Abstract

Peraturan BKN Nomor 4 Tahun 2023 berisi tentang perubahan kenaikan pangkat menjadi enam periodesasi bagi PNS. Perubahan kebijakan ini disambut baik oleh PNS namun dalam pelaksanaannya ditemukan beberapa kendala. Seperti yang terjadi di Kab. Sidoarjo, jumlah pegawai yang menangani kenaikan pangkat tidak sebanding dengan jumlah usulan kenaikan pangkat serta aplikasi Sistem Kenaikan Pangkat (SIPEKAT) belum terintegrasi dengan Aplikasi BKN sehingga proses ususalan dan verifikasi berkas tidak efisien. Timeline kenaikan pangkat yang dipersingkat juga menjadi tantangan bagi proses kenaikan pangkat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan kenaikan pangkat enam periodesasi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap interpretasi terdapat pembuatan ketentuan teknis serta mekomunikasi kepada seluruh PNS dan OPDnya terkait perubahan kenaikan pangkat; lalu pada tahap pengorganisasian pelaksana kebijakan yaitu seluruh OPD, SOP dibuat sebagai pedoman BKD dalam verifikasi berkas, anggaran ditetapkan melalui Renstra, terdapat beberapa aplikasi untuk proses kenaikan pangkat di Kab. Sidoarjo, terdapat koordinasi antar bidang, serta jadwal setiap periode diumumkan secara resmi; lalu pada tahap aplikasi pelaksanaan kenaikan pangkat berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala. Implementasi kebijakan ini menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti belum terintegrasinya aplikasi SIPEKAT dengan SIASN, jaringan internet, dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Agar pelaksanaannya lebih maksimal Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo dapat meningkatkan penguatan terhadap aplikasi pendukung dan meningkatkan kapasistas SDM melalui pelatihan dan penambahan SDM di bidang Karier dan Kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyze the effectiveness of using social studies educational videos on geography material that integrates local wisdom content as a source and teaching material for social studies. The cultural wealth and local wisdom Indonesia possesses must be understood and learned by students. By integrating local content into social studies learning in geography, students' understanding of the local environment and culture can be enriched. This research method uses a research and development (R&D) approach, beginning with the video production process, validation testing by subject matter and media experts, and limited testing with students and teachers at SMPN 1 Rancah, Ciamis Regency, as the research subjects. The research results indicate that the developed educational videos not only increase students' interest in learning but also deepen their understanding of geography-based content rooted in local wisdom. Students responded positively to the use of this video, indicating that integrating local wisdom into geography material in social studies education can enhance the relevance of the material to students' daily lives. Based on the perceptions of IPS teachers at SMPN 1 Rancah, Ciamis Regency, the developed educational video has proven to be an effective medium for delivering material in an engaging, interactive, and user-friendly manner. Thus, the IPS educational video on geography based on local wisdom holds significant potential as an innovative and relevant learning resource in the context of IPS geography education in the current digital era. Abstract

Pancasila, sebagai dasar negara Indonesia, memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk etika digital di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji posisi Pancasila dalam literatur sebagai dasar etika digital dan penerapannya dalam perilaku bermedia masyarakat Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan literature review, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai pandangan akademik dan temuan penelitian terkait implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam ruang digital. Fokus utama artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat diinternalisasi dalam perilaku digital dan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi yang dapat memperkuat penerapan nilai tersebut dalam dunia maya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku bermedia yang bertanggung jawab dan bijak. Sebagai kesimpulan, artikel ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembentukan etika digital yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The coffee shop industry has experienced rapid growth in recent years, creating intense competition among business operators. Customer satisfaction has become a key factor in maintaining loyalty and the sustainability of coffee shop businesses. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and facilities on customer satisfaction at coffee cafes in Tangerang City. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample consists of 103 respondents who are customers of coffee cafes, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires with a 1-5 Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The research results show that service quality, price, and facilities simultaneously have a significant impact on customer satisfaction at coffee cafes in Tangerang City. These findings imply that coffee shop management needs to prioritize improving service quality through employee training, service responsiveness, and empathy towards customers. In addition, the provision of adequate facilities such as WiFi, comfortable seating, and a conducive atmosphere, as well as competitive pricing that aligns with the value provided, are also important for enhancing customer satisfaction. Further research is recommended to explore other factors such as the café atmosphere, menu variety, and strategic location that can influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan persiapan hari ini untuk harapan di masa yang akan datang. Masalah kenakalan remaja merupakan sebuah tema aktual yang banyak dibicarakan di kalangan orang tua, para pendidik, lembaga-lembaga sosial keagamaan dan bahkan Pemerintah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan Remaja Mesjid Jami Al-Hidayah dalam mengantisipasi kenakalan remaja di Kampung Cipaku Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Cilawu Kabupaten Garut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan Remaja Mesjid Jami Al-Hidayah dalam mengantisipasi kenakalan remaja di Kampung Cipaku Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Cilawu Kabupaten Garut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penulis menyebarkan angket kepada 50 responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Dan melakukan wawancara dengan pengurus mesjid Jami Al-Hidayah , hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan Remaja Mesjid Jami Al-Hidayah dalam mengantisipasi kenakalan remaja di Kampung Cipaku Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Cilawu Kabupaten Garut sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini terlihat dari diberikannya pemahaman kepada remaja lainnya mengenai pentingnya ajaran-ajaran agama. Abstract

Abstract Article 31 paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution states that every citizen has the right to education. However, in reality, not all girls have received their right to education fairly, especially in rural areas. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of Article 31 Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution in fulfilling girls' right to education in Tanjungsari Village, Cilebar District, Karawang Regency. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through interview and observation techniques, this study involved 5 girls who had dropped out of school, 5 of their parents, and 1 village head as informants. The results show that although much infrastructure is available, the fulfillment of the right to education is not optimal. Of the 52 children who dropped out of school in 2023, 34 of them were girls. Economic factors are the main obstacle (limited costs), exacerbated by a patriarchal culture that considers higher education unimportant for women. The implementation of constitutional norms has not been optimal due to the absence of a systematic cooperation program between the village government and schools and the lack of structured socialization. These findings indicate the need for real intervention by the government, village officials, and families to ensure the fulfillment of girls' educational rights comprehensively and equally in accordance with the constitutional mandate.
