Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain (1) the influence of work motivation on employee engagement, (2) how the effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement and (3) the influence of interpersonal communication on employee engagement in the Semarang City Bapenda.  This research is a type of explanatory research. The research sample was 100 people.  The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed through google forms. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the research findings show that (1) work motivation has a positive effect on employee  engagement, (2) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee  engagement, (3) Interpersonal communication has a positive effect on employee engagement of the Semarang City Bapenda.

Abstract

This study adopts a quantitative approach to investigate the factors that influence the brand equity of general hospitals in Tangerang. Using online questionnaires and structured survey methods, data was collected from 180 respondents who met the set criteria, with the majority of them being female. Variables such as brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand reputation, brand image, and brand equity were measured using a Likert scale with adequate validity and reliability analysis. A company's brand can reflect the value of the products it offers, but the brand will not be meaningful without strong equity in the market. Today, the ability to build brand equity plays an important role in creating value for customers and companies. Brand equity adds value to a product. Results from the structural equation model (SEM) analysis show that brand awareness and brand loyalty significantly contribute to RSU brand equity. However, the findings also show that brand image and brand reputation, although important, do not have a significant impact on brand equity. Limitations of the study include the specific sample representation and measurement methods used, which may affect the generalizability of the results. Therefore, future studies are recommended to take a broader comparative approach and deepen understanding with a qualitative approach to consumer perceptions of healthcare services

Abstract

Peranan industry pariwisata dalam pembangunan daerah adalah sebagai kontributor perekonomian daerah. Pengelola wisata perlu memperhatikan aspek-aspek penting yang diharapkan wisatawan untuk meningkatkan minat wisata berkunjung ke tempat wisata tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran brand quality relationship dan citra merek destinasi dalam media sosial terhadap minat wisata di tawangmangu. Responden yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung tempat wisata dan kuliner di Tawangmangu, metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan kuesioner. Dari total 125 responden menunjukkan bahwa media sosial, brand quality relationship, dan citra destinasi wisata berpengaruh positif dan significant terhadap minat berkunjung ke Tawangmandau. Dalam hal ini brand quality relationship dan citra merek memediasi pengaruh media sosial terhadap minat wisata. Implikasi temuan bahwa citra destinasi wisata dan kualitas tempat wisata di media sosial sangat berperan penting dalam menarik minat wisatawan untuk mendapatkan informasi lengkap terkait destinasi wisata yang akan dikunjungi

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Third Party Funds (DPK), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Costs, Operational Income (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Persero Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This research uses multiple linear regression methods and uses the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this research show that simultaneously the variables Third Party Funds (DPK), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) have an effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Partially, the Third Party Funds (DPK) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variables do not have a significant effect, Operational Costs and Operational Income (BOPO) have a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee peformance. The population and the sample of this research are employees who work in PT Kereta Api Logistik Surakarta with a total of 57 employees as respondent. The type of data that used in this research is primary data. The data collection method is to distribute questionnaires in the form of print out questionnaires, then it will be processed by using SPSS Statistic 26 software. The result shows that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee peformance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee peformance. Job satisfactory has a positive and significant effect on employee peformance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis promosi jabatan dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang. Beralamat di Ruko Kertabumi Jl. Kertabumi No. A01, Karawang Kulon, Kec. Karawang Barat, Karawang, Jawa Barat 41311. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini ada 3 responden yang telah di wawancara dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Promosi jabatan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang menggunakan Sistem Informasi Pegawai (SIP) dan mengacu pada Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dilihat dari kinerja karyawan serta kejujuran, Promosi jabatan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang diidentifikasi bukan berdasarkan pada senioritas, namun pada pengalaman, Sistem rotasi kerja pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang dilihat dari masa kerja karyawan, apabila masa kerjanya sudah lama, dapat disarankan untuk rotasi kerja. Faktor yang mempengaruhi rotasi kerja masa kerja, kebutuhan organisasi dan kinerja, Terdapat perbedaan diantaranya tanggung jawab yang lebih besar, adaptasi terhadap lingkungan baru, serta dapat mempertahankan kinerja demi kemajuan karir. Penguatan penggunaan sistem informasi pegawai dan KPI dalam penilaian kinerja, perlu ditingkatkan penggunaannya agar proses promosi menjadi lebih transparan dan objektif.

Abstract

Sustainability and innovation are investment activities as part of a business strategy that needs to be implemented to strengthen the company's position and maximize company performance. The manufacturing sector is a vital sector for the country, but in its operations, much attention is still needed to its impact on the environment and society. This study aims to examine the influence of ESG disclosure and R&D intensity on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports obtained from the official websites of the sample companies and the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 14 sample companies with a total of 42 observations. This study uses stakeholder theory, legitimacy theory, and signaling theory. Based on the research results, it was found that ESG disclosure and R&D intensity simultaneously affect the company's financial performance, proxied by the return on assets (ROA) ratio. Furthermore, environmental disclosure, social disclosure, and governance disclosure do not affect the company's financial performance, and R&D intensity has a positive effect on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and bondholders-shareholders conflict on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website of each company. The sample determination method used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 23 companies with an observation period of 5 years so that the total research sample was 111 data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 27 software. Based on the research results, it was found that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee and bondholders-shareholders conflict simultaneously affect accounting conservatism. Partially, the independent board of commissioners has a positive effect on accounting conservatism and the audit committee has a negative effect on accounting conservatism. However, this study did not find any influence between the variables of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and bondholders-shareholders conflict on accounting conservatism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi (X1) dan mutasi (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y2) melalui kepuasan kerja (Y1) sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Rembang. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk survei deskriptif. Desain penelitian dengan pola kausal. Populasi adalah pegawai di Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Rembang yang berjumlah 170 orang dengan teknik sampling Purposive Sampling. Besar sampel sebanyak 126 responden. Metode pengumpulan data serta menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji-t, dan uji mediasi menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji Sobel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 25,0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja). Mutasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Mutasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh mutasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja, Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Rembang. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif survey. Desain penelitian dengan pola kausal. Populasi adalah pegawai di Kantor Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja, Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Rembang yang berjumlah 182 orang dengan teknik sampling Purposive Sampling. Besar sampel sebanyak 136 responden. Metode pengumpulan data serta menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji-t, dan uji mediasi menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji Sobel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 25,0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan Analisis Regresi menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Kepuasan kerja secara signifikan menjadi variabel intervening pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Kepuasan kerja secara signifikan menjadi intervening pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai.
