Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important things in the company, employee performance at PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi is required to achieve predetermined company targets. However, in reality in the last two years the targets that have been planned or set are still not achieved as expected. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive verification. The population in this study were all 103 employees of PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi with a sample calculation using the Slovin formula and a sample size of 51 employees was obtained. Data collection using a questionnaire, and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of analytical tools, namely SPSS version 26. The results of the research conducted there is a significant positive partial effect of transformational leadership style on performance, there is a significant positive partial effect of work discipline on performance, and there is a simultaneous effect of transformational leadership style and significant positive work discipline on performance. The more the transformational leadership style develops and maintains work discipline, the more employee performance will increase. Leaders who have a transformational leadership style can increase employee motivation and dedication, encourage them to work with passion and strive to achieve maximum performance in their work. Work discipline that has been implemented in the company should be maintained in order to improve performance by achieving targets on time. transformational leadership style and work discipline have an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. This population is employees of PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia, located in the Mitra Karawang Industrial Area, has 176 employees. A sample of 122 people was taken because the Slovin formula was used. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and analysis tools use SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence between the Compensation variable (x1) on Employee Performance (y) with a calculated t value > t table (9.733> 1.979) and there is a partial influence between the Work Discipline variable (x2) on employee performance (y) with a value t count > t table (4.776> 1.979) and there is a simultaneous influence between the variables compensation (x1) and Work Discipline (x2) on Employee Performance (y) with a value of F count > F table (95.044> 3.07), namely 61, 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the implementation of environmental health management with statistic descriptive of qualitative that analyzes the Implementation of Environmental Health Culture Management at the Daruttakwien Bekasi Islamic Boarding School. The research sample consisted of 39 daily managers who lived at the Daruttakwien Bekasi Islamic boarding school. using the total sampling illustration method. Information was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. The research results from each dimension of environmental health culture show an average value of 43.62 (87%) in the personal dimension in the very good category, from the behavioral dimension it displays an average value of 39.36 (79%) in the good category, in the organizational dimension a value is obtained. an average of 40.21 (80%) was categorized as good. With respect to the human component of the teamwork evaluation, the K3 parts of the K3 management assessment for environmental health culture implementation yielded very excellent findings (528), as did the training assessment (160), and the assessment from reporting (160). (502), the work environment Islamic boarding school administrators received a very good category (511). In the behavioral dimension, the compliance aspect received a fairly good category (775), the aspect of using cleaning equipment received a score in the quite good category (447), and the communication aspect received a very good category (313). In the organizational dimension, the regulatory aspect received a good category (787), leadership received a good category (631), risk received a fairly good category (150) under the excellent heading. Based on data collected from three different angles, it was determined that Daruttakwien Bekasi Islamic Boarding School exhibited an environmental health culture level 1 (emerging) application of environmental health management. This was supported by a total score of 1.01. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as data for Islamic boarding schools to improve environmental health management in Islamic boarding schools' environmental health culture so that they can improve the health quality of students and all boarding school residents.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sarang burung walet untuk bahan konsumsi khususnya untuk kesehatan telah ditemukan sejak abad ke-17 di daerah China. Indonesia dikenal sebagai pemasok terbesar sarang burung walet dunia dan mulai membudidayakan sarang burung walet pada tahun 1980 sampai sekarang. Dapat kita jumpai di berbagai daerah Indonesia rumah burung walet yang mana masih banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil yang didapatkan setiap rumah walet. Dalam penelitian ini apa saja faktor – faktor yang memepengaruhi hasil budidaya rumah walet serta bagaimana cara memasarkan produk olahan dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) di daerah Palembang, Banjarmasin, dan Surabaya, dengan Markaswalet sebagai distributor untuk pemasaran produk. Analisis SWOT ini menggunakan perhitungan matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) dengan isi berbagai faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan, serta matriks EFE (Eksternal Factor Evaluation) yang mana menunjukkan faktor peluang dan ancaman. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan skorkekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta ancaman masing – masing untuk markaswalet dan petani walet. Untuk markaswalet didapatkan kekuatan 0,50, kelemahan 0,50. Peluang 0,50 , ancaman 0,50. Pada nilai matriks IFE didapatkan total skor 1,79 , sedangkan untuk matriks EFE didapatkan skor 1.95. Untuk petani walet didapatkan skorkekuatan 0,49 , kelemahan 0,51 , peluang 0,55 , ancaman 0,45. Sedangkan total skor IFE yang didapatkan yaitu 1,71 dan total skor EFE didapatkan 1,74. Maka dari hasil di atas markas walet menempatkan pada kuadran 1 untuk secara efektif memanfaatkan peluang yang tersedia, baik dalam pasar lokal maupun ekspor, serta untuk mengembangkan pangsa pasar dengan efektif. Disisi lain petani walet menempatkan pada kuadran 1 juga karena petani walet dapat secara efektif mengoptimalkan peluang yang ada, baik untuk meningkatkan produksi sarang maupun populasi burung walet di dalam gedung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelajahi strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif, dengan fokus pada studi kasus Ms Glow. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, posisi Ms Glow dinilai berada pada posisi kudaran I, yang mengindikasikan situasi yang sangat menguntungkan bagi bisnis tersebut untuk menerapkan strategi agresif/pertumbuhan. Analisis faktor internal (IFE) dan faktor eksternal (EFE) menghasilkan nilai kekuatan dan peluang (SO) sebesar 4,16, kekuatan dan ancaman (ST) sebesar 3,95, kelemahan dan peluang (WO) sebesar 3,88, dan kelemahan dan ancaman (WT) sebesar 3,67. Strategi tertinggi yang direkomendasikan adalah menggunakan bahan yang aman, memiliki banyak distributor, agen, dan penjual di setiap kota, serta produk yang bersertifikat BPOM. Selain itu, keberadaannya yang banyak dijumpai di e-commerce dan toko offline, harga yang terjangkau, serta praktik bundling produk dan promo produk juga menjadi strategi yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian internal terhadap persediaan obat pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sikka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah bagian Apoteker pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sikka. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian di analisis menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dan disesuaikan dengan data yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sikka, atas persediaan obat dalam bidang lingkungan pengendalian.Dalam konteks Dinas Kesehatan kabupaten Sikka, penggunaan SOP untuk pengendalian persediaan obat-obatan menunjukkan komitmen terhadap penciptaan lingkungan pengendalian yang sehat.Dinas Kesehatan kabaputen Sikka telah menegaskan pentingnya pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) untuk semua tahap pengendalian persediaan obat-obatan dari perencanaan hingga pencatatan pelaporan. Ini menunjukkan komitmen untuk memastikan proses manajemen persediaan obat-obatan dilakukan secara terstruktur dan efisien, dengan SOP yang terinci untuk setiap langkah.Dalam bidang Pengawasan, Pemantauan obat-obatan dalam kaitan dengan system pengendalian internal pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sikka dilakukan melalui stok opname bulanan dengan memeriksa kesesuaian antara kartu stok, fisik barang, dan pelaporan. Proses ini mencerminkan upaya untuk secara teratur mengawasi dan mengevaluasi keadaan persediaan obat-obatan. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sikka dapat mengidentifikasi adanya perbedaan atau ketidakcocokan yang mungkin mengindikasikan masalah dalam pengelolaan persediaan. Langkah ini memungkinkan mereka untuk segera mengambil tindakan korektif yang diperlukan, seperti penyelidikan lebih lanjut atau penyesuaian inventaris, untuk memastikan bahwa persediaan obat-obatan tetap terkelola dengan baik dan akurat

Abstract

High employee quality determines the company overall performance and contribution to success. In addition to transformational leadership, good employee performance requires a high level of work discipline, which affects employee productivity. The goal is to know the work disipline and transformational leadership impacted the employees’ performance. This study employs linear multiple regression analysis and quantitative with SPSS 25 to conduct hypothesis testing. The result shows transformational leadership improved the worker performance with the t-count value 6.210> t-table 1.683 and the significance level 0.000 (<0.05). The employee performance impacted with work dicipline, where t-count is 2.113 > t-table 1.683 and the significance is 0.041 (<0.05) on PT. Mitra Muda Mandiri . The transformational leadership and work discipline influence employee performance, F-count value of 23.170 > F-table 3.230 and sig values is 0.000 (0.05). So, transformational leadership and work discipline has significantly affected the employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Trust and Price on Service Use Decisions at the Kita Center Pekanbaru Institution. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The sample in this study amounted to 67 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. From data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS, the results show that brand trust partially has a positive and significant effect with tcount > ttable (5.310 > 1.997) and Sig value < ? (0.000 < 0.05), partial price positive and significant effect with tcount > ttable (5.361 > 1.997) and Sig value < ? (0.000 < 0.05). Based on the results of the simultaneous test, brand trust and price have a significant effect on the decision to use services with Fcount > Ftable (83.204 > 3.14) and the Sig value. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by their workplace. Aspects of the workplace will improve along with employee performance. With regard to elements of the work environment, optimal work achievement will be facilitated by an appropriate work environment. This observation aims to find out how the work environment can be analyzed to improve the performance of BNNK Karawang employees. This article was written using a qualitative descriptive research methodology. Observation, interviews, documentation, data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the data collection methods used. The results of the research show: Physical and non-physical work environments have a conducive role in improving the performance of BNNK Karawang employees. There are obstacles faced by BNNK Karawang in the form of physical work environments and work equipment that are still not supportive because they have not been replaced and some tools are not modern. The efforts made by BNNK Karawang, that is, in terms of facilities, it can complete the equipment facilities and it is also expected to upgrade equipment facilities that are still simple to equipment that already has the latest technology, there is an increase in performance every year for BNNK Karawang employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance. The sample used in this study was 100 employees at the Ambon Search and Rescue Office. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that professionalism was positive and significant to employee performance. Furthermore, the results also show that the organization's commitment is positive and significant to employee performance.
