Abstract

Pola pembelajaran konvensional di perguruan tinggi berubah ke pembelajaran daring seiring adanya bencana global wabah pandemic covid-19. Setiap pengelola perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta diperlukan solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan Manajemen Pembelajaran Daring Di Perguruan Tinggi Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Galuh Ciamis. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara melalui google form dan zoom cloud meeting. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan dosen dalam manajemen pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi pada masa pandemic covid-19 yaitu: 1) inovasi dan mendesain perkuliahan secara lengkap, 2) bervariasinya metode pembelajaran, 3) flatform atau aplikasi yang sesuai dengan materi perkuliahan, dan 4) adanya komunikasi yang baik dengan mahasiswa, 5) dapat meminimalisir kendala biaya kuota perkuliahan daring.

Abstract

Model training keterampilan sosial dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa di SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 2 dan SMP Negeri 3 Ciamis. Model training yang digunakan melalui; (a) sistem modelling, dilakukan dengan cara memperlihatkan contoh tentang ketrampilan berperilaku yang spesifik, (b) bermain peran, dilakukan dengan cara mendengarkan petunjuk yang disajikan model atau melalui video, (c) umpan balik terhadap kinerja yang tepat, yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi pengukuh terhadap peserta yang menunjukkan kinerja yang tepat. Setelah dilakukannya model training ini dapat 1)meningkatnya kecakapan dalam keterampilan sosial; 2) siswa aktif bertanya kepada guru ketika ada mata pelajaran yang tidak dimengerti, memahami dan mengatur emosi diri maupun orang lain (kontrol emosi), 3) siswa merespon orang lain dan mengarahkan tindakan sosial (sikap sosial), 4) interaksi dan berkomunikasi siswa secara verbal maupun non verbal (komunikasi) dengan individu dan kelompok lainnya sehingga membentuk siswa menjadi trampil berinteraksi dengan orang-orang di sekitarnya, baik dalam hubungan formal maupun informal, 5) siswa bertanggung jawab atas tindakan (tanggung jawab) dan, 6) siswa lebih memperhatikan orang lain (peduli).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sebelum masa pandemi Covid-19 sebagai upaya untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan penguasaan aspek kognitif tingkat rendah antara siswa yang belajar dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook dengan siswa yang tidak menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook. Desain penelitiannya adalah kuasi eksperimen menggunakan dua kelompok. Dalam proses pembelajarannya kelompok eksperimen menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA 5 sebanyak 35 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XII IPA 4 sebanyak 35 orang sebagai kelas kontrol di SMAN 16 Garut. Dari penelitian diperoleh,bahwa: (1) Penguasaan aspek kognitif tingkat rendah konsep Tenses pada Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri 16 Garut berada pada kualifikasi rendah pada aspek pengetahuan, pemahaman dan aspek aplikasi sebelum diberikan perlakuan penelitian yakni dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook dalam proses pembelajaran. (2) Penguasaan Aspek Kognitif tingkat rendah konsep Tenses pada Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri 16 Garut setelah diterapkan perlakuan penelitian mengalami peningkatan. Kelas yang menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook pada pembelajarannya terjadi peningkatan aspek pengetahuan menjadi kualifikasi tinggi, aspek pemahaman dan aplikasi menjadi kualifikasi sedang, sedangkan kelas yang tidak menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook pada pembelajarannya terjadi peningkatan menjadi kualifikasi sedang untuk aspek pengetahuan dan pemahaman dan kualifikasi rendah untuk aspek aplikasi. (3)Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan peningkatan aspek kognitif tingkat rendah penguasaan konsep Tenses antara siswa yang belajar dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook dengan siswa yang belajar dengan tidak menerapkan media pembelajaran Flipbook pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Kelas XII IPA di SMA Negeri 16 Garut.

Abstract

The research is motivated by problems related to women's interests which require women's representation in legislative institutions and influence the provisions in Law Number 8 of 2012 concerning the General Election of Members of the DPR, DPD and DPRD related to the 30% quota for women's representation. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the form of legal guarantee for women's representation in the political realm? Then secondly, what is the level of vote acquisition for PPP female legislative candidates for the 2019-2024 election period in Dumai City? The aim of this research is to see the certainty of legal guarantees for women's representation in the political realm and to see the level of vote acquisition of female PPP party legislative candidates in the 2019-2024 elections in Dumai City. The focus of this research is to examine the results of women's votes in politics, especially in the Dumai City United Development Party (PPP) for the 2019-2024 period. This research is research that uses the library study method, where the data used comes from materials in the form of books, journals and libraries research results from various references. The results of this research show that the vote share of women from the United Development Party (PPP) in Dumai City has decreased quite significantly. The reason is, not a single female legislative candidate has succeeded in occupying a legislative seat as a female representative in the political arena.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Indonesian syntactic interference on the English Speaking Skills of Non-English Major Students. The research subjects were 3rd semester level 2 students at one of the non-English majoring universities in Garut. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with matching and distributional methods. Meanwhile, the corpus was obtained using listening techniques (SBLC), recording and taking notes from student conversation assignments about their past activities in video form. The results show that syntactic interference in this study includes inaccurate word forms influenced by the past tense, inaccurate subject-verb agreement, non-parallelism, absence of articles, sentence patterns that do not match S + P + O, inaccurate use of the words 'no' and 'not'.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of citizenship education in creating citizens who are active in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as good citizens in accordance with Pancasila values. The aim of this research is to examine the role of citizenship education in forming Pancasila citizens. This research uses a literature study method. The approach is carried out with content analysis. In the stages, data is collected from various types of literature, analyzed, assessed, and finally conclusions are drawn. The research findings conclude that Citizenship Education plays a very important role in forming citizens with Pancasila, including providing valid and correct understanding, knowledge and comprehension, laying down and instilling patterns of thought (Fattern of thought) in accordance with Pancasila and Indonesian character, instilling Pancasila moral values ​​into students, raising the awareness of Indonesian citizens and society to always maintain and preserve Pancasila moral values, providing motivation so that every attitude and behavior grows in accordance with Pancasila values ​​and norms.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the dynamics of Baduy culture in facing global developments. The location of this research is Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity uses source triangulation and theory triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusions. The focus of the study in this research is to analyze the reality of the Baduy tribe facing global developments in terms of 1) knowledge systems, 2) living equipment and technology systems, and 3) livelihood systems. The results of this research indicate that elements of Baduy culture in the midst of global development are starting to change. Many Baduy people have violated the customary laws that previously served as their way of life. The changes that have occurred can be seen from changes in living equipment systems and technology that have begun to modernize, changes in knowledge systems, and livelihoods that have also changed. These changes in cultural elements are due to several factors, including the large number of tourists, government policies for national development, and developments in communication technology that are starting to enter the Baduy tribal area.

Abstract

Hashtags as the key to global social change and education as a tool to optimize it. The research problem in this study is that no research has been found on viral hashtags as a medium for character education for netizens. The formulation of the problem is the pattern of using viral Twitter hashtags and the concept of viral hashtags as a medium for character education for netizens. The aim of this research is to determine the pattern of use of viral hashtags on Twitter social media and also to understand the concept of viral hashtags as a medium for developing netizen character. This research has the benefit of complementing the concept of character education in the technological era and helping people become netizens with character. Research uses: qualitative approach; discourse analysis; research object in the form of viral hashtags; the subject is netizens; sample in the form of the hashtag #dajjal; observation; document records; analysis of character education reviews; and triangulation theory. The results of this research are: 1) viral hashtags are used to share knowledge, prayer, opinions, discussions, social movements, peace mediators, entertainment and personal interests; 2) the concept of character education for netizens, namely viral hashtags as a medium for conveying values ​​knowledge, expressions of value beliefs (values ​​express), value choice declarations (values ​​declare), values ​​clarification, values ​​action, and value control.

Abstract

Developing social skills is an important thing for students to have because it can form awareness of behavior for students, both in terms of interacting with other people, how to communicate, building a group that strengthens each other, trusts each other and to the extent that individuals are able to solve problems. The purpose of conducting this research is (1) to determine the understanding of peer acceptance of students at SMPN 1 Pakenjeng. (2) knowing the social skills of students at SMPN 1 Pakenjeng. (3) find out how effective peer acceptance is in strengthening the social skills of students at SMPN 1 Pakenjeng. The background to this research is the low level of peer acceptance, which has an impact on strengthening students' social skills. This research uses a quantitative approach, collecting data through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The population was all class VII students at SMPN 1 Pakenjeng, then through simple random sampling finally obtained 35 students as respondents. Based on the results of the research, it shows that (1) the understanding of peer acceptance among SMPN 1 Pakenjeng students is classified as sufficient/medium (2) the form of social skills in SMPN 1 Pakenjeng students is Self-related Behavior (behavior related to oneself) (3) the existence of acceptance Peers are quite effective in strengthening social skills in students at SMPN 1 Pakenjeng.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Macromedia flash-based social studies learning media to increase elementary school students' motivation and learning outcomes. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental method with a pre-test and posttest control group design. The population of this study were fourth grade students at Sendangadi Elementary School. Samples were taken using random sampling technique with 2 experimental group classes and 1 control class. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and test question sheets. Data analysis used the MANOVA test with the Hotellings Trace formula with a significance level of 5%. The difference in the significance value of the Hotellings Trace test is 0.000 <0.05 for the different test between the experimental group and the control group. Thus, macromedia flash-based social studies learning media is effective in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students.
