Abstract

Kalimas River Tourism in Surabaya is one of the tourism object developments in the city of Surabaya. Tourism is a travel activity carried out by some or a group of people by visiting certain places for the purposes of recreation, personal development, or studying the uniqueness of the tourist attractions visited within a temporary period. Along the river, apart from enjoying Kalimas river tourism, visitors can also enjoy historical tourism. The historical tourism presented is a relic of the Dutch colonial era. Historical Tourism is a journey to experience places and activities that authentically depict the history and people of that time. Apart from enjoying the beauty of the Kalimas river with its inherent history. Tourists are also pampered with culinary tours at designated spots or areas. River tourism is very useful for learning the history of the city of Surabaya and efforts to increase tourist destinations in the city of Surabaya. One of the tourism icons of the city of Surabaya is the Kalimas River Tourism as a historical and culinary tourism. The research discusses river tourism as historical tourism. By looking for various scientific works and direct observations for references. So that the results obtained from following the river as a form of historical tourism.

Abstract

This research investigates the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in producing news content on TVOne, focusing on the presence of Karni Ilyas as an AI presenter in the "Apa Kabar Indonesia Malam" program. The research method uses a qualitative approach with Content Analysis. This research reveals that the use of AI in TV news is positively influenced by increased audience engagement and social media activity on the TVOne platform. Karni Ilyas received a warm welcome as an AI presenter, highlighting the public's enthusiasm for integrating technology in delivering news.  Additionally, AI automates news curation, sentiment analysis, and content personalization, increasing content production efficiency and enabling TvOne to respond to news quickly and accurately. The novelty of this research lies in the practice of AI in the context of news media, leading to a deeper understanding of how this technology impacts audience interactions and the content creation process. Apart from contributing to the media industry, these findings also highlight challenges related to the reliability of the information that must be overcome when applying AI in journalism.

Abstract

In order to increase sales and attract consumers, e-commerce carries out large-scale promotions every month. Usually, this promotion falls on beautiful dates, one of which is the promotion 11.11, 12.12 and other beautiful dates. Of course, this promotion not only provides benefits for e-commerce itself, consumers can also shop economically by getting cheap prices. And of course, sellers because they can increase product sales. This research is quantitative and uses SPSS analysis tools. This research aims to disseminate the impact of e-commerce promotions on interest in buying diapers. There were 100 respondents in this study, namely consumers of the Arfan milk shop. Abstract

In Indonesia, culinary businesses are very easy to find. Indonesia offers many local dishes and a variety of unique menus. One of them is Mie Gacoan. One of the factors that influences someone to make repeat purchases is the customer experience they get from themselves or others. However, the experience that Mie Gacoan Cikarang Branch provides to consumers is a bit slow due to the long queues and some consumers always make repeat purchases. This research will examine the influence of customer experience dimensions on consumers repurchase interest. There were 100 respondents in this research, namely consumers of Mie Gacoan Ciakrang. This research is quantitative and uses SPSS analysis tools. From the data processing that has been carried out, it is known that customer experience partially has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Mie Gacoan Cikarang

Abstract

Service quality is one of the factors that influences the level of customer loyalty towards products or services. Increasingly strong competition will make business people more enthusiastic in providing service and trust to consumers with the aim of providing a sense of satisfaction to customers. With the rapid development of companies providing goods delivery services or courier services, many online shop sellers use these courier services. Having a courier service will make it easier for them to deliver ordered goods according to the type of package service they want. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on consumer trust in JNE Bekasi tiki. There were 100 respondents in this research, namely JNE Bekasi consumers. This research is quantitative and uses SPSS analysis tools. From the data processing that has been carried out, it is known that physical evidence, reliability, guarantee, responsiveness and empathy partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer trust at JNE Bekasi.

Abstract

Currently, promotion or marketing systems can be done using an online system, which has become a normal thing for entrepreneurs, whether a company or individual. Online promotion or marketing aims to provide information to potential buyers and for other purposes to increase interest from potential buyers in the products or services that have been offered. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of discounts, content marketing and influencer marketing in influencing purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. This research took a sample of 100 respondents who were students of the Bachelor of Management study program class of 2020 at Pelita Bangsa University who had purchased Scarlett Whitening products. Collecting data includes distributing questionnaires and literature study. The type of research used is quantitative. The analytical methods used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that discounts partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, content marketing partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and influencer marketing partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that 68.6% of purchasing decisions are influenced by discount variables, content marketing and influencer marketing while the remaining 31.4% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this research

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence between Price, Location, Sales Promotion, and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions.Purchasing Decisions. The research sampling technique used Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires physically and physical and online via Google Form to Eramart Citown's supermarket customers who have made at least two purchases. who have made a minimum purchase of two times, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses IBM SPSS 26 software. With the validity test method, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results This study shows (1) Price has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. on Purchasing Decisions. (2) Location has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. (3) Sales Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. (4) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. (5) Price, Location, Sales Promotion Sales, and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada pegawai tenaga kesehatan sebanyak 69 pegawai tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data analisis menggunakan program (SPSS26) dengan teknik analisis valisidasi, analisis realibilitas, analisis berganda, asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koeefisien Determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional secara persial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan begitu juga dengan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai kesehatan Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan secara simultan Kepemimpinan Transformasioanl dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kesehatan Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao.

Abstract

The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The number of samples used in this research was 32 respondents. The data collection procedures for this research were: Observation and Questionnaire. Using multiple linear analysis with SPSS Version 27. The partial results of this research include compensation and development variables that do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. Meanwhile, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. Meanwhile, the results of research simultaneously show that the variables of compensation, training and development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KSU Bintang Muda 88., Untuk mengetahui pengaruh seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KSU Bintang Muda 88, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KSU Bintang Muda 88, dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KSU Bintang Muda 88. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan  KSU Bintang Muda 88 sebanyak 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data analisis mengunakan program (SPSS25) dengan teknik analisis data, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan  koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel rekrutmen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan  (Y) di KSU Bintang Muda 88 dengan nilai sebesar 0,046>0,05 dan nilai thitung 3,712 > ttabel 1,705. Variabel seleksi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0,04<0,05 dan nilai thitung 3,205 > ttabel 1,705. Variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan  (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0,02<0,05 dan nilai nilai thitung 3,893 > ttabel 1,705. Rekrutmen, seleksi, dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan  (Y) di KSU Bintang Muda 88 dengan nilai Fhitung = 6,476 5 (>2,97).
