Abstract

Industri kosmetik Indonesia sangat kompetitif dengan banyaknya merek lokal dan internasional yang berlomba menarik konsumen. Emina Cosmetics, sebagai merek lokal, harus terus berinovasi dalam produk dan strategi pemasaran untuk mempertahankan pangsa pasar dan memenuhi ekspektasi konsumen yang semakin kritis dan selektif. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan brand trust terhadap repurchase intention melalui variabel kepuasan konsumen pada Emina Cosmetics. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Analisis menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, variabel harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, brand trustberpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, brand trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui kepuasan konsumen, dan brand trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Credit Union Sauan Sibarrung, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Credit Union Sauan Sibarrung Kabupaten Tana Toraja dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Credit Union Sauan Sibarrung. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CU. Sauan Sibarrung sebanyak 32 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data analisis mengunakan program (SPSS 25) dengan teknik analisis data, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, koefisien determinasi dan koefisien korelasi. Hasil perhitungan denga uji t pada variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan thitung > ttabel dengan nilai (3.773) > (1.699) dan pada variabel kepemimpinan Transformasional thitung > ttabel dengan nilai (2.293) > (1.699). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Credit Union Sauan Sibarrung.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adala untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh   Pelatihan Kerja, Keterlibatan Karyawan, dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UMKM Barbershop di Kecamatan Rantepao, Kabupaten Toraja utara”. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan di olah mengunakan spss 25. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh di mana semua populasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai sampel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 responden. Hasil Penelitian ini dengan uji pada variabel pelatihan kerja nilai t hitung > t tabel (2.824 > 1,68195) dengan nilai sig 0.007 <0.05, variabel keterlibatan karyawan  nilai t hitung < t tabel (1.443< 1,68195) dengan nilai sig. 0,156>0,05, dan pada variabel pengalaman kerja nilai t hitung > t table (3.077 > 1,68195) dengan nilai sig. 0,004<0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjjukan bahwa secara simultan, pelatihan kerja, keterlibatan karyawan, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Berbershop.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu sebagai analisis dan mengetahui bagaimana kesesuaian antara individu dan organisasi (person-organization) serta budaya kerja yang mendukung dapat mengurangi keinginan berpindah (turnover intention) karyawan Generasi Z di sektor pertambangan. Pada penelitian ini metode regresi berganda digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan karyawan Generasi Z di berbagai perusahaan pertambangan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kesesuaian individu-organisasi dan budaya kerja, sementara variabel dependen adalah keinginan berpindah. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menentukan pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kesesuaian individu-organisasi maupun budaya kerja yang mendukung secara signifikan mempengaruhi penurunan keinginan berpindah karyawan Generasi Z. Budaya Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap Niat Berpindah, sedangkan Kesesuaian Individu-Organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya perusahaan pertambangan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sesuai dengan nilai dan kebutuhan karyawan untuk meningkatkan retensi karyawan Generasi Z.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Kubota Indonesia. The respondents of this study are all employees of PT. Kubota Indonesia, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census) and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the employees of PT. Kubota Indonesia and analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Green Intellectual Capital refers to the collective value of intangible assets, including information, skills, and connections, related to environmental conservation and innovation. These assets contribute to the promotion of environmentally friendly ideas and practices at both the individual and organizational levels within a company (Chen, 2008). Green Intellectual Capital consists of three distinct elements: Green Human Capital, Green Structural Capital, and Green Relational Capital. Adopting the concept of GIC is a strategic step for organizations to achieve competitive advantage while upholding environmental sustainability. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between Green Intellectual Capital and Environmental Performance, with Green HRM serving as a mediator between the two variables. This study uses a quantitative methodology that utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, specifically the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research instrument used is SmartPls 4. The method used to select the sample is Probability Sampling, specifically utilizing the Simple Random Sampling strategy. This study uses a sample of 50 people who work in a company engaged in sharia-based financial services in the city of Surakarta. The results of this study indicate that Green Human Capital and Green Relational Capital have a significant impact on Green Human Resources, but have no impact on Environmental Performance. Green Structural Capital does not affect Green Human Resource Management, but has an impact on Environmental Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial mental attitude. Descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. Sample determination using stratified sampling technique. The sample population amounted to 180 students in the city of sukabumi who were in the generation z age group. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS version 26 application were used in this study. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial mental attitude in generation z.

Abstract

This undergraduate thesis is entitled "Women's Language of Male Characters in Elemental Movie". The study examines the features and functions of women's language used in the Elemental movie, which features a male lead character. The research is based on the framework proposed by Lakoff (2004) for understanding women's language features and the language function framework developed by Pearson (1985). The primary data for this study was collected through documentation and the note-taking method was used to analyze the data. Informal methods were used to present the analysis of the data, providing information on the frequency of women's language features used by male characters. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of how women's language is used by male characters in movies, specifically in Elemental, and how it can be analyzed using different frameworks and methodologies. The result of this study found that there were four functions of women's language features used in this movie. In this thesis, the data from the Elemental movie has been analyzed to identify the features and functions of women's language. There are seven features found in the data including lexical hedges or fillers, empty adjectives, intensifiers, hypercorrect grammar, super polite forms of language, avoiding strong swear words, and emphatic stress. The characters in the movie use these features. The functions of these features are to express uncertainty, start a discussion, express feelings, and soften an utterance.

Abstract

This school action research used focus group discussions to increase mastery of RAISE values among Perhimpunan Pendidikan dan Pengajaran Kristen (PPPK) members. The research subjects consisted of 5 members of the PPPK Petra association. This research uses an instrument in the form of the RAISE Values Mastery Questionnaire to determine the level of mastery of RAISE values, then uses a rubric and assessment form to assess mastery of the material when the focus group discussion is conducted. Researchers collected data by providing a checklist as a form of involvement of association members during discussions carried out through focus group discussions. This research uses the method proposed by LeMire et al. (2019) in two cycles. The initial condition is pre-cycle mastery of the RAISE value of 73.71%. The first treatment involves conducting the initial trial or cycle and supplying the association's members with materials, obtaining mastery of the RAISE value of 81.76%, an increase of 8.05%. By providing materials containing focus group talks and questions and answers, the experimental investigation for the second stage was able to acquire 82.50% mastery of the RAISE score. The results of the second stage increased by 8.78% from the pre-cycle stage and 0.74% from the second stage. The treatment given by testing the significance of the differences for the first and second cycles compared to the pre-cycle was found to be significant. There was a substantial difference between the outcomes of the first and second cycles of the various t-tests. The treatment given in the form of an experiment shows that providing materials, focus group discussions, and adequate explanations can increase the mastery of RAISE values among PPPK Petra Surabaya members. The practical contribution of research for practitioners and education managers is to regularly disseminate information about organizational values and provide ongoing training to increase the meaning of the organization's values. Theoretical contribution of research by enriching organizational culture, communication, and human resources development theories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, biaya lingkungan, ukuran perusahaan, dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2022. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, terdapat13 yang memenuhi kriteria dengan total 52 data set. Pengolahan data menggunakan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, biaya lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, CSR mampu memediasi pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja keuangan, CSR tidak mampu memediasi hubungan biaya lingkungan terhadap kinerja keuangan, CSR tidak mampu memediasi hubungan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan CSR mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan.
