Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of investment in in vitro fertilization (IVF) services at PT. ASHA Indonesia. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation were used. The data analysis techniques included cash flow, accounting rate of return, payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, present value, and net cash inflow. The results of the investment feasibility study, viewed from the Net Present Value (NPV), indicate that since the NPV is greater than the expected return, the investment in establishing IVF services at PT. ASHA Indonesia is deemed feasible. The analysis results for the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) show a rate of 33.48%, which is higher than 7%, indicating that the investment in IVF services at PT. ASHA Indonesia is feasible. The analysis results for the Average Rate of Return (ARR), which is greater than 7% (61.49% > 7%), and the Profitability Index (PI), which is greater than 1, also indicate that the investment in establishing IVF services at PT. ASHA Indonesia is feasible.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of knowledge, behavior, and religiosity on the implementation of Sharia accounting and the performance of Islamic Cooperatives (BMT) in Purwakarta and Karawang Districts. The study involved 144 board members from 26 BMTs located in the two districts. The research method used was quantitative analysis with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of the study showed significant and consistent findings with the research hypotheses. Firstly, knowledge has a significant impact on the performance of BMTs. This means that the higher the level of knowledge of BMT board members about Sharia accounting, the better the performance of the BMT. Secondly, behavior also has a significant influence on the performance of BMTs. This indicates that the more positive the behavior of board members in implementing Sharia accounting, the higher the performance of the BMT. Thirdly, religiosity also has a significant impact on the performance of BMTs. The study shows that the higher the level of religiosity of BMT board members, the better the performance of the BMT. The results of this research have impact on BMTs in improving their performance. BMT board members need to enhance their knowledge of Sharia accounting through appropriate training and education. Additionally, BMTs should promote positive behavior and prioritize religious values in the implementation of Sharia accounting. A better understanding of these factors is expected to enhance the performance of BMTs and serve as a guide for the development of BMTs in the future.

Abstract

The study focuses on the implementation of work safety standards within the culinary industry, utilizing the Soto XYZ restaurant in Bandung as a case study. Given the high potential for accidents and health issues in restaurant and kitchen settings, this research aims to assess the compliance and effectiveness of current safety standards, as well as to identify potential risks. Initial findings highlight a general lack of attention to occupational safety within the culinary sector, including at Soto XYZ, where safety training and the use of personal protective equipment are notably inadequate. It is evident that the current implementation of safety standards at Soto XYZ is suboptimal, as reflected by insufficient safety training, limited use of protective equipment, and low awareness of safety protocols. However, the study also reveals a positive link between adherence to safety standards and improved productivity and employee well-being. Strategic recommendations for enhancing safety practices include regular training, provision of adequate safety equipment, and efforts to raise safety awareness among staff. Furthermore, the involvement of partners in providing resources and support to establish better safety standards within the culinary industry is deemed crucial. It is anticipated that the implementation of these suggestions will result in a safer and more positive working environment.

Abstract

Nature tourism is rapidly growing in Indonesia, with West Java's natural beauty offering significant potential for the sector. Creating memorable tourism experiences is crucial for enhancing tourist satisfaction and encouraging revisit intentions. Despite the increasing interest, research specifically addressing how memorable nature-based tourism experiences affect revisit intentions in West Java is limited. Existing studies often overlook the unique aspects of memorable experiences in natural tourism contexts. This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the impact of memorable nature-based tourism experiences on revisit intentions in West Java. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 233 tourists who had visited ecotourism sites in West Java at least twice. The analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS to assess both measurement and structural models. The findings reveal that memorable nature-based tourism experiences significantly influence revisit intentions. Key factors contributing to memorable experiences include novelty, experiencescape, co-creation, intensification through social media, and overall satisfaction. These factors collectively enhance the likelihood of tourists returning to nature tourism destinations. The study's implications suggest that tourism operators in West Java should focus on creating and enhancing unique and engaging attractions, investing in high-quality services, and utilizing feedback systems to refine tourism offerings. Effective marketing strategies should emphasize the distinctive and memorable aspects of West Java's natural attractions to attract and retain tourists. This research contributes to the literature on nature tourism and provides practical insights for improving tourism strategies in West Java.
