Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the phenomenon of political communication carried out by Buzzer on Tiktok social media to increase or decrease the electability of the Prabowo-Gibran Candidate Candidates during the 2024 Election (General Election). using qualitative methods through Emprit Drone Application Analysis. This research was carried out in the period before the first debate, Tuesday, December 12 2024 to Wednesday April 22 2024. The focus on researching the form of Buzzer Tiktok communication was carried out for 5 months. This Drone Emprit application shows concrete data regarding Buzzer accounts and how the Tiktok Buzzer effect is able to increase Prabowo-Gibran's electability by 47%, so they are able to win the 2024 presidential election. From the research results show that the Buzzer on Tiktok has a significant role in forming public opinion on TikTok. From research in this journal, it is concluded that Prabowo-Gibran's TikTok buzzer is an individual or group of people who have a social media platform on TikTok whose aim is to promote something, for a certain motive. There are paid Buzzers and there are unpaid ones. The characteristics of the Buzzer account are: Anonymous, Using the same Hashtag because often 1 vendor is created, Persuasive, has an account with promotional and persuasive purposes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan (1) Apakah pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan; (2) Apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan; (3) Apakah Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Sekar Moelyo Putro Semarang, yang bergerak di bidang  usaha  furniture.  Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan PT Sekar Moelyo Putro Semarang sebanyak 118 karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelilitian eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan  kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form,  yang kemudian dikirimkan kepada masing masing  responden. Analisis data   menggunakan regresi linier berganda . Untuk kepentingan analisis dilakukan uji instrumen; uji model dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Sekar Moelyo Putro Semarang.

Abstract

Wisnu, Sriangger Denhanggodho, 2021. Analisa Perbandingan Perusahaan Initial Public Offering (IPO) Sebelum Pandemi Covid-19 dan Di Masa Covid-19 dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (PERIODE 2019 – 2020). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara perusahaan yang IPO sebelum pandemi dan di masa pandemi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan penawaran perdana pada tahun 2019-2020. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang melakukan penawaran perdana tahun 2019-2020 dengan jumlah 105 emiten. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria dimana initial returnnya tidak nol atau negatif, dari kriteria tersebut diperoleh 30 sampel yang diuji. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah return on asset, financial leverage, earning per share, dan initial return sebagai variabel terikatnya.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Return on asset berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 34.126 terhadap tingkatan nilai initial return. Berbanding terbalik dengan penelitian (Wijayanto,2010) yang menyatakan bahwa variabel ROA berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap initial return. Financial leverage -4.819 ber berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkatan initial return. earning per share -1.606 berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkatan initial return. Sejalan dengan penelitian (Wijayanto,2010) bahwa EPS berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan initial return. Analisa perbandingan dengan menggunakan paired sample test menunjukkan bahwa initial return antara perusahaan yang IPO sebelum pandemi dan di masa pandemi tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan di antara initial returnnya dengan nilai signifikasi 0.0579 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on Performance (Y2) with Motivation (Y1) as a mediating variable at Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kendal. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires. The research population consisted of all employees at Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman, totaling 72 people. The sampling method was carried out using Census Sampling. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, t-test and mediation tests using path analysis and Sobel test. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 25,0. The results of hypothesis testing using Regression Analysis show that Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture partially have a positive and significant influence on Motivation. Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture partially have a positive and significant influence on Performance. Apart from that, this research also found that Motivation does not have a significant effect on performance and cannot mediate the influence of Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture on the performance of employees who work at Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman.

Abstract

The development of technology and digitalization has had a significant impact on business people and content creators, including business people and content creators in the Malang area. Marketing activities, including branding, now utilize various digital media such as blogs, websites, email, and social networks. This is supported by social media that is very popular with the public such as the Tiktok application. The Tiktok application is currently often used as digital marketing. For example, such as promoting a new product, make-up products, food, education and health. This study aims to analyze data analysis technology and AI Algorithms on optimizing TikTok content to increase sales and good promotional sustainability through the TikTok application in Malang City. The population and sample of this study were business people and content creators/Tiktokers who made sales through the TikTok application as a promotional media as many as 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection method using questionnaires and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results of the study indicate that Data Analysis Technology has a positive effect on purchasing decisions/increasing Sales, AI Algorithms in the Tiktok application have a positive effect on purchasing decisions/increasing Sales, Tiktok Content has a positive effect on purchasing decisions/increasing Sales, Data Analysis Technology has a positive effect on Tiktok Content optimization, AI Algorithms have a positive effect on Tiktok Content optimization, Tiktok Content mediates the influence of Data Analysis Technology on Purchasing Decisions, Tiktok content mediates the influence of AI Algorithms on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) in measuring the efficiency of capital allocation and its impact on economic growth in Indonesia from 2008 to 2023. ICOR is used to evaluate the relationship between additional output and additional capital in an economy. Data analysis shows that ICOR varies from year to year, reflecting fluctuations in capital allocation efficiency. The results show that a decrease in ICOR value corresponds to an increase in efficiency in capital use to achieve significant economic growth. Multiple linear regression analysis also revealed that ICOR has a significant influence on economic growth, where changes in capital allocation efficiency affect overall economic performance. In addition, interest rates also have a significant impact on economic growth, with an increase in interest rates tending to inhibit economic activity and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth. The implication of this study is the importance of capital allocation efficiency management and interest rates in designing economic policies to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh kualitas analisis data, etika bisnis, dan manajemen risiko cyber terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan fintech P2P lending yang terdaftar dan berizin di OJK. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari perusahaan tersebut hingga akhir tahun 2023 dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas analisis data dan manajemen risiko cyber memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, sementara etika bisnis tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini memperluas literatur mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja operasional di sektor fintech P2P lending, serta menyoroti pentingnya kualitas analisis data dan manajemen risiko cyber.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development strategies of the creative economy in the craft subsector in Banyuning Village, Buleleng District, Bali, focusing on three main aspects: production, marketing, and human resource development (HRD). Using a qualitative method with a descriptive design and a case study approach, this research explores current phenomena through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data validity was checked using source triangulation, and data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification. The research findings indicate that the development strategy for production requires efficiency and innovation in production techniques, improvement in product quality, and the adoption of environmentally friendly practices. However, there are challenges in capital and technology assistance that are not aligned with the needs of local practitioners. In marketing, the main challenges are the lack of market information access and negotiation capacity, which can be addressed through product diversification, extensive promotion, and the socialization of branding and independent export guidance. For HRD, priorities are given to training and skill development, building an organizational culture that supports collaboration and innovation, and policies that support employee welfare and motivation. This research uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority strategies for development. The results show that the three main priorities for production are maintaining sustainability with environmentally friendly practices, product diversification, and adopting the latest technology. In marketing, the priorities are opening profitable market opportunities, extensive promotion, and the socialization of branding and independent export guidance. For HRD, the priorities are employee training and development, building a culture of collaboration and innovation, and policies supporting employee welfare and motivation. With the right strategies and well-planned implementation, it is hoped that the craft industry in Banyuning Village can develop sustainably, contribute positively to the local economy, and preserve environmental sustainability and cultural heritage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 150 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

An important tactic for businesses in establishing and sustaining their place in the market is the expansion of their brand's equity through various marketing channels. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang's brand equity and loyalty through social media marketing, brand association, brand image, and brand awareness. The researchers at RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang used a selective selection technique to choose 145 general patients who were not BPJS. The Structural Equation Model was used for data analysis. According to this research, there is a favorable correlation between brand equity, brand loyalty, social media marketing, and brand image; nevertheless, brand equity is unaffected by brand awareness and association. This study's managerial implications include the following: RSU Bhakti Asih should work on raising brand recognition and positive associations with the brand in order to boost Brand Equity; if the company succeeds in doing so, its customers will never buy from its rivals
