Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja dan pemberdayaan psikologis pada Institut Teknologi Alberth Foenay (ITAF) Kota Kupang. Kepemimpinan dalam penelitian ini dipahami sebagai kemampuan pimpinan untuk memengaruhi, mengarahkan, dan memotivasi bawahan guna mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kepuasan kerja diartikan sebagai perasaan positif pegawai terhadap pekerjaan yang mencerminkan terpenuhinya kebutuhan dan harapan mereka di tempat kerja. Pemberdayaan psikologis menggambarkan kondisi di mana individu merasa memiliki makna, kompetensi, kemandirian, dan pengaruh terhadap pekerjaannya. Sementara itu, kinerja karyawan diartikan sebagai hasil kerja yang dicapai pegawai berdasarkan standar yang ditetapkan organisasi, baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui software SmartPLS 3.0., dengan sampel 47 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pemberdayaan psikologis, serta secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja (p-value 0.514 > 0.05), sedangkan pemberdayaan psikologis terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan (p-value 0.007 < 0.05).Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa di lingkungan ITAF Kota Kupang, gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan terutama melalui peningkatan pemberdayaan psikologis. Artinya, ketika pimpinan memberikan kepercayaan, kesempatan berinisiatif, dan ruang bagi karyawan untuk berkontribusi, maka mereka akan merasa lebih berdaya, termotivasi, dan menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Produk Wasis Genitri merupakan usaha kerajinan berbahan alami yang memiliki nilai budaya dan spiritual, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal serta merumuskan strategi pemasaran menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunikan bahan dan kualitas produk menjadi kekuatan utama, sementara peluang berasal dari meningkatnya minat terhadap kerajinan lokal dan media digital. Strategi yang direkomendasikan adalah strategi SO dengan memanfaatkan promosi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan minat beli ulang konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of learning administration, teacher competence, and school quality on achievement with objects at SMPN1 Kragilan. Using quantitative methods through a descriptive approach. Respondents were 40 teachers with saturated sampling. Using questionnaire instruments distributed to respondents, the analysis used the SPSS statistical tool. It was found that effective learning administration such as structured planning, good classroom management, and accurate learning evaluation contributed significantly to improving students' learning achievement abilities. For competencies that include pedagogic aspects, professional aspects, personality aspects, and social aspects also have a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes. For the quality of the school, which is reflected in the availability of facilities, a conducive learning environment, and a strong learning culture, also play an important role in supporting the success of students' learning achievements. Simultaneously, the three variables, namely learning administration, competence, and school quality, are significantly correlated with student achievement. This emphasizes the importance of improving overall school management, sustainable teacher competency development, and equitable distribution of education quality in order to optimize achievement outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akuisisi perusahaan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan. Akuisisi merupakan strategi pertumbuhan non-organik yang banyak diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk memperluas skala bisnis dan meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari perusahaan yang melakukan akuisisi. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pertumbuhan perusahaan diukur melalui pertumbuhan penjualan dan pertumbuhan aset. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh akuisisi terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H1: akuisisi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dengan koefisien 0,084 dan signifikansi 0,000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi akuisisi dapat meningkatkan kapasitas pertumbuhan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil H2: akuisisi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan aset perusahaan dengan koefisien 0,091 dan signifikansi 0,001. Temuan ini menunjukkan Bahwa perusahaan properti yang melakukan akuisisi mengalami peningkatan aset yang lebih tinggi daripada perusahaan yang tidak melakukan akuisisi. Hasil H3: akuisisi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan dengan koefisien 0,076 dan signifikansi 0,002. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan properti yang melakukan akuisisi mampu meningkatkan penjualan melalui perluasan portofolio proyek, diversifikasi produk properti, dan peningkatan kinerja operasional, sebagaimana tercermin dalam pertumbuhan penjualan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi pertumbuhan melalui akuisisi dan berfungsi sebagai referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam manajemen strategis dan keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of service quality comprising the dimensions of tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness on customer satisfaction and decisions (repeat orders) at PT Mandiri Tunas Finance. Service quality is a critical factor in building customer loyalty, particularly within the highly competitive financing industry. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 150 customers of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software to examine both partial and simultaneous effects among the research variables. The results indicate that the dimensions of tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction, with empathy exerting the strongest influence. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repeat order decisions. Collectively, the service quality variables explain 51% of the variance in customers’ repeat order decisions. The findings underscore the importance of integrated service quality management in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Practically, the results suggest the need to improve physical facilities, including the utilization of technology, to strengthen empathy-based training for service staff, and to optimize service responsiveness. These efforts are expected to enhance customer satisfaction and, ultimately, increase repeat order (repeat order) behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of transformational leadership, work discipline, and occupational health and safety (OHS) on employee performance at PT Lintech Duta Pratama, Sumbawa Site, West Nusa Tenggara. The research is motivated by a decline in employee performance, reflected in reduced productivity and delays in task completion. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 50 employees selected using a census technique. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, applying validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results reveal that transformational leadership, work discipline, and OHS have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of effective leadership, strong work discipline, and consistent OHS implementation in improving employee performance and organizational productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi karyawan di wilayah Solo Raya. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup berskala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, kesejahteraan karyawan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, namun berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara kesejahteraan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kepuasan kerja sebagai mekanisme yang menghubungkan kondisi mental dan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan kinerja, sehingga perusahaan perlu memperhatikan aspek psikologis dan kepuasan kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to have human resources (HR) who are adaptive, competent, and able to utilize digital technology optimally. In this context, the role of digital leadership and digital literacy is an important factor in improving human resource performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership and digital literacy on human resource performance with the adoption of digital technology as a moderation variable in MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME actors who have applied digital technology in their business activities. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study show that digital leadership and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on human resource performance. In addition, the adoption of digital technology has been proven to strengthen the relationship between digital leadership and HR performance, as well as between digital literacy and HR performance. These findings indicate that the success of improving the performance of MSME human resources is not only determined by the quality of leadership and digital literacy, but also by the level of adoption of digital technology that is carried out effectively. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of digital-based human resources studies and become a practical reference for MSME actors and policy makers in designing strategies to strengthen human resources in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Dunia bisnis di era globalisasi mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat dan signifikan. Sehingga, secara tidak langsung kondisi ini menuntut setiap pelaku usaha untuk beradaptasi dan berinovasi agar dapat bertahan ditengah ketatnya persaingan yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh inovasi layanan melalui strategi vending machine terhadap persepsi konsumen mengenai keunggulan bersaing Artirasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kuesioner Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi konsumen mengenai keunggulan bersaing. Original Sample bernilai sebesar 0,804 dengan nilai P value 0,000, artinya inovasi layanan memberikan kontribusi langsung dan bermakna terhadap pembentukan keunggulan bersaing perusahaan di mata konsumen. Selain itu, hasil R-square menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi layanan mampu menjelaskan pembentukan keunggulan bersaing secara kuat dengan nilai R-square sebesar 0,644, artinya 64,4% variabilitas keunggulan bersaing dapat dijelaskan oleh inovasi layanan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa inovasi layanan melalui strategi vending machine berpengaruh terhadap persepsi konsumen mengenai keunggulan bersaing Artirasa dan mampu menjadi sumber daya strategis dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif di pasar.

Abstract

The growing recognition of employees as central actors in service delivery has intensified scholarly interest in understanding how employee relations shape customer satisfaction. Despite a substantial body of research, the literature remains fragmented across human resource management, internal marketing, and service management domains, limiting cumulative theory development. This study presents a comprehensive systematic literature review (SLR) examining the relationship between employee relations and customer satisfaction, utilizing Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework. Drawing on 224 peer-reviewed journal articles, the review integrates theoretical perspectives, contextual settings, key constructs, and methodological approaches to map the intellectual structure of the field. The findings reveal dominant theoretical foundations such as social exchange theory and internal marketing, with empirical emphasis on service-oriented behavior, employee engagement, and service quality as critical linking mechanisms. However, notable gaps persist in relational dynamics, non-service contexts, and longitudinal and multi-level research designs. This study contributes to the literature by synthesizing fragmented insights into two integrative conceptual frameworks that clarify the pathways through which employee relations influence customer satisfaction. It further identifies theoretical blind spots, offers practical implications for managing employee–customer interfaces, and proposes a future research agenda to advance interdisciplinary integration in employee relations and service research.
