Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green packaging on green purchase intention by considering the role of attitude (green attitude) as an intervening variable and brand image as a moderating variable. The background of this study is based on the increasing problem of plastic pollution and the need for sustainable solutions. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 190 respondents in Denpasar City. The results of the analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) show that green packaging has a significant effect on attitudes and green purchase intentions. In addition, attitude is also proven to mediate the relationship between green packaging and purchase intention. However, brand image does not show a significant moderating effect. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of green packaging in increasing consumers' positive attitudes and their purchase intentions towards green products, while brand image needs to be further considered for the development of effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

The waste problem in Indonesia, including Kupang City, is a pressing issue due to increasing waste production from various sources, such as households, offices, markets, and public facilities. Collaborative Governance involving stakeholders (government, private sector, and community) is essential for addressing this issue. This study aims to analyze Collaborative Governance in Kupang City's waste management, focusing on trust among participants, distributive accountability, and information sharing. Findings reveal that: (1) Trust among participants is minimal, with limited community trust in government programs; (2) Distributive accountability is practiced through shared governance and decision-making; and (3) Information sharing is conducted through government-led socialization efforts, such as waste bank awareness programs. Recommendations include enhancing government-community trust, conducting regular surveys on waste bank participation, and improving public counseling and facilities to promote effective waste management.

Abstract

This study uses an associative quantitative method to analyze the relationship between the independent variables (Price Earning and Return On Equity) and the moderating variable (Debt to Equity Ratio) on the dependent variable (firm value) in the Property & Real Estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2022. The normality test results show a data distribution that is close to normal, while the multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and linearity tests do not reveal significant problems in the data used. Regression analysis shows that Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant influence on firm value, especially when considered alongside moderating variables such as Debt to Equity Ratio. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence firm value in the Property & Real Estate sector in Indonesia. Overall, this study makes a significant contribution to understanding capital market dynamics and the factors that influence firm value in a sector that is crucial to the country's economic growth. The implications of the findings can serve as a basis for better decision-making in the financial management of companies in the Property & Real Estate sector, as well as a guide for further research in this area.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Book Value Per Share (BVPS) on firm value in the infrastructure sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method used is associative research with data collection techniques through documentation studies using secondary data from the company's published financial statements and other sources. The analysis results show that simultaneously, ROA, ROE, NPM, and BVPS variables have a significant effect on firm value with a contribution of 57.2%. Although partially, these variables do not have a significant effect individually on firm value. This finding supports the signaling hypothesis theory which states that investors consider dividend changes as a signal of good earnings in the future. This study provides a deeper understanding of the factors that influence firm value in the infrastructure sector on the IDX. However, it should be noted that this study has limitations in the use of certain data and analytical methods, so the results should be interpreted in the specific context of this study and can be extended with further research that considers additional factors that may affect the value of these companies.Top of FormBottom of Form.
