical facilities, strengthening the role of pesantren in society, and expanding the alumni network.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the value of time and patience in Surah Al-'Asr as the basis for developing teachers' pedagogic competencies in shaping the adaptability character of students in the digital era. In the context of modern education, rapid technological changes demand students to have high adaptability and flexibility. Therefore, the Islamic values contained in Surah Al-'Asr can be used as a guideline in shaping the character of resilient and resilient students. The research method used is a qualitative study with document analysis of various literature sources, including classical and contemporary interpretations as well as the latest research on character education and modern pedagogy. Data analysis techniques are carried out through identification, reduction, and interpretation of documents to find the relevance of time and patience values to teachers' pedagogic competence. The results showed that the value of appreciation for time helped students in developing discipline, planning, and efficiency in learning, while the value of patience formed mental and emotional resilience in facing academic and social challenges. Teachers with good pedagogic competence are able to integrate these two values in learning methods, such as through time management-based assignments and challenge-based learning that instills perseverance. The conclusion of this study confirms that the application of the value of time and patience in the educational process can increase students' discipline and creativity, forming a more adaptive and flexible character. The relevance of this research to education today is very significant, considering that the challenges of globalization and digitalization require students to have a strong character in facing the dynamics of change. The integration of Islamic values in modern pedagogy can be a solution in building a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has moral and spiritual resilience.

Abstract

Objectives of this research: (1) Revealing the needs of the textbook. (2) Revealing the steps to develop the Arabic book as a way to promote the speech skill of the second grade students in the fourth boy's school. (3) The effectiveness of the Arabic book is our way to promote the speech skill of the second grade students in the fourth Waldan school. This research is a developmental research from the Borg and Gall model. The research subject is second grade students. The results of the research indicate that: (1) After the researcher met with Arabic language teachers and the head of the school that students do not speak Arabic about daily expressions. (2) The researcher used the Borg and Gall development model in developing the material for this book. (3) The researcher shows the difference between the mean of the pre-test and the post-test, the mean of the pre-test is 17.5 and the post-test is 57.2, so the difference between them is about 39.7. It shows the relationship between the pre-test and post-test, and the table shows that the result of the experimental section is 48.12 and the result of the non-experimental section is 42.99, meaning that there is a relationship between the pre-test and the post-test, as the result of the experimental section is higher than the result of the non-experimental section about 5.14, so we conclude that this book is effective in promoting the skill of speech in learning the Arabic language, so we conclude that this advanced book Arabic Sabeelna is effective.
