Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on Mixue's repurchase intention. The research population is all Mixue consumers whose numbers are unknown. The research sample was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with sample criteria at least 3 times making a purchase. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly. The data was analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that brand image and product quality simultaneously affect repurchase intention. Brand image has no effect on repurchase intention. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The better the quality of Mixue products, the more interest in repurchasing Mixue products will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah social media marketing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian,  untuk mengetahui apakah electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian serta untuk mengetahui apakah social media marketing dan electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer. Data primer didapat dari responden yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan 20 pernyataan. Untuk sampel pada penelitian ini terdapat 100 responden mahasiswa Universitas Riau dari populasi sebanyak  29.993 mahasiswa Universitas Riau. Skala pengukuran menggunakan  skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji mulltikolinearitas, uji heterokedasnitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan social media marketing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di e-commerce Shopee pada mahasiswa Universitas Riau, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian di e-commerce Shopee pada mahasiswa Universitas Riau, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan social media marketing dan electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian di e-commerce Shopee pada mahasiswa Universitas Riau.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari leverage, profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi. Berdasarkan data yang diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan peneliti berasal dari data sekunder dari 19 perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis moderating regression analysis, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa leverage, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan serta kebijakan dividen dapat memoderasi leverage, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen tidak dapat memoderasi likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Keuangan PT. Kimia Farma Tbk dengan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Return On Assets (ROA) periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif-deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Penilaian Kinerja Keuangan PT. Kimia Farma Tbk dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Return On Assets (ROA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Economic Value Added (EVA)  PT. Kimia Farma Tbk  mengalami fluktuasi, pada tahun 2018, tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021 EVA bernilai positif . Pada tahun 2019 dan tahun 2022 EVA bernilai negatif dan nilai Return On Assets (ROA) dari tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2022 berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of e-wom (electronic word of mouth) and customer trust on the purchase decision of electronic goods products on Shopee, as well as to find out whether customer trust mediates the relationship between E-wom and purchase decisions. This study also aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, especially in the context of purchasing electronic goods at Shopee among students. This study used a verifiative descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 96 people who used a random sampling technique that used a direct random selection technique for Shopee users. This analysis uses the path analysis method. The results showed that (electronic word of mouth) E-wom had a positive and significant effect on customer trust, but did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Customer trust also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The E-wom variable has an indirect influence on purchasing decisions through customer trust as a mediation variable. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the role of customer trust in influencing purchasing decisions, especially in the context of technology transactions.

Abstract

The payment system has undergone transformation due to technological advances in the financial industry, especially with the introduction of e-money or electronic money. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, the entity responsible for issuing banknotes in Indonesia, promotes its products under the BNI TapCash brand. The main purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the perception of benefits and perceptions of convenience in the decision to use BNI TapCash. This study uses a verifiative descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. The methodology used is multiple linear regression techniques. The population sample of this study consisted of 102,706 BNI TapCash registered users in Indonesia who are members of the Nctzen Indonesia Facebook page. A sample of 104 people was selected using a random sampling approach known as direct random selection. The participants were BNI TapCash users who were given questionnaires to collect primary data. Data and related discussions display the perception of benefits and perceptions of convenience from BNI TapCash have a considerable influence on its utilization decisions. This can mean that users tend to use BNI TapCash when they have a positive perception of the convenience and benefits provided by the system.

Abstract

In the industrial world, especially in fabrication industries, problems related to work and conditions triggering hazards and risks of workplace accidents can arise. Workplace accidents can be caused by two main factors, namely unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Based on the preliminary study conducted by researchers on 15 production employees at PT. CF in Serang Regency, the results showed that 66.7% of employees have poor safety behavior. This study aims to determine the influence of safety climate and safety leadership on safety behavior among production employees at PT. CF in Serang Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative research approach. The population of this study is all employees in the production department at PT. CF. The total number of production department employees is known to be 203 people. The sample size to be used in this study is 134.7 rounded to 135 employees in the production department at PT. CF. This study uses data analysis method with smart PLS software version 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS) test. The results of the study show that there is an influence of safety climate on safety behavior among production employees at PT. CF in Serang Regency, as seen from the p-value of 0.002. There is an influence of safety behavior on safety behavior among production employees at PT. CF in Serang Regency, as seen from the p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Solvabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE), dan Financial Distress terhadap Audit Delay. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020-2022. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 46 perusahaan property dan real estate yang telah dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 93. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan financial distress tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit delay.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct effect of giving Rewards and promotions on work performance through work enthusiasm as an Intervening variable in employees of PT Telkom Witel Riau Daratan Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis using the Smarpls application program. The population in this study was 52 permanent employees of PT Telkom Witel Riau Daratan Pekanbaru. The results of this study show that Rewards do not have a direct effect on work performance, there is a direct effect of giving Rewards on work morale significantly, there is a direct effect of job promotion on work performance significantly, there is also a direct effect of job promotion on work morale, and finally there is a direct effect Work spirit has a significant impact on work performance among employees of PT Telkom Witel Riau Daratan Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and predict bankruptcy using the Altman Z-Score and Grover methods at PT. MAG Tbk Pekanbaru. Business failure (bankruptcy) is the thing that entrepreneurs fear most because many companies that have shaky foundations eventually dissolve themselves. Companies need to conduct financial analysis to identify early signs of bankruptcy. Much research has been conducted on bankruptcy detection tools, giving rise to various bankruptcy prediction models which are used as a tool to improve the condition of a company before the company experiences bankruptcy. Researchers chose 2 methods, namely Altman Z-score and Grover. Altman Z-score method to predict predictors with statistical methods by combining 4 financial ratios to calculate company failure. The Grover model is a model created by re-evaluating the Altman Z-Score model. The problem in this research is fluctuating profit/loss. The research method used is quantitative with financial ratios in the form of archival data which contains financial reports. The research results that have been processed based on the Altman Z-Score model and the Grover model show that the company is not in financial distress (Financial Distress) and the values between the Z-Score and Grover have similar criteria results because they use similar ratios.
