Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Trust, Motivation, and Service on Customer Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population of this study comprises 10,597 customers, with a sample size of 100 customers. The sampling technique used is random sampling, and data collection methods include questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that the calculated t-value for trust is greater than the critical t-value and the significance value is less than 0.05, specifically, tcount>ttablet_{count} > t_{table}tcount?>ttable? and sig.<0.05sig. < 0.05sig.<0.05 or 0.291<1.9850.291 < 1.9850.291<1.985 and 0.772>0.050.772 > 0.050.772>0.05. This indicates that trust does not have a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. The calculated t-value for motivation is greater than the critical t-value and the significance value is less than 0.05, specifically, tcount>ttablet_{count} > t_{table}tcount?>ttable? and sig.<0.05sig. < 0.05sig.<0.05 or 2.402>1.9852.402 > 1.9852.402>1.985 and 0.018<0.050.018 < 0.050.018<0.05. This indicates that motivation has a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. The calculated t-value for service is greater than the critical t-value and the significance value is less than 0.05, specifically, tcount>ttablet_{count} > t_{table}tcount?>ttable? and sig.<0.05sig. < 0.05sig.<0.05 or 2.770>1.9852.770 > 1.9852.770>1.985 and 0.007<0.050.007 < 0.050.007<0.05. This indicates that service has a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. The study results show that the calculated F-value is greater than the critical F-value and the significance value is less than 0.05, specifically, Fcount>FtableF_{count} > F_{table}Fcount?>Ftable? and sig.<0.05sig. < 0.05sig.<0.05. The values obtained from data processing are F=8.534>2.70F = 8.534 > 2.70F=8.534>2.70 and sig.=0.000<0.05sig. = 0.000 < 0.05sig.=0.000<0.05. This indicates that trust, motivation, and service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The determination coefficient test results show that 18.6% of customer satisfaction is influenced by trust, motivation, and service, as indicated by the Adjusted R Square value. The remaining 81.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The emergence of social media, especially TikTok, changed the fashion industry. With this platform, influencer marketing and brand image have new opportunities to influence consumers' decisions to buy fast fashion items. The study investigated how influencer marketing and brand image on the TikTok app influence consumers' decisions to buy fast fashion products. The data was collected through an online survey conducted on 200 TikTok users in Bandung. Research shows that the influence of influencer marketing and brand image significantly influences consumers' decision to buy something. In addition, there is a positive interaction between the two factors. This suggests that influencer marketing has a greater influence on purchasing decisions when brand image is positive. This research was conducted at Maranatha Christian University. The sample technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Influencer marketing and Brand image on purchasing decisions in Fast Fashion at Maranatha Christian University. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Data obtained from the questionnaire will be tested using IBM SPSS. The tests carried out are classical assumption tests (normality, heterokedasticity and multicolonicity) and multiple linear regression (t test, f test, and coefficient of determination). Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests on the T test, it can be concluded that Influencer marketing has an influence on the purchase decisions of fast fashion products because the value of t is calculated > t table. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test on the T test, it can be concluded that brand image has an influence on purchasing decisions because the t value is calculated > t table. This means that the better the brand image built by a company, the higher the level of purchasing decisions for fast fashion products.

Abstract

An increase in the economy's ability to produce goods and services within a certain period of time is called economic growth. The number of workers, investment and household consumption are the main components that influence economic growth. These three factors are interrelated and play a role in determining the level of economic growth of a region. An increase in one of these factors can encourage the other two, creating a positive circle supporting sustainable economic growth. However, how these three components impact economic growth is also influenced by government policy and economic stability. Therefore, to achieve optimal economic growth, a balanced strategy is needed that considers these three components. This study aims to understand how the economic development of Bali Province is influenced by various variables, such as investment, number of workers, and household consumption.
