Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis perubahan sikap dan identitas budaya Masyarakat  Samin di Desa Margomulyo. Fokus penelitian ini pada empat  nilai karakter budaya: 1)Tidak mengambil milik orang lain (tidak mencuri); 2) Tidak berbicara kotor (sopan santun); 3)  Pendirian kuat ; 4) Jujur. Hasil penelitian bahwa masyarakat  Samin Desa Margomulyo yang masih tinggal di desa tersebut  masih melestarikan budaya mereka sedangkan masyarakat   Samin yang tinggal di luar Desa Margomulyo sebagian besar banyak  nilai-nilai budaya mereka telah terdegradasi dari kehidupan. Degradasi tersebut berakibat  adanya perubahan sikap masyarakat Samin yang tinggal di luar Desa Margomulyo. Walaupun secara umum ada sekelompok kecil orang yang masih memahami dan atau mempraktikkan tradisi, ada kecenderungan degradasi dalam nilai-nilai budaya. Ada beberapa faktor di balik kecenderungan ini, di antaranya adalah: pendidikan, hidup di kota, tempat kerja, budaya Jawa dan Islam, dan perkawinan campuran, sera pengetahuan dan sains. Menyadari potensi kepunahan dan pentingnya tradisi, beberapa upaya diambil oleh para pemimpin masyarakat  samin yang bertujuan melestarikan budaya Samin. Bentuk pemertahanan melalui sosialisasi dalam bentuk ngangsu kaweruh Samin, festifal Kange Yune Samin  yang dilakukan  bulan sura setiap tahunnya dan tradisi upacara sura  yang sesuai dengan perkembangan nilai islami.Kata kunci: budaya, karakteristik, masyarakat samin, pemertahanan identitas.

Abstract

The English subject in formal school becomes one of the important material in Indonesia. The purpose of learning a foreign language here is; to make the students be able to communicate in using English not only in written form but also orally. This research is quantitative, where the findings are presenting in the graphic and diagram with the calculation of results. The findings show, there are pre-test, materials delivering and post-test into two class. It shows in the pre-test, IPS I is better than IPS II, it can be seen by the score and the performance in the video. During the pre-test, IPS I is more variety in uttering the language, they can enhance the utterances although it still not be perfect. Treatment is done after pre-test, in this activity, the researcher gives materials in greeting, how to make good utterances and how to enhance the utterances during speaking so that the time while the test can be more efficient. After that, in post-test activity, IPS I is still dominant in a better score and perform better because they can use phatic and enhance their utterances and make their time test more efficient. Finally, that research has the suggestion for the teacher in teaching speaking if using social and affective strategies are effective to develop the ability of the students in oral language.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation, and strategic quality on improving business performance (Empirical Study on Batik SMEs in Semarang City). The 3,256 MSME actors are the population. The 97 respondents selected were batik MSME actors who were active for a period of 5 years. The dynamic capability variable partially has a positive and significant effect on business performance. This is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient value of 0.231 (positive) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, then H1 is accepted. The entrepreneurial orientation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on business performance. This is evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.345 (positive) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted. The strategic quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect on business performance. This is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient of 0.179 (positive) with a significance value of 0.014 <0.05, then H3 is accepted. The variables of dynamic capability, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic quality simultaneously affect business performance. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 14.328 > F table of 3.09 and a significance value (Sig.) 0.000 <0.05, then H4 is accepted.

Abstract

Diffusion of E-SPMI System at State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Kudus; Analysis of Rogers Model. This article discusses the diffusion process of the E-SPMI system at IAIN Kudus. The E-SPMI system was put in place with the aim of improving the quality assurance system, especially in the implementation of the PPEPP cycle. The purpose of this study is to find out how the diffusion process of the E-SPMI system and what factors influence it. The results show that the diffusion process goes through several stages, starting from the knowledge stage, which encourages institutions to develop E-SPMI because of the need for innovation and efficiency in quality assurance. Furthermore, the persuasion stage involves socializing the concept and advantages of E-SPMI to related parties and stakeholders. The great advantages and efficient costs of E-SPMI encourage a collective decision to adopt it. Implementation begins with E-SPMI data filled by study programs and supervised by LPM. Although the results of implementation could not yet be measured during the confirmation phase, leadership support and positive user perceptions point to a bright future. Factors that influence the technology diffusion process in higher education environments. Factors such as perspective, data complexity, and data integration in the SMURT system affect the diffusion process of E-SPMI.Artikel ini membahas proses difusi sistem E-SPMI di IAIN Kudus. Sistem E-SPMI diberlakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan sistem penjaminan mutu khususnya dalam pelaksanaan siklus PPEPP. Tujuan pengkajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses difusi sistem E-SPMI dan faktor apa sea yang mempengaruhinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses difusi melewati beberapa tahap, dimulai dari tahap pengetahuan, yang mendorong institusi untuk mengembangkan E-SPMI karena kebutuhan akan inovasi dan efisiensi dalam penjaminan kualitas. Selanjutnya, tahap persuasi melibatkan sosialisasi konsep dan keunggulan E-SPMI kepada pihak terkait dan pemangku kepentingan. Keunggulan besar dan biaya efisien E-SPMI mendorong keputusan kolektif untuk mengadopsinya. Implementasi dimulai dengan pengisian data E-SPMI oleh program studi dan diawasi oleh LPM. Meskipun hasil implementasi belum dapat diukur selama fase konfirmasi, dukungan pimpinan dan persepsi positif pengguna menunjukkan masa depan yang cerah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses difusi teknologi di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Faktor-faktor seperti perspektif, kompleksitas data, dan integrasi data dalam sistem SMURT mempengaruhi proses difusi E-SPMI.

Abstract

Jakarta Cosmetics Store is one of the stores engaged in the sale of various cosmetic products and various skincare products. The number of competitors in the cosmetics sector, such as Jakarta Cosmetics Store, requires the right marketing strategy to be able to face the competition in the cosmetics market. The purpose of the study was to determine the strategy implemented by the company to improve its business performance. The research informants numbered 8 people. The method used in this study was the descriptive method. The use of the descriptive method is to determine the application of SWOT analysis in determining strategies to improve its business performance. The results of the study indicate that Jakarta Cosmetics Store must take advantage of opportunities as much as possible, by using an aggressive strategy to be able to attack the market and can widen the gap in competition.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the authentic leadership and motivation of santri focusing on the pesantren environment with transparency, integrity, and deep interpersonal relationships, believed to increase santri's sense of satisfaction and enthusiasm for learning. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The main data sources consisted of kiai, santri, and pesantren administrators. The results showed that authentic leadership has a positive effect on santri satisfaction and motivation. KiaiKiyai who applies transparency, exemplary, and attention to the needs of santri succeed in creating a harmonious learning atmosphere, where santri feel valued and more motivated. Authentic leadership also encourages santri to develop Islamic characters who are independent, resilient, and responsible.

Abstract

The development of information technology, particularly social media, has transformed communication in the workplace. Employees increasingly utilize social media platforms to interact and share information, both internally and externally within the company. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on employee engagement and organizational culture in the field of Human Resources Management (HRM). The research method employed is a qualitative literature review utilizing Google Scholar to gather data from articles, papers, and journals published between 2000 and 2024. The study findings indicate that social media has a significant impact on employee engagement and organizational culture in the field of HRM. By facilitating communication among employees and strengthening the relationship between management and employees, social media can enhance employee engagement and shape an inclusive and collaborative organizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of transformative supervision in improving the quality of project-based learning (PjBL) at SMAN 1 Rembang. The background of this study is based on the importance of the role of principals and supervisors in directing teachers to become reflective, creative, and innovative learning facilitators in the Merdeka Belajar era. Transformative supervision is seen as an approach that encourages cultural and structural changes in learning practices through reflective dialogue, inspirational leadership, and strengthening the professional capacity of teachers. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included principals, subject teachers, and supervisors. The results of the study showed that the implementation of transformative supervision contributed significantly to improving the quality of planning, implementation, and evaluation of project-based learning. Participatory and empathetic supervision can encourage teachers to innovate, collaborate, and reflect on themselves continuously. The implications of this study indicate that the transformative supervision model can be an effective strategy to improve teacher professionalism and the quality of learning, especially in implementing the PjBL approach. Recommendations are given for schools to strengthen a dialogic supervision culture, support the development of teacher learning communities, and make supervision an integral part of the transformation of educational quality.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan arsip dan administrasi di lembaga pendidikan nonformal melalui pelatihan digitalisasi berbasis aplikasi cloud storage. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, yaitu lembaga pendidikan nonformal di wilayah kegiatan, mencakup lemahnya sistem pengarsipan, ketergantungan pada dokumen fisik, serta kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam manajemen administrasi yang berdampak pada efisiensi dan keamanan data. Untuk itu, tim pengabdi menyelenggarakan pelatihan yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan aplikasi cloud storage seperti Google Drive dan Dropbox, meliputi materi dasar digitalisasi dokumen, manajemen folder, sistem penamaan file yang sistematis, hingga praktik kolaborasi daring menggunakan fitur berbagi file dan akses terkontrol. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi observasi awal, penyusunan modul pelatihan, kegiatan bimbingan teknis, serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terhadap manajemen arsip digital, serta komitmen dari pihak lembaga untuk mengimplementasikan sistem yang telah dilatihkan dalam kegiatan operasional mereka. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju transformasi digital dalam tata kelola administrasi lembaga pendidikan nonformal, sekaligus mendukung peningkatan akuntabilitas dan efisiensi kerja lembaga secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the leadership of school principals towards the effectiveness of driving schools in improving the quality of education in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used to write this article is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. for the development of high school schools in Rembang Regency. Of course, now that we are entering the era of the industrial revolution, the quality of schools must be improved with ideal leadership. Leadership of the industrial revolution 4.0. Leaders who follow technological developments must have the skills to influence, encourage, guide, direct and mobilize other people involved in organizing and developing education and teaching in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In other words, the success of a school in achieving its goals really depends on the leadership of the school principal who is able to use all the resources the school has effectively and efficiently. Driving schools change the new paradigm of student-centered learning which embodies the Pancasila student profile which includes competencies and character originating from superior human resources to improve the quality of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.
