Abstract

Intense competition among umrah service providers in Jakarta and Bogor emphasizes the importance of effective digital marketing as well as a focus on consumer trust, service quality, and green marketing initiatives to increase e-loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing, consumer trust, and service quality on e-loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data were collected from 150 umrah service users at five umrah bureaus in Jakarta and Bogor using purposive sampling method. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) 3.0 was used for data processing and testing. The results showed that green marketing, consumer trust, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, both directly and through customer satisfaction as a mediator. Interestingly, although green marketing and consumer trust have a positive influence on customer satisfaction, service quality does not have a significant impact on satisfaction. This research highlights the importance of targeted digital marketing strategies and efforts to build consumer trust to increase loyalty in the umrah service sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of current financial management stress, expected future financial security, and digital financial inclusion on Muslim Women Entrepreneurs (WOEs) well-being. From an Islamic perspective, wise budgeting and retirement security are part of the ethical principles of Islamic economics that support individual well-being. Researchers also looked at how self-control functions as a moderating factor in the relationship between the well-being of Muslim WOE and the stress associated with money management today, future financial security expectations, and digital financial inclusion. The hope is to develop knowledge and essential components for achieving success in WOE within Central Java. Using both primary and secondary data sources, this study employs a quantitative methodology and an explanatory research design. Respondents were 200 MSMEs in the food or culinary sector in Central Java whose owners are Muslim women entrepreneurs. Data gathering through questionnaire distribution and analysis using the PLS-SEM method. The study results show that stress in current financial management greatly influences expected future financial security and the well-being of Muslim WOE. In addition, expected future financial security greatly influences well-being, while digital financial inclusion does not show a significant impact. Self-control has been shown to directly affect well-being, although it does not function as a moderating variable. These findings enrich the comprehension of the elements that contribute to the success of Muslim WOE in Indonesia's economic and social context, taking into account the Islamic values ??that underlie economic well-being.

For methodology, methodological diversity in research that includes exploration, description, experimentation, and causal analysis. The positivist paradigm dominates, but there is a balance with the interpretivist paradigm in more exploratory studies. The inductive approach is often used for exploratory studies, while deduction is more suitable for testing existing theories. So now, the relevance of the importance of the presence of public transportation is increasing day by day in the activities of modern society. Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of foreign labor on the performance of local employees in garments companies through a literature review approach. In recent years, many garments companies have integrated foreign labor to improve efficiency and global competitiveness. However, the impact of foreign labor on local employee performance remains a controversial topic. By analyzing various relevant literatures, this study identifies the factors that influence the relationship between foreign labor and local employee performance, both directly and indirectly. The review shows that foreign labor can improve technical skills and introduce new technologies that have the potential to increase productivity. However, this can also lead to competition in the workplace which leads to a decrease in the morale and motivation of local employees. In addition, cultural influences and social dynamics in the work environment are important aspects in the relationship between foreign labor and local employees. This research provides a deeper understanding of the interaction between the two workforce groups and its implications for local employee performance. The findings are expected to provide recommendations for human resource managers in designing more effective policies in managing workforce diversity in garments companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and leadership on personnel performance, with HR development as a mediating variable, within the General Planning and Budget Function of the North Sumatra Regional Police and its affiliates. The research adopts a quantitative approach, involving a population of 496 personnel, from which 84 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted through surveys, and analysis was performed using SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that competence does not have a significant direct effect on personnel performance, although it significantly contributes to HR development. Leadership, on the other hand, has a significant direct effect on personnel performance but does not significantly influence HR development. HR development itself plays a critical role in enhancing personnel performance. Moreover, the mediating analysis shows that HR development significantly mediates the relationship between competence and personnel performance. However, the mediation effect of HR development on the relationship between leadership and personnel performance is not significant. These results underscore the importance of HR development as a strategic factor in improving personnel performance. The findings also highlight the need for the North Sumatra Regional Police to prioritize enhancing competence and leadership quality as part of its HR development initiatives. This study contributes to the understanding of organizational performance within law enforcement agencies and serves as a valuable reference for decision-making and policy formulation aimed at optimizing personnel performance and supporting broader organizational objectives.

Abstract

Digitalization has brought transformation in financial transactions. The presence of CMS as a government non-cash payment system also plays a role. Expenditure treasurers must adapt quickly to improve performance, especially in cash management. However, the realization of its implementation until 2023 is still low. Findings regarding cash management at the expenditure treasurer also continue to be repeated. Therefore, this research was conducted to see how effective CMS is in improving treasurer performance. The aspects evaluated include human resources, procedures and instructions, IT infrastructure and systems, data and security controls. This concept is explained through the Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) and Accounting Information System (AIS). Analysis using SmartPLS concluded that all components, procedures and instructions still need to be improved, even though all components are working well overall. The effectiveness of CMS has a positive effect on the performance of the expenditure treasurer. Expenditure treasurers must be motivated to be consistent in their use so that cash management becomes transparent and accountable. Providers of goods and services also need to be encouraged to provide non-cash payment modes.
