Abstract

Kasus perundungan dan kekerasan di sekolah menjadi perhatian pemerintah dan civil society yaitu Komnas PA Bandar Lampung, dengan hadirnya Program Sekolah Ramah Anak. Pemerintah dan Komnas PA Bandar Lampung bersama-sama menjalin hubungan kemitraan pada Program Sekolah Ramah Anak bertujuan untuk melindungi dan memenuhi hak anak di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang bertujuan memperoleh analisa dan deskripsi terkait hubungan Kemitraan antara Komnas PA Bandar Lampung dan Pemerintah dalam Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di Kota Bandar Lampung melalui prinsip-prinsip kemitraan yang dikemukakan Notoatmodjo (2010) yaitu prinsip kesetaraan, keterbukaan, dan saling menguntungkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kemitraan antara Komnas PA Bandar Lampung dan Pemerintah dalam Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di Kota Bandar Lampung sudah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat dikatakan sudah memenuhi prinsip kesetaraan, keterbukaan, dan saling menguntungkan, meskipun ada hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian terkhusus pada partisipasi dan peran dari masyarakat, orang tua dan dunia usaha, sebab belum memiliki kontribusi dan belum sepenuhnya paham tentang Program Sekolah Ramah Anak, dengan demikian hubungan Kemitraan antara Komnas PA Bandar Lampung dan Pemerintah dalam Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di Kota Bandar Lampung membentuk pola kemitraan semu atau pseudo partnership.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the indicators of e-government quality that mostly affect the people satisfaction on using the Disdukcapil Berau app at Berau, Tanjung Redeb regency. The research method used in this research is associative research with quantitative approach. Therefore the variables about e-government quality used in this research are: Content, Privacy, Usability, Quality, Accesibility, and Citizen engagement. The variables of people satisfaction in this reseach are: Terms,System, mechanism and procedur, Finishing time, Cost/fee,Competent and administrator habit, Report handling, feedback and suggestion, and Facilities and infrastructure. Data collecting method use is online survey which is googleform, literatur research and documentation with sampling method by doing proportional sampling from the apps user at Tanjung Redeb regency which is managed to get 99 responder. Analysis testing using validity test and reliability test, and standardized coefficients with the help of SPSS apps for windows v25. The result of the research can be said that the indication of e-government quality which mostly affect the people’s satisfaction is quality with a 0,330 value.

Abstract

This article wants to describe the quality of public services in the Karang Asam Ilir Village Office, Sungai Kunjang District. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research model as a research method. Interviews, observations, and field studies were used to obtain research data which were then analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. Testing the validity of the data is done by testing the reliability and validity of the data. In general, the quality of public services in Karang Asam Ilir Village is good. Three of the five dimensions of service quality have fulfilled the requirements of good public service. The dimensions that have been achieved include the dimensions of assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. The other two dimensions have not been achieved, namely the dimension of reliability and the dimension of physical or tangible evidence. Supporting factors consist of SOP, Collaboration with Related Services, Budget Availability, and Employee Rolling System. Inhibiting factors aspects of human resources, facilities and infrastructure.Keyword : service quality, physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy

Abstract

This research examines a religion-based organization in one of the Southeast Asian countries, Singapore, named Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS). The purpose of establishing MUIS is to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the Muslim community in Singapore in carrying out a life based on Islamic values related to their teachings and government. MUIS is engaged in various fields, one of which is the field of advocacy. Advocacy is an activity with the aim of changing policies through processes such as recommendations and requests to achieve solutions to the issues at issue. The purpose of this research is to analyze the advocacy role of MUIS towards Muslims in the multicultural country of Singapore. The research method used is qualitative research through literature analysis or literature study, the results of which are described descriptively. The results of the research answer the role of MUIS in the field of advocacy through providing advice to the President of Singapore regarding issues of Muslim religion in Singapore, harmonizing Islamic religious teachings in accordance with Singaporean laws, advocating in the fields of development and education, and implementing advocacy related to legal products or fatwas.

Adam Idris, M.Sc. as Advisor I and Dr. H.M. Jamal Amin, M.Si as Advisor II. With the examiners, Mrs.Prof. Dr. Hj Aji Ratna Kusuma, M.Si, as Examiner Lecturer I, Mr. Dr. Heryono Susilo Utomo, M.Si,, as Examiner II, and Mr. Dr. Kus Indarto, MAP as Examiner III.The aim of this study is to explain the Implementation of the Republic of Indonesia State Administration Agency Regulation Number 16 of 2019 Concerning Administrator Leadership Training in the Development of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Competence in Bontang City and identify the inhibiting factors in the Implementation of the Republic of Indonesia State Administration Institution Regulation Number 16 of 2019 Concerning Administrator Leadership Training in Bontang City.The results of the study show that the implementation of the Republic of Indonesia State Administrative Institution Regulation Number 16 of 2019 concerning Administrator Leadership Training in Developing State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Competence in Bontang City was carried out properly by the Bontang City BKPSDM and the Samarinda KDOD LAN Puslatbang through 4 (four) agendas PKA learning, namely the Pancasila leadership agenda and nationalism; Performance leadership agenda; performance management agenda; and the leadership actualization agenda from 2019 until now, although it was held based on the health protocol in 2020 and 2021 which was carried out online or online (on the network), then since 2022 it has been carried out using 2 (two) approaches, namely e-learning or online and face-to-face classics..The success of the implementation is supported by excellent human resources, from the internal BKPSDM of Bontang City and the Samarinda KDOD LAN Samarinda Research and Development Center, as well as the support of non-HR resources such as infrastructure, facilities and regulations which are quite complete. Abstract

The registration system is one of the hospital service strategies which is expected to help patient needs, shorten waiting times, increase patient satisfaction and service effectiveness. This research was conducted so that problems regarding online registration at the Majalaya Regional Hospital can be evaluated and be useful for the community, especially the elderly, so that they know more about the online registration method at the Majalaya Regional Hospital and with this online registration it can make it easier for the community, especially the elderly, to register. In the Employment Services method, in an effort to analyze employment services at Majalaya Hospital for online registration so that technological skills for the elderly occur, this uses a descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative data collection techniques use interview methods, field notes, photos, videotapes, personal documents, notes or memos and other official documents. The implementation of online registration at Majayala Regional Hospital can be said to be less effective for the elderly because many elderly people currently do not understand technological skills, for example having to register online via the JKN application.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan publik yang dilakukan secara digital di Kota Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas dari pelayanan publik yang dilakukan secara digital di Kota Palembang secara umum sudah baik. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dimensi-dimensi yang ada, yaitu: tangible (bukti nyata), sudah ada website Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Online. Reliability, kemampuan pegawai dalam memberikan layanan digital sudah baik, dan pegawai memberikan layanan yang cepat dan tepat. Responsiveness, idealnya ada layanan melalui hotline service atau menggunakan nomor whatsapp yang bisa ditampilkan di websiete, namun itu belum terpenuhi. Assurance, layanan yang diberikan kepada Masyarakat sudah tepat waktu, adanya jaminan biaya dan adanya fitur pengaduan dan cek status. empathy, belum terpenuhi. Ini diakibatkan bahwa dengan pelayanan digital (online), maka pihak pemerintah tidak bisa bertatap muka dengan Masyarakat. Indikator empathy susah diukur karena indikator senyum, sapa salam belum bisa tercapai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program from organizational, managerial and entrepreneurial abilities and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency. This research uses a mixed method, namely a series of qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research is focused on evaluating the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency in farmers' managerial, organizational and entrepreneurial development. This study shows that the results of the evaluation of the farmer institutional development program are feasible to continue. This is measured by the efficiency aspect of the farmer institutional development program, which is measured by the optimal use of resources, which is considered good overall on the efficiency of the farmer institutional development program. The effectiveness of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as effective (sound). The responsiveness of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu Regency is still categorized as good. The adequacy of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as good. The distribution of farmer institutional development programs is also quite good. The accuracy of the farmer institutional development program in Mahakam Ulu is still categorized as good.

Abstract

This research is a review of rural infrastructure in supporting agricultural productivity in Watu Village, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The main problem in this research is how the availability of rural infrastructure affects agricultural productivity in Watu Village. This problem is viewed with a regional system approach and is discussed using the scoring analysis method and Chi Square analysis. The potential of the agricultural sector in Watu Village is quite large and the majority of the population make a living as farmers. The review of rural infrastructure in supporting agricultural productivity is one step to determine the extent of the influence of rural infrastructure in increasing agricultural productivity. The availability of adequate infrastructure is certainly able to support the increase in the area and existing agricultural products so that it can help improve the community's economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the performance of librarians in providing public services at the South Sumatra Province Library and Archives Service and to explain the inhibiting factors of librarian performance in providing public services. The low competence of librarian human resources and the lack of number of librarians in the Soeman HS public library managed by the South Sumatra Province Library and Archives Service, means that the number of services available and the amount of workload is not balanced. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. while the research informants who were included by researchers were 12 (twelve) people. The results of this study explain that the performance of librarians in providing public services at the Riau Province Library and Archives Service is quite good according to their main duties and functions. However, in the context of Human Resources, qualified librarians are still needed through appointments made by the Regional Government or from librarianship training with the aim that services at the South Sumatra Province Library and Archives Service can improve. If seen from the performance indicators based on Sedarmayanti's theory, there are still inhibiting factors for librarian performance in providing public services at the South Sumatra Province Library and Archives Service, namely. Judging from the work quality indicators, there is still a lack of user guidance for novice users who need to get various information and facilities needed available in the library; Judging from the timeliness indicator, there is still a lack of discipline in returning books. Judging from the Initiative Indicators, there is still a lack of cooperation with schools in Palembang City. Judging from the Capability Indicator, there is still a lack of individual librarian competence. Judging from the communication indicators, there is still a lack of information guides in the Soeman HS library. Librarians need to improve performance in providing services in terms of quality and quantity of work by participating in training or technical guidance to increase competence.
