Abstract

The lack of interactive learning media that is oriented towards AKM questions and based on problem solving has resulted in less than optimal mathematical problem solving abilities of elementary school students. One of the interactive media that can help students understand and solve problems with AKM questions is live worksheet-based LKPD media that is oriented towards AKM questions based on mathematical problem solving. This research aims to determine the procedures for developing interactive learning media, the effectiveness of the media, and determine the increase in students' abilities after using the media. This type of research is R & D (Research & Development) which uses the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this research were 28 students in class V-B at SDN 3 Tugu. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Based on the validation results from material experts and media experts, the results were "valid" in the "very feasible" category, based on the results of user trials the results were "very good". Media effectiveness obtained an effect size of 1.733 with the interpretation of "strong effect". To increase problem solving abilities, the N-Gain was obtained at 0.26889 with "low" criteria. The normality test results obtained Sig.0.001 so that the data was not normally distributed, then a non-parameteric test was carried out with the Wilcoxon test and obtained Sig. Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain lecturer profiles according to student perceptions. The attributes used in this research are discipline, authority, learning methods, material delivery, assignments, material review, remedial, and assessment which will then be analyzed using conjoint analysis. The conjoint analysis process with the help of SPSS 20 produces 16 attribute combinations which will then be distributed to students in the form of a questionnaire for assessment. Based on student assessments, the combination of attribute levels that has the highest preference value is lecturers who are disciplined in arriving on time, authoritative as individual lecturers, using conventional learning methods, delivering material using pure mathematics, lecturers who give assignments after being checked and then return them, carry out reviewing material before the exam, lecturers who carry out remediation, and also lecturers who provide objective assessments. The results of the conjoint analysis show that the attribute that has the highest relative importance value is reviewing the material with the attribute level that has the highest usefulness value, namely the lecturer reviewing the material before the exam. Next, successively based on the importance of the attributes, namely the attributes of discipline, tasks, remedial, authority, assessment, learning methods and delivery of material. Characteristics of lecturers in the Mathematics Education Department that students like are lecturers who, in the learning process, always review the material before taking exams; arrive on time for lectures; when giving assignments it is corrected, graded and then returned to the student; conducting re-exams for students who have not completed them or wish to improve their grades; and of course a lecturer must have authority as a lecturer; then in carrying out the assessment, the lecturer gives an assessment to the student objectively without considering the closeness of the lecturer to the student or other factors that influence the lecturer's assessment of the student; students prefer lecturers who teach without having to use techniques according to the lecturer's professionalism, the important thing is that the material presented can be understood by students; as well as delivering material using pure mathematics which can deepen students' mathematical knowledge

Abstract

Mathematics is considered difficult because it has several characteristics, one of which is the study of abstract objects which causes most students to experience difficulties. The results of interviews and initial observations at one of the junior high schools in Saumlaki found that students' ability to solve mathematical problems was very low as evidenced by students' ability tests on lines and angles with a total of 26 students, with 27% of students completing it and 73. % of students who did not complete. What is the process of developing valid, practical and effective RPP, BA and LKPD tools using the context of tumbur statues by utilizing wingeom as a learning medium on lines and angles? The aim is to determine the level of validity, practicality and effectiveness of RPP, BA and LKPD as learning tools using the context of tumbur and wingeom statues as learning media on lines and angles. This research includes Research and Development research with a 4-D model approach. The development of RPP, BA and LKPD which have been validated by each validator is declared "Valid". The RPP, BA and LKPD developed were declared to meet practicality as the response to the RPP, BA and LKPD was in the "Very Good" category, the implementation of the RPP, BA and LKPD tools in the learning process was in the "Completely Implemented" category. The RPP, BA and LKPD were declared effective, as there were two aspects achieved, namely the effectiveness of the time used in accordance with the design and the student learning outcomes test which achieved classical completeness as many as 19 students and 79.2% were declared complete based on the KKM

Abstract

One of the abilities needed in learning mathematics is solving mathematical problems. In learning mathematics, mathematical representations are needed by students in the problem solving process. Students tend to use mathematical representations, but sometimes do not understand what they are doing. In general, mathematical representation is also very instrumental in improving mathematical competence. In addition to representation, students also have intelligence, including linguistic, logical mathematical and visual spatial intelligence. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to describe completely the mathematical representations of class IX students of SMP N 38 Central Maluku in solving curved-sided space building problems (tubes and cones) in terms of linguistic, logical mathematical and visual spatial intelligence. The instruments in this research are multiple intelligence questionnaire, test questions and interview guidelines. The subjects in this study were selected based on the results of filling out the intelligence questionnaire. The subjects chosen were CS with linguistic intelligence, JPT with mathematical logical intelligence and SRP with visual spatial intelligence. The validity of the data is done by using triangulation method, which is done by comparing the results of filling out the questionnaire, the results of the student problem solving ability test and the results of the interview. The results of this study are in the form of a description of the mathematical representations of class IX students of SMP N 38 Central Maluku in solving curved side room problems for each stage of problem solving according to Polya's stages.

Abstract

One of the skills required in learning mathematics is numerical literacy. In learning mathematics, numeration literacy requires students to be able to solve contextual problems in everyday life. Students' literacy and numeration skills are generally low. One of the reasons is the lack of literacy training in numeration, which is usually routine issues that do not sharpen students' literacy and numeration skills. The lack of use of cultural contexts in learning and in matters also makes students more likely not to want to improve their literacy and numeration skills. This research is a developmental research aimed at developing the issue of numeration literacy based on the local wisdom of Maluku by expressing how the process of development and how the numerational literacy ability of students in solving the issue is numeration based on local Wisdom developed. The development model used is the development model by Tessmer.Tessmer's development consists of several stages: preliminary, self-evaluation, prototyping (self evaluation, one-toone, and small group) and field testing. The instrument in this research is to raise the practicality of matters and matters of numeration literacy based on local wisdom developed. The result or product of this study is eight elements of local wisdom-based numeration literacy, consisting of three True-False complex double-choice questions, one deceptive question and four descriptive questions
